Ana (5/5): Estancia afectada por detalles importantes. - Las vistas. La piscina. Hay aparcamiento cerca. El apartamento en general estaba bien, pero tuvo varios inconvenientes importantes que afectaron nuestra estancia. Los techos de la segunda planta eran bastante bajos, algo que no se mencionaba. Además, uno de los principales motivos por los que elegimos este alojamiento fue la piscina, que no estaba llena al llegar. Tardó casi un día entero en llenarse (llegamos el viernes y estuvo hasta el sábado por la tarde llenándose), durante el cual tuvimos que estar pendientes de coordinar con una persona cada vez que salíamos para encargarse del llenado y avisar cuando llegábamos. A esto se sumó la aplicación del tratamiento, lo que nos dejó aún más tiempo sin poder usarla. Cuando expresamos nuestra queja, la anfitriona dejó de responder, a pesar de que al principio contestaba relativamente rápido. Me parece poco profesional que, además de pagar por un servicio incompleto, se nos sugiera dejar todo listo para los siguientes huéspedes. No es justo pagar más por algo que no estaba preparado y encima asumir responsabilidades. Tal vez, con una buena respuesta o simplemente asumiendo el error, hubiera sido suficiente para dejar una mejor impresión.
