• camille (10/5): - Been there twice during our trip in vietnam , nothing to complaint about , that hostel is one of the best. - Amazing location, you can walk everywhere from there. We were not there to party but if you are , the beer streets is 2 minutes away ! - Great service , they help with literally everything , from laundry to booking activities or taxis. - The rooftop is really a gems , beautiful views with nice musics. - The price are unmatched , for the quality of the bed , bathroom and wifi, this is really the best in Hanoi.

• Jana (1/5): Einfach nur eklig - Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Die positiven Bewertungen sind alle durch ein Schild "5 Sterne Bewertung für 1 kostenloses Bier" entstanden. Ich kann leider nichts positives über dieses Hostel sagen, außer dass das Frühstück ganz gut war. Ansonsten war das Hostel laut, dreckig und es hat überall extrem eklig gestunken. In meinem Bett sind zudem auch einige kleine Tierchen rum gekrabbelt.

• Noémie (1/5): Je comprends que c’est le moins cher dans le coin. Mais ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose de bien. - Le lieu. Bon déjeuner sans blague. • « Jacuzzi » n’est pas chauffé du tout, c’est une piscine avec des jets • J’ai eu à deux reprises des gens assignés à mon lit… Ils voulaient réveiller ces gens-là mais je savais que c’était par leur mauvaise organisation. Ça prenait tjrs 1-2hrs régler cela. • Pas organisés, au point où ça affecte les clients: ils cognent à une heure pas possible à mon dortoir pour relire la page du visa voyageur d’une personne qui avait check-in plus tôt ce jour-là • AUCUNE sécurité pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent boire: deux jeunes hommes de 19 ans ont pris 100 shooters ensemble pour représenter leur pays dans le cadre d’un jeu (un jeu organisé par soir). L’un d’entre eu était inconscient. J’ai dû m’occuper d’eux. Ils étaient laissés seuls. L’un d’entre eux a vomi sur son matelas à maintes reprises et rien n’a été lavé.

• Márton (5/5): - Well the only thing was good on this hostel is the location. Breakfast is acceptable. THe room is fine with space which is fine for the people. THe place is not clean at all. THe washroom when I arrived it was a disaster because of people having parties all the time. It is a big party hostel so be aware of this. THe rooms most of the time without windows. For couple of days stay it is okay but I was happy to leave.
• Hector (9/5): Tranquilidad en medio del bello caos - La ubicación es maravillosa, tanto para conocer los lugares turísticos o para salir de noche, una tienda de conveniencia a unos metros y la calle de la cerveza a dos cuadras, muchos restaurantes en las cercanías. La habitación era limpia y cómoda. El desayuno cumple las expectativas. La habitación no tenia ventana hacia el exterior. El horario del rooftop era limitado y el espacio cerraba en las noches.

• Heleni (7/5): Custo benefício bom e excelente localização. - Cama e travesseiro confortável. Café da manhã simples, mas bom. Excelente localização, no centro de Hanoi, próximo à maior parte dos pontos turísticos, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Em volta também tem tudo, ATM, restaurantes, lojas que vendem roupas e acessórios, etc. Meu quarto era próximo ao elevador, então fazia o barulho da porta abrindo e como meu sono é leve, atrapalhou um pouco. Mas coloquei earlplugs e deu certo.

• Mara (7/5): Okay - The bed was clean and the room was nice. The staff was friendly. It‘s okay for one night. The towels in the bathroom had huge holes in them and the floor of the bathroom and the walls weren‘t clean. The entire hostel smelled like beer and cigarettes. The lift was right next to our room and was beeping the entire night.
• Richard (5/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Great location, cool bar and terrace at the top. Asked to change rooms as the first stunk. Then put into a windowless room with little to no air. Experience wasn’t helped by anti-social roommates. Left 1 night early and kindly offered refund.

