• Guest (4/5): Bien ubicado pero mala atención - Ubicación No funcionaba el TV, le avisamos al propietario, contestó en su idioma que había que usar el control, cosa que obvio ya sabemos, así que en la estadía no tuvimos TV y tampoco el dueño volvió a preguntar . La calefacción le pedimos que la subiera y contestó que había que esperar a que baje más la temperatura para que se encendiera la caldera automática!

• Dougo (8/5): Spacious comfortable apartment in good location - Spacious and comfortable. Lacked a few things like bowls for cereal,soup. Only one wine glass. Generally well equipped. Easy walking distance to U-Bahn and many major attractions . Billa supermarket close. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants in area. A very comfortable stay Minimal contact with hosts so a few questions unanswered. Didn’t answer the phone number given by Booking.com .No information on garbage collection etc. Hot water system above toilet had small leak.

Schlechte Ausstattung in der Küche (Geschirr nicht ausreichend vorhanden, kein Geschirrhandtuch, kein Mülleimer); unbequeme Matratzen und Kissen; kein Programmempfang am Fernseher; katastrophale Duschbrause: der Strahl lies sich nicht regulieren, Schlauch war undicht; Warmwasserkessel tropfte.

• Imola (1/5): Bad experience - Can’t recommend this place. The apartment was generally very filthy. When we arrived, there was a plastic bag full of trash hanging on the door handle inside, and the floors and bedsheets were full of dirt, stains, and hair. I informed the owner and he sent the cleaner the next day + promised a refund for the first night. After we left, I tried to follow up on the refund but he ignored my message. I had to file a complaint through customer service and then received the refund by Booking. The apartment owner never sent any refund, although he was the one who offered it.
• Tamar (7/5): - The apartment is in a great location, close to the main attractions. There are also plenty of grocery stores nearby, and it is conveniently located near the station, which made getting around very easy. However, there was a major issue with the temperature inside the apartment. It was always cold, even though it was March and the temperature outside was actually warmer than inside. The host mentioned trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately, it did not seem to be resolved during my stay, which made it quite uncomfortable.
• amr m badawy (9/5): very nice value for money comfortable stay - I did liked everything about the apartment starting with very simple straightforward check in, a very convenient location 9 minutes away from metro station, and walkable distance from the major attractions in the inner circle. The apartment was clean, fitted with all the facilities required for a cozy stay with a well equipped kitchen including all necessary kitchenware. the apartment is in the first floor so very easy to access with nice comfortable stairs. For a definite come back next time one very simple point for improvement, the message for the check in instructions was sent in German i think, but thanks to chatgpt it was not a problem but if the host added an English message it will be easier and safer for those who may not have internet until in the apartment.

• Adriano (6/5): Un’ottima struttura vicino al centro, ma da rivedere il riscaldamento e la pulizia dell’ambiente. - La posizione strategia. A due passi dal centro. Stanza molto fredda. I termosifoni avevano accensione automatica e di notte faceva molto freddo. Solo due asciugamani per un’intera settimana. Mancava quasi tutto. Casa molto fredda.

• Fredy (10/5): Muy cerca y cominicado - Limpio, confortable, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, buena calefacción para el tiempo que hacía, cocina bien equipada y al parecer reformado hace poco tiempo. Y lo mejor aún la ubicación, a poco más de 15 minutos andando llegas al centro, tienes metro tranvía y autobús muy cerca, con buena comunicación y muy silencioso Estaría bien si tuviera un microondas, aunque por lo demás la cocina tenía todo

• Iris (7/5): - Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig; zu zweit ist der Wohn-Schlafraum richtig groß. Durch die hohen Fenster ist der Raum sehr hell. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, wirkt modern und funktioniert. Die Lage im 5. Bezirk ist zentral und gut an die Wiener Linien angebunden. Der Bus fährt quasi um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Post und Gaststätten sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Empfehlung: Café Propeller schräg gegenüber ab Frühstück bis late night. Das tatsächlich größte Manko: es gab keinen Mülleimer in der Wohnung; lediglich einen kleinen Kosmetikeimer im Bad. Auch wurde dieser trotz Bitte darum und trotz Zusage durch den Vermieter während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht nachgerüstet. Um ein Geschirrtuch hatten wir ebenfalls vergeblich gebeten. Zusätzliches Toilettenpapier und frische Spüllappen wurden am 3. Tag vorbei gebracht. Eine 2. Nachttischlampe wäre perspektivisch sehr hilfreich und ein Sonnen- und Sichtsschutz vor den großen Fenstern ebenfalls.
