Ethan (7/5): The location is doing a lot of heavy lifting! - A very spacious apartment, with free parking, access to a pool and a gym—and in a phenomenal area. Even thought our check-in was pushed back an hour due to cleaners still in the apartment, the cleanliness is severely lacking. The entire apartment needs a deep-clean, from top to bottom.
Louise (5/5): Great location. Terrible beds. Wrong check in codes provided, and they don't check their emails. - Location was great. Fabulous to have 2 separate bathrooms for the 2 separate bedrooms. Beds in both bedrooms were terrible. TV reception was terrible. No teatowels, so couldn't wash up properly. Customer service provided incorrect pin code for check in. Customer service also chased me to find out where the key was after check out, even though the owner had told me where to leave the key if I checked out early, and I had also emailed customer service with all of this information very early on the morning of check out, to avoid any issues.

The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. I was particularly impressed with the host's responsiveness - they were always quick to answer my questions and provide helpful information. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others.
