• - Iboux (2/5): Non tonerò in questo appartamento - La doccia comoda Le operazioni di check in non sono friendly. Se arrivi con delle valigie e piove, tieni presente che il taxi ti porta nelle vicinanze del looker a circa 5 minuti a piedi. Da lì, devi camminare altri 5 o 6 miuti per arrivare a casa. Io sono arrivata zuppa d'acqua. Il quartiere e in particolare la calle Somera, nel fine settimana a partire dal giovedì si riempie di gente chiassosa che fa pipì per strada e anche davanti alla porta di ingresso. E' quasi difficile entrare a casa per la quantità di genet seduta per terra davanti alla porta. Immondizia, bicchieri e bottiglie lasciate per terra, puzza di pipì. L'edificio è umido e la scala poco accogliente. Uno dei due letti non aveva né coprimaterasso, né copricuscino. Ho segnalato il problema e non mi hanno nemmeno risposto. In prima battuta mi hanno detto "noi diamo solo le lenzuola" e poi non hanno più risposto. Le lenzuola ed il piumino non erano pulite. In uno dei due letti sembrava avesse già dormito qualcuno e che le lenzuola non fossero state cambiate. In frigo non ci hanno fatto trovare nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua di benvenuto. Abbiamo trovato solo un avanzo di caffè per la colazione del giorno dopo. All'arrivo ho trovato un sacchetto con dentro della spazzatura, in soggiorno.

• Alba (9/5): Apartamento excelente - Apartamento muy bien situado. Camas muy cómodas y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Bilbao. Acogedor y calefacción estupenda. Limpio y ordenado Las ventanas del dormitorio que da a la calle deberían insonorizar mejor el ruido de la calle que hay a la noche.
• Saioa (8/5): Piso céntrico y cuidado. - El piso está ubicado en pleno centro histórico y muy bien conectado, en una zona con mucha actividad. La decoración está muy cuidada, hemos encontrado todo lo que necesitábamos y las camas, muy cómodas. Aunque a nosotros no nos molestó, a tener en cuenta que es un primer piso en una calle con bastante jaleo por la noche y se oía bastante el ruido, sobre todo en la habitación exterior.

• Paul (8/5): - Keurig appartement gelegen op een perfecte location om de gezelligheid van het historische centrum te ervaren. Auto parkeren is wel mogelijk maar alleen in een parkeergarage. Vervolgens een eindje lopen.

• ELISABETTA (5/5): Troppo rumorosa non lo consiglio - L’appartamento internamente è fedele alle foto sul sito ed è provvisto di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Letti comodi. Si accede da un portone su una stradina sporca e per niente bello a vedere. Ci sono dei lavori ma questo non dovrebbe impedire la pulizia della scala e della porta di ingresso dell’appartamento. L’appartamento da su una delle strade più frequentate dai giovani che bevono, urlano e cantano. Impossibile dormire fino a notte tarda e non adatto per chi vuole riposare la notte. Andrebbe segnalato sulla descrizione. Dovrebbero essere messi dei doppi vetri per attenuare il rumore. Il sabato per arrivare alla casa abbiamo dovuto farci spazio tra la gente.

• Paul (7/5): - Excellent location in the old town. The appartment itself has been recently renovated and is extremely comfortable and tastefully furnished. However, at the time of writing this, the whole of the entrance to the building and the stairs were being renovated, with dust everywhere, which was a bit of a shock. I'm sure everything will be fine when it's all finished, which may be a while from the date of this review. Building site.

• Hounayda (7/5): Bien - El apartamento es bonito, y está en buena ubicación. En las noches había mucha gente bebiendo en las calles, se escuchaba mucho el ruido. Además el edificio esta en obras, y por la mañana se escuchaba el ruido de las obras y por la noche el de las calles. Ha sido complicado el descanso.
• Siobhan (8/5): - Location , beds comfortable, clean, everything we needed. Very noisy at night with young students but stopped at 1am. I had read this on another review so had the noise cancelling earphones on! Works ongoing in hallway but will be nice when done

• Kari05 (8/5): Bien - El lugar es precioso y súper cómodo. Está muy bien equipado. Se encuentra en pleno casco antiguo, por lo que tienes todo muy cerca. Nos dejaron café de cortesía y articulos de limpieza personal, y del piso, lo que se agradece. Tiene hervidor y una cocina súper equipada. Las camas muy cómodas con colchones buenos. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy lindas decoradas. Me parece muy fuerte que sabiendo que hay obras en el propio portal y en toda la escalera de la finca, ni siquiera lo mencionen y sigan alquilando como si nada... aún sabiendo que quienes viajamos buscamos tranquilidad para descansar. Vinieron las personas que están trabajando 7 y poco a sacar material hablando a los gritos y haciendo muchísimo ruido. Me parece poco profesional que esto no se informe y no sean ransparente con una información tan importante.

• Maria do Céu (9/5): - Apartamento muito bom, bastante confortável. Fazia falta uma torradeira para os pequenos almoços. Há um bocadinho de ruído exterior, mas nada de mais, devido a localização. Gostámos muito!

Het complex wat volledig aan t renoveren dus ingang, opgang, trappenhuis was vies, vochtig, lag deels open, deels gestuct. Eenmaal binnen was t n nieuw appartement maar diverse dingen kapot en dode planten. En geen airco!

The local car park is 15 minutes walk away and long way to bring luggage. No lift to first floor apartment. Entrance looks ‘dubious’. Neighbours washing outside bedroom window. Sound transfer through walls. Booking.com address location on map is wrong showing No. 1, when actual address is No. 37. No reference to local car clean air zone rules when booking on Booking.com site.

• Lauren (9/5): Fantastic location, lovely property, some street noise in the evenings but all in all a great stay! - Lovely stay in Bilbao, very good location close to transport options and good restaurants. The property is really well maintained, super clean and the kitchen was well equipped (no toaster but there was a kettle, moka pot, pots/pans, utensils, even a stick blender should you need one!). All in all we enjoyed our stay and found the property to be cozy and well equipped. Things to note: we stayed from Thursday until Sunday and found that every night the street the apartment was located on was VERY busy with people drinking and socializing in the street - often we had to ask them to move so that we could get to the door but this was not an issue. You can hear noise from the street until around 1 am and then street cleaners come in which you can here. This is a low monotonous noise so you can still sleep but we’d recommend ear plugs. Another FYI is that there is no WIFI at this property - this is noted in the description but we missed this detail and so it is worth noting. The heating for the property is on a timer and seems to kick in around 6 am which means you do go to bed with it being a bit chilly.
