• Abhi (5/5): The flat is nice but the appliances and the electricals are not kept properly making the stay uncomfortable for us. - Location is great to explore London. Close to the tube station and shopping areas. The flat is on the first floor and has a lot of sunlight coming in and has a big bath. When we checked in the smoke detector batteries were low and it made a constant LOUD beeping noise for the entirety of the 3D&3N stay. This was very annoying and wasn’t fixed until we left. This made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t sleep. The host was unresponsive and unable to fix the issue after multiple reminders. The bathroom is not cleaned properly and the tub doesn’t have a stopper which makes it useless. The AC cannot be set manually and can go on & off at any time.

• arias gomez (10/5): - El apartamento esta genial, muy comodo, con todo el equipamiento de cocina necesario, se puede desayunar muy bien y hacer las cenas porque hay tres supermercados al lado. Todo muy limpio y muy confortable. Ademas la zona es muy buena con muchos restaurantes y buen ambiente a cualquier hora. Nos hemos quedado una familia de 4 personas y el sofa cama tambien es comodo. Volvería de nuevo al mismo sitio. Todo bien

• Anna (9/5): zwiedzaliśmy Londyn pełne 3 dni lecz brakło czasu, żeby zaliczyć główne atrakcje. Myślę, że na zwied - Super lokalizacja, wszędzie można dotrzeć pieszo, dodatkowo można poczuć klimat prawdziwego Londynu, tego dla mieszkańców. Mieszkanko malutkie, ale dość wygodne. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, z lodówką, mikrofalą, ekspresem do kawy. Kawa i herbata dostępne. Do tego kilka ciasteczek. PLUS za czystość. Drugi za kawę, herbatę i ciasteczka. Brakowało nam troszkę soli. Kupiliśmy, zostawiliśmy dla następców. Ponadto mieliśmy pecha do sąsiadów - grupy bardzo hałaśliwych ludzi, prawdopodobnie też turystów. ROZWRZESZCZANYCH. Ściany cieniutkie i wszystko słychać. Dobrze, że i tak chodzimy spać późno. Mimo tej niedogodności - polecam obiekt.

• mark (8/5): we hebben drie fijne nachten en dagen gehad in het mooie appartement. - de locatie was perfect in een goede wijk dichtbij de metro en bussen, restaurantjes in de buurt en ontbijten bij Joe & Juice. het appartement was goed schoon gemaakt. er hangt een mooie grote TV voor een avondje netflixen als je de stad niet meer in wilt. We misten wel handdoek en afdroogdoek in de keuken. En ook haakjes voor de badhanddoeken in de badkamer. Nog een kleien tip voor de eigenaar: Maak de ramen een keertje goed schoon, ook aan de buitenkant, dan oogt het hele appartement mooier. De prijs was hoog maar volegns mij is alles duur in londen, dus daar moet je je bij neerleggen.

• Patria (5/5): Clean, basic facilities; don’t feel good value for money - Clean property with adequate facilities Narrow, steep stairs to enter apartment & get access to bedrooms. Very industrial inside. The photos portray a more luxurious feel than the reality.

Rapport qualité-prix au top ! - Communication avec l'hôte au top, nous avons même pu déposer nos bagages avant le check-in pour pouvoir visiter la ville dès notre arrivée. L'appartement est super bien situé, le quartier Marylebone est magnifique nous avons adoré ! L'appart était très propre, proche de tout. Hyper agréable, on reviendra ! Parfait pour un séjour à deux 🫶 L'insonorisation du salon (pas dérangeant pour nous, car on dormait dans la chambre, mais si l'on vient à 4 et que des personnes dorment dans le salon, ce serait plus dérangeant).
• Kozłowska (6/5): - Apartament ma idealną lokalizację , blisko do metra , kilka kroków do Oxford Street. W zasięgu 200 m super sniadania!. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Bezproblemowy i szybki check in oraz wejście do apartamentu. Cisza o spokój. Opłata jest niewielka jak na tą lokalizację. Apartament nie był czysty , rozumiem ze nie jest nowy ale można by wziąć wyższa cenne za sprzątanie i doczyszczenie . Jedno lozko ma bardzo niewygodny sprężynowy materac. Nie znalazłam wczesniej informacji że jest dużo wąskich schodów do pokonania . A mieliśmy 4 duze walizki. Ale mimo wszystko to był fajny czas.

