• Nelly (6/5): Appartement bien situé, mais plusieurs problèmes techniques et un manque d’entretien : le séjour aurait pu être beaucoup - Appartement bien situé, bonne literie et personnel réactif face aux problèmes liés à l’appartement. Gros problème électrique dans l’appartement : la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et fait disjoncter tout l’appartement. Dès que l’on remet le courant au tableau électrique, des étincelles apparaissent. Le deuxième soir, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude. Dans la douche du premier étage, l’eau ne s’évacue pas correctement. Présence de moustiques écrasés sur les murs. Le nettoyage laisse à désirer. L’appartement devrait être mieux entretenu entre les locations. Dommage !

• Jolanta (10/5): Ładny apartament - Bardzo ładny apartament, położony blisko centrum. Było czysto, łóżka wygodne, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Okolica cicha. Z powodu nagromadzonej wilgoci, pleśń w łazienkach i w górnym pokoju.
• Muriel (8/5): Bon emplacement ! - L’emplacement, les deux salles de bain et deux wc. Le linge de lit présent. Les bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo ! Nous étions 4 du coup ! La dernière personne du coup n’est pas venue ! Manque de vaisselle, pas de chaîne françaises. Le chauffage clim fait disjoncter tout l’appartement.
• Francesca (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Appartamento dotato di tutto e nuovo. Pulito e confortevole. Il self check in è andato bene e abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno. Manca qualche appendi asciugamani in bagno. Sarebbe anche utile avere a portata di mano le istruzioni per il forno e la TV.

Ev sahibi çok ilgili, seyahatim her dakikasında iletişimimiz tamdı ve herşeyi tarif etti. , temizlik iyiydi. Evin hrm ses hem ısı yalıtımı çok iyi. Çay kahve tuz biber su yağ herşey vardı, kahve makinası iyiydi. mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Biz kullanmadık ama bulaşık temizleme malzemeleri açılmamış yeni paketti. Çekyat oturmak için iyi ama açılınca uyumak için rahat değil. Yorgun olduğumuz için uyuduk ama normalde rahatsız. Buzdolabı çok sesli çalışıyor. Gece ayarını düşürmek zorunda kaldık. Çek yat için çarşaf ve yastık kılıfları temizdi ama dolaptaki yorganlar lekeliydi. Leke sorun değildi fakat yorgan kılıfı bulamadık olması gerekirdi. Su ısıtıcı da çalışıyor ama değişmesi lazım, baya ses yapıyor biraz eskimiş.

Not that we did not like, but as a recommendation or request - please provide a mop to soak off the water from the bathroom. This will help preserve your property better :)

• Paquette (8/5): Amazing location and amenities - Amazing location and size of apartment. Sufficient linens, good water pressure. Easy to check in/out. It's a humid city, a dehumidifier would be great as there was quite a bit of mold on the ceilings. Bedrooms were musty.

Thank you Chiara! You should stay for a week in Venice to fully embrace this amazing city. Our stay was too short! We wasn't able to visit the Lido.
• Irina (9/5): Lovely vacation. Thanks to the hosts. - The apartment was tastefully appointed. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is close to public transportation (15 minutes by foot to vaporetto) and a grocery store. Lack of any shelves or the like in the bathrooms to put your toiletries on and the fact that the glass partition of the shower lacks a door (it is a glass half wall), impossible to take a shower without splashing water on the floor.

The apartment has everything you need, it’s very well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bathrooms with shower, nice comfortable beds. Property well maintained and clean. Lovely hosts. We had an amazing time and we would go back without any hesitation.

• Lore (9/5): Overall, really nice location and also enjoyed Venice as a city! - Nice location, very near the water taxi which made it convent to travel too and from the airport. Both bedrooms had there own bathrooms with zircons included and windows for incase it got too warm. We also received 2 sets of keys, which made it easy to travel for our family of 5 cause not everyone wants to be at the same places at the same time. Nothing particular.

• Valentin (9/5): Awesome location, beautiful interior, overall great value. - The apartment is huge and super nice. The location was super nice, a cosy little street close to everything but not in the middle of the touristy areas. Overall a super nice experience would book again in the future. The bathrooms were not designed for taller and bigger guys; I had a hard time getting in and out of the shower, haha. Also, the entrance door handle could be fixed, the entrance door was hard to close.
• Flavio (10/5): Exceptional - The building was renovated and in very good condition. The rooms weren’t isolated. You could hear the others talking from the first floor to the 3rd. Another thing we didn’t like is that the place where you have to leave the car is 30 min by walking.

Everything was "as advertised". The living area downstairs was a bit tight with table/bed ... which just meant that we had to be on top of this all the time... and the bed downstairs could have been more comfortable. Other than that, perfect!

Nice quiet location with good local options for eating out that were less touristy. But still very easy to walk to all the major attractions. Hosts gave simple easy to follow instructions on getting to the property, access to the apartment, we could drop our bags off early and head out for the day. They also gave great recommendations on local restaurants and bars. The apartment was very modern and comfortable. Perfect spot. Nothing

• Teddywhiteshoes (9/5): Fantastic apartment in great location in Venice - Amazing location in a quiet and beautiful part of Venice, but still a short walk to all the action, Rialto Bridge, etc. Very spacious apartment on 3 floors. Modern decor, updated nicely. Beds were very comfortable. Super cold AC. Really, nothing lacking at all. Just great for a multiple night stay in venice! Hosts were communicate over whatsapp, and everything was just right. One of the keys was a little tricky to use on the door, that's about it. Not much to improve!

Everything you need is provided by the owners, very understanding and helpful 7/24. 2 rooms, 2 seperate bathrooms giving you the private area. Suggested for 4 persons min. Would be nice to have a coffee machine and a coffee for mornings, but it's not an obligation for sure.
