• Elena (3/5): RENOVAR - LA UBICACION EL APARTAMENTO NO ESTA REFORMADO DE HACE MUCHOS AÑOS. NO TIENE ARMARIOS PARA DEJAR LA ROPA. NI TRAPOS PARA LA COCINA. ES PARA DORMIR UN PAR DE DIAS Y NO MAS.

• Sébastien (4/5): Appartement très décevant attention aux photos mises sur le site sont trompeuses - L’emplacement L’hôte avait indiqué sur booking qu’il y avait 3 chambres et en réalité il n’y en a que 2 ! Le canapé lit est dans la salle à manger . Nous étions 3 couples donc pas du tout satisfait par ce descriptif trompeur . Ce n’est pas honnête !. D’autre part équipements vétustes, pas de rangement dans les chambres , le wc est mal fixé au sol et bouge , la douche s’évacue mal et le réglage de la température de l’eau dans la salle de bain est archaïque et c’est très compliqué d’avoir une température correcte. Vaisselle manquante pour 6 Très déçue par booking .

• Konstancja (8/5): Udany pobyt. - Lokalizacja, zapewnienie niezbędnych rzeczy, w tym cieple kołdry (styczeń), suszarka do ubrań, pralka, żelazko, ładna i dobra suszarka do włosów. Łazienka z bardzo dobrą kabiną prysznicową, gorąca woda, toaleta bez zarzutu. Czysto i posprzątane. Bardo pomocny i miły gospodarz. Apartament wymaga drobnych prac remontowych i dopracowania kilku rzeczy (montaż kabli, szafek, oświetlenia, etc).
• STEFANOS (5/5): Our staying was comfortable regarding space and available stuff, parking and location. Owner was available at any moment - The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms and with a parking space available for free. It has a laundry machine, fridge and some other electrical appliances. The bathroom is also enough spacious. The apartment is in a quiet alley and not so long from the city centre which is convenient. It has some nice places to eat or drink around the neighborhood. It was not clean enough. The wc and sink were clean, the shower not done perfectly. Kitchen was clean, but floors in the rooms and living room not enough. Tablecloth and doors dusty. Sofa has some drawers where the handles need to be cleaned immediately as also need the drawers and the objects inside(extra blankets, linen ecc).
• Armel Pradier (9/5): - The place is very spacious and has everything needed. It's located in a very central spot and very quiet. You can walk anywhere where easily. It's so nice to have a parking spot, also you need to be comfortable with narrower streets to get there, I had no problems with my Skoda Superb.
• Andrea (9/5): Odlicna pozicija i prostran smjestaj - Smještaj u samom centru gdje svugdje možete stići pješke. Smještaj bi mogao imati bolje opremljenu kuhinju. Nas je bilo petoro i nedostajala je jedna stolica iako je kuhinjski stol doista velik. U jednoj spavacoj sobi nema nocne lampe. Smjestaj ima parking u garaži no mjesto je vrlo skuceno i ukoliko dodete sa nesto vecim autom tesko cete parkirati a mozda i necete moci jer je mjesto idealno za fiat punto ili fiat 500. Domacin je vrlo ljubazan i komunikativan Vrlo skucen parking

• Juan Jose (10/5): Sevilla mágica - La ubicación fue excelente, muy cerca del centro histórico. El lugar es muy cómodo y tranquilo. Hay muchas opciones para desayunar cerca. Sevilla es una ciudad mágica. El anfitrión siempre dispuesto para solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Es un lugar muy recomendable. Hay que ser un conductor bastante preparado para estacionar el vehículo en el parking
• Anne (3/5): We komen niet terug: no value for money. - We komen hier NIET meer terug. Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Zijn eerder vertrokken. Eén ding klopt: het ligt midden in de binnenstad, fietsen om te hoek te huur. Voor dit bedrag verwacht je meer. De foto’s kloppen absoluut NIET met de werkelijkheid, ze zijn veel te flatterend. Het is er donker, de verf bladdert af, er is geen zitje, in het minikeukentje hangt alles provisorisch aan elkaar. Geen waar voor je geld. De lampionnetjes zijn stofnesten. Wij begrijpen niet dat de gemiddelde beoordeling van andere gasten een 9 is. De route naar de parkeergarage is niet goed toegelicht door de host. Als je googlemaps volgt, mol je bijna je velgen of erger.

• Mariano (9/5): Very well located, nice and equipped apartment in Seville. - Very well located apartment. Comfy bedrooms and bathroom, well equipped kitchen with washer. Luminous and spaces. Silent community spaces and nice neighborhood.
• Zhao (8/5): Great location and great value for the price. I would not stay with a family or bring a car next time - Excellent location. Responsive host. Great value for the price. The apartment was quite small. The neighbors were noise. The amenities were very limited. The parking space was extremely small. If other cars were parked, it would be very hard if not impossible to fit anything other than a smart car.
• Brian (6/5): Great location but with issues. - Location was great. Close to everything. Several great restaurants within a few minute walk. Kitchen inside apartment was well equipped. Dining area was functional. Parking is only possible with a very small car. We attempted to park our small SUV and that was not going to happen. I contacted the owner from the parking garage and asked if there were other nearby options (paid or not) and he basically said I couldn’t drive and the space was big enough. I sent him pictures to show otherwise. I found parking on my own. Then we had an issue with the AC remotes not working. He said that they were working. I said they were not but we would manage without. He came and changed the batteries because…they were not working. We enjoyed our time even with the host being a bit difficult.

• Luis (7/5): Good - Everything is good, the location is amazing. You need 20 min walking to Spanish Square, it's quite a center with a lot of good restaurants. You also have a parking place which is a must in the city center. Honestly, only the check in / check-out hours are problematic. The trend of putting the check in at 15-16 and checkout at 10-11 is horrible. The guests are paying for a full day but getting 12 hours less in the end.
