• Steve (10/5): - The check in process was excellent, arranged to meet up to collect keys and we were shown around the apartment and given a full explanation of how everything worked. Outdoor balcony is huge, lovely place to sit for morning coffee, late afternoon drinks. Location is superb, literally 2 mins walk from harbour and lots of bars/restaurants in the doorstep.
• Megan (10/5): We had the best family holiday and can’t wait to come back! - The property was clean on arrival and had everything we needed for a family of four with a 6 and 4 year old! Beds were comfortable, clean and perfect for us, sofa area with TV, little utility room with washer, ironing board, clothes horse for the balcony. When we arrived the host was quick to message and reply telling us where to meet him! He walked us to the door and showed us in with the key fob for the gates, even let us stay for a couple of hours after check out so we could keep the boys in the shade before our bus to the airport. This was so appreciated and not many other places would do this! Outside the apartment is a little fun park with rides for the kids, you are literally 2 min dander into the heart of the Mariana to your right or if you turn left you’re right on the long walk promenade and can go all the way to Torremolinos. The location is 10/10! Apartment is 10/10! Absolutely nothing to not like, the entire stay was fantastic.

• Dawn (10/5): Perfect location for a 9 night stay. - Very close to the Marina and beaches for gorgeous views and traditional places to eat. About a 10 minute walk to British orientated pubs for home comfort food and drink so perfect for us. Having to leave.
• Gemma (9/5): Amazing location beautiful apartment - Apartment was clean and well stocked. Location was perfect just everything we wanted The only negative was there wasn’t a bin in the bathroom but that is being really picky I couldn’t fault anything else
• pascal (7/5): - A location that allows you to avoid using the car. There’s everything you need nearby. There really wasn’t much in the way of equipment in the appartement. Idéal for a couple but no more than that. Not enough power sockets; the tv in the bedroom isn’t connected to anything.

• Heike (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Benalmadena - Die Lage in der Nähe des Hafens war perfekt. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet. Es war grundsätzlich sauber, die Dusche könnte aber eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Es sollten mehr bzw. bessere Reinigungsgeräte zur Verfügung stehen. Staubsauger oder großer Besen. Die Waschmaschine sollte ausgetauscht werden.
• Allison (8/5): It was a good base and a pleasant stay. - Location was great. Staff lovely. Kettle very small and leaked. Shower gel was just a couple of sachets so advise to bring your own. What looked like the sugar pot had salt in it!

• Janice (6/5): Very comfortable but also dissatisfied - All very clean and comfortable throughout. No sun at all on the terrace,the weather was wonderful so upset we had to leave the apartment to get some sun on our bodies.
• Colette (7/5): If you are looking for location this property is the one, however, safety of the apartment was not a priority. - The apartment was very central and close to the marina. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. A lot if the locks on the windows and external door didn’t work. The balcony furniture was very tired and worn. The balcony had a lot of birds poo that was clearly old and had not been cleaned. This stopped us from using the balcony.

• lorraine (8/5): Location makes this apartment - Location was superb and was apartment was very clean. Surrounding apartments were quiet and the whole complex felt very safe and secure. Staff were brilliant and super helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable and A/C in each room was very welcomed. The terrace got the sun all day, is overlooked but never felt a problem. Could just do with a few things being fixed…drawers in the bathroom, door handles etc. Definitely need mirrors in the bedrooms and only 1 bin was a bit of a pain. We stayed as a family of 3 for 10 nights but for a couple of nights can imagine it’s perfect. However only slight issues and would definitely return.

Safe, Clean, comfortable, right at thr center of the marina, a few steps from everything, public parking very close and safe, great air conditioning in all rooms that works perfect. Property keeper good communication, helpful, nothing but positive. Nothing. All was great.

• James (9/5): Superb - Location was superb so close to the marina and restaurants, you could contact the hosts if you needed anything which was great and it felt very safe. Only had a hob and no dishwasher. As we were staying with young kids this was a bit of an issue but didn't ruin the trip. We paid for a travel cot but only a next to me crib was provided.. this was too small for a 2 year old. We managed to set him up in the bed but was just nervous of him falling out

• Angela (10/5): Perfect apartment and location for a short girls trip - The property was exactly as advertised, and in a fabulous location in the heart of all the marina has to offer. Fabulous terrace which we would have made more use of on a longer stay. Excellent communication with KH/ manager. A minor annoyance was the lack of mirrors in bedrooms which is unusual and not ideal for a group of girls getting ready at the same time . Only noted as a suggestion but the apartment was beautiful so did not take away from our stay .
• Richard (9/5): Good quality, comfy apartment for a short stay - Apartment was great . Very clean and the quality of the fixtures and fittings were of a much better standard than most other rentals that we have stayed in . Very close to everything but still quiet when we stopped. No fault of the property but in February the outside terrace (which is very nice) gets virtually no sun . We knew there was no oven so didn’t affect us as we planned to eat out, but, maybe for longer stays an air fryer might help some people ?

• Elizabeth (9/5): Benalmadena - Oct 2024 - The apartment was immaculate, safe and in a fabulous location, literally in the middle of everything. No car required. Public transport to neighbouring areas was easy to use and budget friendly. I would definitely come back. There was nothing not to like. Although I would recommend a bigger clothes dryer. And a little info in the apartment would have been helpful, where the bin was etc.
• Anne (9/5): The apartment was quite modern and had all the necessary equipment plus quite a number of artificial plants and flowers - It was well stocked with cutlery crockery anything you could need It would have been useful to have instructions on how to use the TV and a mirror in each of the bedrooms would be good but there was nothing we didn’t like about the property

• Pauline (8/5): Loved the apartment, not too impressed with the Marina which is definitely in need of a facelift. - Location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Quite difficult to find and it took a while to locate the apt, tried contacting Ronald without success. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and spacious. Large balcony with sun most of the day. Ample storage, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. It was quiet when we were there but it may be a bit noisy in summer with surrounding apartments, a couple overlook the balcony so not very private. The beds are quite firm. I think there should be more towels supplied, one hand and one bath towel per guest is not enough unless you are going to wash them everyday. Ok as there were only two of us but could be a problem for four. Only Spanish TV channels although you could get Netflix. I also think some general information in the apartment would have been helpful, local restaurants, public transport info etc.
