• fahad mohmmed (3/5): - النظافه والموقع فقط للاسف المضيف لم يكن متعاون ولم تكن الشقه كما طلبنا تم تحديد عدد الاشخاص واختيار عدد غرفتين نوم لنتفاجاء بغرفه نوم واحده وصاله وغرفه جلوس بدون مكيف وعند مطالبتنا بالشقه التي طلبناها رده المضيفه كان يجب ابلاغي مبكراً !!! علماً في تطبيق بوكنق تم تحديد عدد الاشخاص وعدد غرف النوم دوره المياه اسوء دوره مياه ممكن ان تستخدمها في حياتك صغيره جدا جدا جدا و عند الاستحمام يخرج الماء من دوره المياه الى الصاله 😒 حتى مفتاح الشقه اضطررنا لاستلامه من بقاله تبعد عن السكن 3 دقايق مشي الشقه بالدوره 2 ولا يوجد احد للمساعده لحمل الشنط والاصنصير يذهب فقط الى الدور 4 !!! يوجد ازعااااج بالخارج لا يساعد على النوم بهدوء رائحه الدخان عند دخول المبنى تذكرك بغرف التدخين يوجد آله اسبريسو بدون اسبريسو !! ولا شاهي ولا سكر ولا ماء نحن اتينا للاسترخاء والاستمتاع والشقه ابعد ما تكون عن ذلك تقييمي : النظافه 10/10 خدمه المضيف 10/4 الموقع مقابل المال 10/3 الشقه مقايل المال 10/5 الانترنت 10/10

• Rashida (7/5): Nice and centrally located. - Centrally located, air conditioned, good amenities. The Sofabed in the second bedroom was not made, despite us giving the owner notice - so on the first night we slept on the bed with no sheets!. The beddings generally and pillows are old and could do with a refresh. Downside of the central location was you could hear noise from the streets so it was difficult to sleep!

Walkable distance to all the major attractions and great food places A very spacious apartment, more than enough for 2 people Beatrice very kindly booked us a taxi to the airport and was pleasant. The apartment wasn't as clean as it could be. Although we were able to leave our luggage before check in time, we were incredibly rushed to do so, despite giving the arrival time of our flight and doing our best to get there on time. - It made the whole experience very stressful.
• Elena (10/5): Great location in the center of Florence! - Very spacious apartament with great location. It's cosy, comfortable, clean, warm and supplied with everything you need. There is a bakery and a market nearbly which was extremely comfortable. It's located just right Santa Croce and a few passes to Duomo. Beatrice was very kind and helpful! We recomend! :)
• Ronald (10/5): Nice Place to stay, size is HUGE and close to bus stop - I like the size of the room and the facility is quiet complete and fresh. Nothing specific to this apartment other than the fact that there is no lift to carry our luggages uo and down.

• Kate (9/5): Excellent stay, would return! - Large, bright and comfortable apartment. Excellent location just a short walk into the city centre. Great clear communication from lovely host. Second bed (sofa) wasn’t very comfortable.

The location is great, walking distance to everything and heaps of wonderful restaurants and cafes close by. Beatrice was a wonderful and helpful host who was very happy to offer tips and answer any questions we had.

• Colm (9/5): Florence stay - The apartment was very well located in a nice area close to the city centre with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. It is a large apartment with plenty of space. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift so it's a bit difficult bringing luggage up and down. Also the bed in the second bedroom is a pull out sofa and not very comfortable.
• Krešimir (8/5): Very good - There was lot of space with two bathrooms. Beatrice was very kind and helpful. Additional bad was not comfortable. The kitchen was not very clean and there were no sharp knives.

Long haul for heavy luggage. Unclear instructions for dual air conditioner (same remote for room and living area, several remote controllers laying around the living area).

• Jose (10/5): Generous space in a quiet area of the historical center - Excellent choice in a great location in the historical area of Florence with quiet streets and away from the main axes of crowds. The apartment is very comfortable, big windows make it bright and airy space. It is very well equipped with new furniture. Beatrice welcomed us very nicely in a very efficient way

• Samantha (10/5): Exceptional - Beatrice was exceptionally friendly and helpful from start to finish with my booking. The apartment was clean, tidy and with modern facilities and was close to bars,resteraunts and duomo piazza and cathedral. Google maps needed to navigatr the back streets at night. The car parking was just a short walk away (at an additional cost) but all in all the apartment was pretty perfect for my short stay. The back streets are a little daunting to walk around at nightime (as a single female).. Google maps is a must until you get established!

• Ailza (10/5): I love it. - Everything was amazing, the apartment is very spacious, the host was very patient and the location is very close to all the attractions. No plates on the kitchen but we did not need it for every day as we ate outside.

We found the presence of 2 bathrooms each with their own toilet and shower very convenient for our family needs. Beatrice was very welcoming and helpful and she addressed all our questions in a friendly way.

• Ryo (10/5): Exceptional - The place was as expected. Two bathrooms are good for four persons. One of the streets it faces is sometimes a bit noisy due to the tourists at night. You can close the external doors on the window to reduce it.

We felt very welcome, as it was made possible to check-in earlier and info material like a map of the city and restaurant recommendations were laid out in the apartment. We even received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The apartment is brand new and very cute. It was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is really close to the center of Florence. We hope that we can manage to come back some time! That we couldn't stay longer.
