• Tudor N (10/5): Great stay in downtown Hanoi - away from the noisy streets of Old Quarter but only a short ride away - New and modern apartment close to good coffee shops & bakeries around downtown. Great view, clean accommodation and many amenities were included: dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.

• prasad kumar (10/5): Nice place to stay. If you are checking in around noon time. If arriving before noon be prepared to pay atleast half day - Very well maintained good rooms. When I had wrote well in advance for a early check in there was no response for more than a week. At the time of check I was forced to pay for extra night charge which was then changed to extra half day charge.
• Kamal (10/5): The Gloria was Glorious! - The accommodation was exactly as depicted in the pictures.. I loved the location since it was away from all the noise, but convenient to travel to old quarter as it was just 5 minutes away! The view from the balcony was amazing and the bathroom facilities were super clean and efficient Not much negative things to say.. apart from the house keeping didn't wash our dishes when cleaning the rooms, not sure if that was because there was a dishwasher available

• Ayesha (7/5): Good location, great apartment, clean, good help desk, amazing rooftop and gym but inconsistent housekeeping. - The apartment is really nice. No noise from the street at all, very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had great temperature control. Living room was very cozy but I couldn’t get the tv to work for me. The view from the bedroom and lounge was of a lake so really nice. Amazing gym and rooftop. Decent internet. The rooftop was probably the highlight for me as there was lots of seating, a wonderful view and they play soft music. The balcony was enclosed so not much of a view there. Very convenient to have a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The building is decently situated. The reception staff is very friendly and nice. The ladies in particular - one of whom is the manager - were so professional and lovely. The only issue I’d say was that housekeeping was fairly inconsistent - this may have been my fault because I was working a lot so the room was not always available to clean when they were making their rounds and I’d have to ask them to return later - but they would arbitrarily not replenish certain items and it got a bit frustrating. Two of the days it was the dishwasher pods, then they didn’t leave water one day and the next they only left one bottle, no coffee, tea or sugar left for the last 2-3 days of my stay, one day they didn’t leave a shower mat and it just seemed very inconsistent.
• Eunilaine (9/5): - The room is spacious and clean. It is serviced daily and staff were always available and ready to assist. The location is kinda far from OQ though booking a grab is easy. Other issue is the entrance of the building is hidden, and if the driver is not familiar with the property, will drop you at side of a narrow street which is a hassle for me because we had luggages.

• H (9/5): - The decor and fitout of the apartment was the best Ive seen in Vietnam. The place was modern, spacious and clean. The location was a little outside of the main tourist areas, which was both good and bad. The hot water lasted less than two minutes.

• Abdullah (10/5): Lovely stay - Lovely stay. Design, facilities and staff are all excellent. If I go to hanoi again I would stay here for sure and book a grab to old quarter everyday if needed. Very worth it. Location isn't ar the best tourist areas, but it's around 10 mins taxi away. It's very worth it imo. It's also quieter than 3 other places I stayed at in old quarter. It's probably better to stay away from old quarter and get a grab, you have many more options better value and quiter accommodations. You would still save money despite booking a grab everyday

• Sirikan (10/5): - The The apartment was safe and clean. The two-bedroom unit was excellent in every way. The rooms and building were very new, and there was daily housekeeping. We received exceptional service. The location itself wasn't a problem for us, but the turn-off for vehicles to pick us up and drop us off in front of the building was quite confusing for drivers.

• Viola (10/5): Super stay, super location, nice staff! - It was ideal for a family with two bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a spectacular view from the windows and balcony and a wonderful roof garden. The staff was wonderful. Around the corner is a very authentic area to see small streets and houses. The presentation of food is sometimes a little irritating, we saw a grilled dog. So be prepared, we weren’t … with two kids.

• Ivančo (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay here was very pleasent from the start, lenghts to which receptionist went to make us feel comfortable and informed every day was beyond any expectations. Unfortunately, there was a road fixing during the night, but staff offered us room on the other side of the hotel right away and even offered to help us move. They kept checking na on us and our comfort regularly. We really felt very welcomed and well taken care of throughtout our whole stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the gym was nice, everyting was very enjoyable. Hands down the best hotel we stayed in during our travels probably ever. Thank you for the hospitality. Made our vacation even more amazing.
• Antoinette (10/5): The best! Apart hotel - Ngoc Pham is the best staff in the place she is so professional ! She made our stay so comfortable and so easy she made us feel special. . Cleaners are very reactive too, they come clean your apartment everyday. The 3 bedrooms has all you need with toiletries. Lotte mall is nearby for shopping. Although it’s not in Hoan Kiem, you can take a Grab car and reach there in 10min (around 2-3$). We extended for 5more nights! Highly recommended

• Ivo (10/5): A perfect 10 !! - The appartment was new with maximum comfort and totally equiped kitchen. The finest materials are used and constructed with the highest standards. Very cosy living room with big flat screen and very comfortable bedrooms (2 in our case). Modern washing machine is also available including soap :-) The staff at the reception is genuine super friendly and speak very good English. Tips, advice and help looked very natural receiving from them. I felt a sincere interest for their guests. The roof terrace and roof garden are magnificient to relax and the fitness room has it all. In fact we first booked 2 nights as part of our trip and moved on to another location. But we decided to extend our planned vacation at The Gloria and came back and booked an additional 6 nights, only because we loved that place and the staff so much. For us The Gloria is a non-brainer; our only choice for Hanoi. Just pure perfection ! It would be an insult to have the slightest criticism on these appartments or the staff. The location near West lake might be a burden for some people, but there are many busses (15 min) going to Old quarter at low cost (10K VND) that can bring you to the tourist spots.

• Patrick (9/5): Cleanest Apartment Ever - The Apartment was very clean and the furniture looked brand new and the beds were very comfortable. there even was a washing machine and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We recommend staying there with a group who enjoys a calm and clean apartment. One shower had only very limited hot water which the staff were going to adress immediatelly and gave us an alternative option. There is a weird balcony that didn't really make sense with a lot of wall and only a small view. It is a little bitt outside of the center.

• Emily (10/5): Great stay in the Hanoi's center - Great apartment! Location is excellent: Close to everything, and only takes 10 minutes to my workplace. Staffs are friendly and professional, always making you feel at home. The rooftop is really nice, as you can enjoy a great panoramic view of the city while chilling there. The streets can be quite busy during rush hours. But that is perfectly understandable for a central location, and it did not really affect my experience at all.
