• Ady (4/5): - L’emplacement Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli et le personnel travaillant étaient serviables ( concierges ) Les lits sont inconfortables Problèmes de draps en quantité et qualité Wifi très lent ( on en a pas servi) et la 4G ne fonctionnait pas correctement Chauffage ne fonctionne pas ( un Chauffage manuel était à disposition mais pas suffisant Pas de serviette Pas de papiers toilettes
• Федотов (5/5): Не рекомендую для тех кто работает дистанционно и для этого нужен Wi fi! - Спасибо хозяину что вообще вышел на связь и объяснил таксисту как доехать до дома. Мне дала ключи и заселила милая женщина дорвумен) Номер в карточке указан не верно, я написал, но мне ни кто не ответил. Хозяин с большим опозданием выходит на связь с другого номера, поэтому мне пришлось заказать гостиницу и перенести даты. После того как я заселился, он перестал выходить на связь. Я спросил как подключить wi fi и где взять дополнительное полотенце, он меня проигнорировал и не ответил. Wi fi в квартире нет, полотенца большего тоже нет.

• bandula (1/5): - When I went to the apartment ,the owner didn’t came to open the doors and he told mi (among a gentleman who helped us to contact him by over the phone after many hours)to cancel the booking without any reasonable reason.he told mi it was over booked that day,and after he send me a mail to cancel the booking from my side. I had to pay lot of money to scammer taxi driver to find a hotel in the late evening. I don’t recommend this place any way. I was very disappointed.
• Helme (1/5): - The apartment is wide and the location is downtown. The apartment isn't clean. The furniture is old fashioned, weak and dirty. The airconditioning doesn't work in the rooms. The staff aren't helpful at all, I sent him a message asking for the WIFI login data, but he didn't reply at all.

• David (1/5): Dirty, disgusting and disrespectful. - The location of the apartment was good. Very close to shops, food outlets and restaurants. There was no internet throughout the stay. "Connected but with no internet" was always displayed despite being assured several times it would be sorted. As a business traveller, I rely on a good internet connection and had to purchase a local data-only sim card with 3 "top-ups., costing over $100.00. There were no satellite TV stations (due to the internet not working). The reception/security guard had to connect the hot water. The water filter was filthy and blocked. The oven was filthy, rusty and had no control knobs; this could not be used. Someone had made coffee in the kettle and left the remains there, which had gone mouldy; the kettle could not be used. The microwave was missing the rotating plate, so it could not be used. There was one cup provided that had been broken and glued together, so this could not be used. The few kitchen utensils (Knives, forks, spoons and cooking pans) were dirty and rusty. The blender was covered in dirt and grease and could not be used. The rugs on the floor were dirty and had to be brushed before being walked on. The slippers provided were branded from a hotel and could not be used. The bedding was dirty, and no towels were provided. The owner was contacted 4 times via the phone; on the first occasion, I was told to contact maintenance to sort out the issues; after this, the owner wouldn't answer any calls. Four separate emails were sent to the owner, but none were answered. I sent two emails to Booking.com complaining about the property but received no replies. I feel the owner has scammed me, and booking.com has taken no action to rectify my complaints.
• Matthew (9/5): Worth the views alone - The views of the Nile and city from the 22nd floor balconies were amazing, especially at night. The owner, Ehab, was always responsive. The location, just a few minutes from the Four Seasons Nile, made it easy to walk to stores and the bus station. Heavy and constant traffic flow in front of building (but that is Cairo).
• Faroug (4/5): Great location - The location was great Washing Machine not working Tilley light not working and the door stay open unlock the the second room door doesn’t lock from in side the oven should go to rubbish no Knives in the kitchen no spoons no suitable cups
