• Kerry (10/5): Perfect, exactly what we needed. - Perfect location for all amenities. Lovely and spacious with everything you could need for a family vacation. Our hosts were lovely and so accommodating and the cleaning staff are outstanding. They have extremely high standards. Our grandson was very upset the day we had to go home. Really looking forward to returning. We loved everything. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

• Jim (8/5): Great location and very helpful customer service - Property in ideal location with all amenities within 5 mins walk and that includes the beach There were a couple of mishap’s The boiler broke down and the washing machine as so was inoperable. The boiler was replaced straight away but the washing machine was in-operative for the whole of our stay. Which meant we had to ask our friends for the use of there machine. But other than this really enjoyed our stay.

• Steindor (9/5): Nice well equipped apartment in a good location. 👍 - Very goog facilities in the kitchen, it is just like your home and you feel like home in this apparent. Nothing, but it can be a bit noisy in the morning when trucks and buses are passing through. But nothing that bothered you.

• Andreea (6/5): No water available for a day :( - Location is close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket. No water available at all, for one day. After a day at the beach, we had no water (no shower, no toilet, not at all). No notice before about this. Poor communication with the responsible person. The apartment was clean, but the floor full of dust. We are not sensitive when it comes to noise and nothing bothered us, but it is noisy.
• Shelley (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at the end of october, half term and was relatively quiet in pool area which was great no sunbed wars as people left teh beds as soon as they were donw. Made a nice change . Location was excellent, short walk to all amenities, fanabe beach, bars and restaurants. The complex was perfect for what we needed, we came with children 8 and 12 and they loved the pool area which is huge. It's not as slick as all inclusive hotels but we were able to eat out 3 times a day and still came in cheaper than a 4star all inclusive. However it had all the amenities to live self catering if you want to. The best part for us was it felt safe with lockable gates everywhere. The apartment itself for the price an area is fantastic value only complaint would be the curtains were a bit light on a morning if you like a lie in. All in all probably our best stay in adeje yet! We will definitely be back. Oh and the lady who gave us the keys was incredibly helpful. Curtains to light rest was just what we needed for the price you pay! Oh and the safe is a bit fiddly
• Hudd (6/5): love Adeje but unfortunately the complex did not meet our expectations - Location was central. the pools were good apartment was right above a bar and on the main road there was continual traffic noise. the sunbeds were in a very poor condition and not many of them

• Robin (8/5): Nice large comfortable Apartment, with easy access to resort. But could be better. - Very large & comfortable apartment with everything you need for self-catering. Iron & Ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, free safe. Home from home. Large medium firm bed with Air Con in bedroom & living area. Loads of English Channels, although the reception was hit & miss. Lovely shower. Two comfortable sofa’s & two balconies with Table & chairs. Above Wigan Pier & La Flaca, but never heard any noise. There is a bottom exit just under the Apartment & leads through La Flaca to the main street, so easy & quick to Come & go. Key handover acceptable, but would prefer face to face. Would return but see the Bad Points. The Vertical blinds have had it. There were Foils missing & in the bedroom they didn’t turn. They are grey, so sunlight peers through. The bed is too close to the door, so you must turn sideways to avoid hitting your leg on the corner of the bed. This is because the owner has pulled the bed away from the wall to fit extension leads each side. The Aircon in the Living room broke down whilst we were there. We reported it, but it wasn’t attended to. The Living Patio door lock is broken. Mere Verde Complex is looking run down, but it does have some really good apartments. So, you get what you pay for, I guess.
• Agota (9/5): Well equipped apartment - Pleasant and clean apartment with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. There are restaurants in the nearby, but they are not to noisy. Nice beaches in walking distance. A good spot for a great holiday. Some small extras would make it perfect, like filling the liquid soap (it was empty) a small hand towel and some coffee capsules. It's about cents which would add a plus.
• Marguerite (7/5): Good location - Location of this apartment is great, really close to the beach but surrounded by some lovely, less touristy bars and restaurants. Bed was comfy and the apartment had most things you would want while on holidays. Although could have been a little cleaner including the towels and bedding. Other reviews comment on the noise which can be loud but more so early in the morning from the traffic and trucks doing deliveries. The restaurants and bars around are actually pretty quiet in the evening. Before booking the apartment I asked would one of the pools be heated during the winter and was told yes of course but this wasn't true when we arrived, although it was still not too bad but definitely not heated either. My biggest issue with the apartment was the blinds. Terrible, cheap, broken blinds that offered very little privacy let alone blocked out the light. Ended up covering the patio doors in the bedroom with 2 big blankets to try and keep the room some way dark.