• Elleah (9/5): Great hostel!! - Great location- close to everything, helpful staff, breakfast was good and included so great value for money. We met some great people on the rooftop bar, nice social vibe. The pub crawl was good fun! Beds were comfy, showers were hot, overall would definitely recommend if you’re in Hanoi!!
• Rachna (9/5): - Fabulous location! The room had a great view of the street and the rooftop bar was also fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, letting us store our luggage before check-in and days later when we returned after a three day tour and needed a place to keep our luggage for a couple hours before our flight. It was a bit loud in the night especially on karaoke night even with the doors and windows closed. We all still slept okay but just something to keep in mind! The triple room also has limited space to move around in, again just an FYI if you have a lot of luggage. The pub crawl is a misnomer, it’s two clubs after the hostel rooftop bar (or at least was for us). Overall, I would still definitely recommend people to stay here for the location, amenities (including breakfast) and friendly staff.

So cool ist nettes Personal an der Bar, bin direkt ins Gespräch gekommen mit Leuten, perfekt des Hostel, um zu connecten, um Abends was zusammen zu starten, jeden Abend kann man sich irgendwo anschliessen, perfekt, um nicht alleine zu sein zu wollen, hatte ein wenig Angst, da ich ein paar nicht so gute Bewertung gelesen habe, aber die haben sich revidiert. Ich finde das Hostel ist für jeden was egal, in welchem Alter bin 30+ und hatte eine tolle Zeit. Habe im vierten Stock geschlafen, es war nicht laut. Alles war super. Das Frühstück war toll und lecker. Ab dem zweiten Tag hat es doch ein wenig modrig im Zimmer gerochen. Irgendwo ist bestimmt Schimmel und die Besitzer müssen es bestimmt sanieren, ich habe bei keinem Schimmel gesehen und es hat mich nicht zu sehr beeinträchtigt, könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass in anderen Zimmern es schlimmer ist.

If you can ignore and stumble over the drunk people outside hotel and sleeping in lobby then it’s fab. Warning, you need cash plus 200 cash deposit. I had just landed and didn’t have any cash yet so had to go to a machine as the card machine was broken! It’s also not the booking.com price if you pay cash it was 4/6% fee ontop

• Michael (6/5): Party hostel with party traces - Lovely roof terrace, inclusive & efficient staff. Heavy focus on party, people are almost all 18-25 years old. They party every day and dont clean up after themselves. The staff is trying to clean after them but theres no chance. It is quite dirty.

• Owen (8/5): Solo traveler 1 night in Hanoi's Old Quarter - The location is great if you're looking to be in the action of Hanoi's Old Quarter. I had a solo room that was quite comfortable and soundproofing was great! I could barely hear the noise from the rooftop bar despite being only 1 floor below it. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi tub were nice to have access to. The jacuzzi tub was a little cold but it felt great to put my feet in. Breakfast was really good too! The property and facilities exceeded my expectations.

• Yasmina (8/5): Good location - Location Some of the staff were not so friendly and they miss a bit of coordination. They called me twice and texted me at 2h30 am because people from the other shift did not checked me in and wanted to know where I was . Not even apologise for waking me up or offered to still enjoy breakfast when I asked at 10 am if I could still enter for a quick coffee but they justa said very rudely it was closed (I work in hotel hospitality and I would have have firstly apologise and also let the guest in for a quick coffee after the inconveniences caused). Pay also attention to check out on time as I saw they charge fees even if you exceed 30 minutes and they do not let you check in until 14h
• Marvin (7/5): Good room and nice staff but mold on the walls which was a bummer. - Staff was friendly and rooms were good. The breakfast was great and the rooftop bar was also nice! There was a lot of mold on the walls on our floor and the room smelled bad, probably because of the mold. No good place to sleep for obvious reasons.
• Owen (9/5): - It has a great location in Hanoi's old quarter. The rooftop bar/jacuzzi pool views are amazing, and the breakfast was excellent! Soundproofing is pretty good too so I couldn't hear as much noise in my room as I was expecting to.

However the value for money is not great as a there is no window in the room and for the same price (or even less) you can get a nice hotel in the centre with a window. So, when you really value the hostel vibes it might be worth it, however otherwise I would recommend elsewhere.

• Allison (1/5): - The 4 bed dorms are quite small and the staff overall quite useless. I was woken up in the middle of the night by other guests breaking the first cardinal rule of shared dorms. I ignored it for the first hour, but it became unbearable especially because of how physically close together the beds are. When I went to the front desk asking for another room/another option, and finally explained why when pressed, I was offered no action or solution. I forfeited my next night and found accommodation with better service.
