• claudia (10/5): Milano in fuga - La struttura è a 5 minuti di cammino dalla fermata metro M4. Quindi ci si arriva direttamente dall'aereoporto Milano Linate spendendo €2.20 di biglietto. Dopochichè per si spostamenti basta scendere a San Babila e da lì prendere il cambio per il centro. Zona tranquilla con bar, pizzerie e parco vicino. il check in è stato semplice grazie alle indicazioni. La camera era molto spaziosa, moderna esattamente come da foto, anche il bagbo spazioso e con tutto l'occorrente per il nostro soggiorno. Pulizia ottima e ben insonorizzata grazie alle robuste finestre. Solo come consiglio : cambiare il para acqua basso della porta della doccia .

• Rebecca (8/5): There were issues and the hosts seemed inexperienced but it was still pleasant and we enjoyed it - The property was great! The building was very nice, in a great location near public transportation and restaurants and stores. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and were a nice size. Getting into the building was a little difficult for us as our train was unexpectedly delayed and we could not communicate easily with the host so she was unable to meet us as planned. A resident of the building ended up just letting us in. We were not familiar with the entry process and did not know there was a buzzer to let you exit the building but we eventually figured it out : ) The instructions on how to open the door to the suites was a little confusing. I’m not sure if left and right are different in different countries but we ended up having to turn the knob the opposite way the instructions said which caused some confusion until we figured it out. The bathroom had some hair in it when we got there but we just cleaned it up ourselves. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were really nice! And the tea and coffee were a great touch. We had to clean the mugs before we used them as they appeared to not have been washed in a while. The trash bags had rips in them which was weird to me, but they worked ok, so it didn’t bother me that much. The mattress was upside down on the bed and I think it would have been more comfortable right side up. The waterproof mattress cover was just a piece with no edges and it moved around easily on the bed and got bunched up a lot and had to be repositioned for comfort often.

The host even gave me suggestions of local places to eat at. Bus and metro is 5-10 min walk away. The hot tub was amazing used it twice was a big tub enough for two to share

Good attention to details and to the customer needs and requirements. It was one of the best stays in my trip. Highly recommend to try it! None

She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and ensured our stay was pleasant. The property is a stone's throw from the tram station and has plenty of options for dining nearby as well.
