• Anke (3/5): Wer unter Jugendherbergsniveau wohnen möchte, wird dort zufrieden sein. - Das ist ein Laden, in den ein paar Betten gestellt wurden und ein stark verschmutztes Sofa. Im Schreiben zum CheckIn wird suggeriert, es gäbe eine Eingangstür und dahinter Appartements. In Wirklichkeit handelt es sich um ein altes Ladenlokal direkt an der Straße, in dem man lieblos die Schaufenster mit Folie zugeklebt hat. Ein Schlafzimmer hat keine Fenster, das andere hat abgeschlossene Fenster. Die Tür zum Laden hat eine „Sicherung“, die mit Leichtigkeit zu öffnen ist. Vor der Tür liegen haufenweise Zigarettenstummel. Ein verdreckter Teppich rundet die Ausstattung ab. Die Betten quietschen. Vor der Tür ist zurzeit eine riesige Baustelle. Die Straße ist komplett aufgestemmt und nicht befahrbar.
• ALI ESAT (1/5): Hayatımda geçirdiğim en kötü geceydi. - Dükkandan bozma bir daire hazırlanmış. İnanılmaz pis. Yatakların başucunda toplu toz bulutları var, içerisi çok kötü kokuyor (nem ve köpek çişi kokusu), koltukların üstünde kocaman hareler halinde lekeler var. Nasıl kaçtığımızı bilemedik.

• Marta Johanna (5/5): Good location, the lack of early check-in and issues with cleanliness left us disappointed. - The location of the accommodation was quite convenient - not too far from the city centre, and having a grocery store just across the street was a big plus. The apartment itself was spacious, with a large living room and two separate bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom areas were on the smaller side, but functional for a short stay. Our main concern with this accommodation was the lack of an option for early check-in. While we fully understand that early check-in is usually subject to availability and may come with an extra fee (which we were happy to pay), we were disappointed that it wasn’t possible in our case, especially since we were all carrying our luggage and simply wanted to store it safely. The only explanation given was that the apartment needed to be cleaned beforehand, which we found a bit frustrating given the 10 AM check-out time. Unfortunately, when we finally arrived, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations—the floors were noticeably dirty, which made the wait even more disappointing.

• Vika (9/5): Enjoyable and easy to reach location - The location is perfect, everything was easy to reach by public transport as stations was so close. Location is perfect in all ways: shopping, eating, touring around Berlin. Apartment was very clean and convenient. Hosts are easy to reach and supportive both by phone and written communications. This may sound funny but we missed a brush to sweep the floor. Even though we took off shoes at the door it would have been handy staying for 5 days. Could get loud outside the door past 10pm as some people were sitting on the windowsill and drinking/smoking.

• Egor (10/5): Great location, a lot of space - The apartment is large and well situated. The check-in was rather easy. In the morning we appreciated the coffee maker full of coffee It is in the old apartment building, so noise rules are quite harsh. No loud talk after 8pm
• Manolis (9/5): perfect for a short stay of a small group of friends in Berlin! - The location was very good, close to a metro and tram station. The apartment exceeded my expectations, it was very cozy, warm and clean. The owners were kind and helpful, they took great care of our needs and helped us in the best way they could! There were not towels in the kitchen nor in the bathroom, so we had to use our own smaller towels for drying our hands and the dishes we washed. Other than that, I cannot not find anything else that was negative!
• Ajied (9/5): Worth it! - I love everything about this residence. Although the location is quite far from the bus station and train station, but it is easy to access public transport such as trams and buses. There are several supermarkets and halal food restaurants near this apartment. The facilities provided are complete. The floor is a bit less clean and the water heater in the bathroom doesn't work well. There were times when the tap water was not hot and we had to take cold showers.
• Irina (1/5): Awful!! The worst experience in my entire life! - Do you want to be robbed in Berlin? Welcome to those apartments. The apparent is located on the ground floor with a direct entrance from the street. While we were sleeping, the robbers just entered the apartment and took all the valuable stuff we had. When the police and the housekeeper appeared the next day, we found out that there was a spare key hanging outside of the door in a small lock. The robbers just took the key, opened the door and entered the apartment. I would have never moved into a flat knowing that there is a “welcome” key for the robbers outside. We were with two small kids there, I can’t even think what could have happened when kids were awaken and left their room. After intense emailing with the landlord, there is neither excuse nor a compensation offered.

• Alon (8/5): Good property, but is a shop on the street - feels unsecure - A very spacious apartment. Perfect location in a central area very close to public transport. All required appliances are available The property is actually a window shop on the street that was converted into an apartment. The entrance is immediately from the street and the "walls" towards the street are actually shop windows. The dior cannot be hermetically locked from outside. This raised security issues.

• Biao (8/5): Spacious rooms good for family. - Spacious Check in took much longer time than we expected. Mostly because we did not receive the registration link from the host. We had to call customer service a few times to get the problem solved. Booking.com customer services were very nice and helpful though.