• Hendrik (6/5): Dissapointing. Flat and facilities not fresh and seem overworked. - Easy access and good location. Photos and information misrepresented. I booked for 2 nights but left after the first finding alternative accomodation. The flat is "tired" and crowded - certainly not good for more than 2 people. Shower facilities poor, the bed mattress is poor and a restaurant aricon just outside window. Tried to contact host re cancelling 2nd night but poor response.
• Maria (9/5): A very nice stay in a prime location and a very cosy apartment. - I was traveling with 2 teenagers and this place was perfect for us. My son took the sofa, me and my daughter occupied the bedroom. I wish we could spend more time in there since location is really prime and the apartment itself is really nice and good equipped. The bathroom is very tricky to use. But we got skilled quickly. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this property for those who have problems with narrow corridors, multiple stairs, uneven spaces.

• Gowa (10/5): Beautiful apartment in great location! - Great location near Baker tube. The place is beautifully furnished, comfortable, modern and clean. Great overall just some minor issues that need repair but did not impact our enjoyment.

We enjoyed the walk the first day through Marleybone though. Stairs were steep, narrow and hard with luggage. Nice enough but not really a luxury apartment. Fans would be helpful on warm nights.

• Edim (9/5): Superb - Really nice apartment and well located. Close to many restaurant and shoppings for anything needed. Also good public transport connection. The apartment also was really clean and had required commodities for our needs. Also, we asked something to the owner and was always supportive and attentive , so big thanks to Russell for his help. Overall all was great, only that some stuff needs some maintenance, like toilet shower or toilet door. Also, the sofa bed was ok for us with 2 kids but not sure is that comfortable for 2 adults.

The pull-out sofa kept breaking, which was a significant issue since there were four of us. I’ve noticed this problem mentioned in several other reviews, so it’s quite disappointing that it still hasn’t been addressed.

The kitchen was clean and modern although kitchen supplies were a bit sparse. There were 3 or 4 flights of stairs to reach living space, not an issue for us although may not be suitable for those with difficulty climbing starts.

• Beto (7/5): Good location but overpriced and not super clean. WiFi sucks. - The layout of the apartment and its location were the only good things. It’s way overpriced for its value and the service they offer. The point of renting an apartment with a Kitchen and appliances is to be able to use them; but there wasn’t laundry detergent available, there were no kitchen napkins, or towels to wipe around the counter, there was no salt and pepper.. nothing. So we ended up struggling in the end. The WiFi NEVER worked properly, so most of the guests weren’t able to use it at all throughout the stay. Thankfully I bought an e-sim for my phone. The apartment wasn’t clean, there were a couple spots on the toilet bowl upon arrival, and the pillow had three long hairs on it.

Ideal for 5 people. - Great location, clean, tidy and comfortable apartment close to Marylebone station and Marylebone High Street with all the lovely bars, cafes and shops! The apartment layout was great, the rooms were all lovely with comfortable beds, gorgeous pillows, duvets and clean white linens. The bathrooms were excellent. The apartment is clean and clearly recently renovated. The communications with the owners was responsive and good. The view isn't great from the bedrooms, no view except for a wall, but it is central London and the location is otherwise perfect! The third bedroom has a double bed, but it is a very small room for two people. We had a party of six so we used this room for one and had the sixth person sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. No tea towels in the kitchen. A pint of milk would be a nice touch since coffee was available.

Overall it would depend on the pricing per night for value of money as it’s a great location but nothing fancy. Outside the flat entrance & hallway was dirty and dingy but once inside the apartment it was clean.

Good to separate the living space/kitchen and the bedrooms. Very basic, not many useful tools for use. We needed a few more towels but the host would not provide even a few extra towels. As well, there wasn’t enough toilet paper and then when asked the host dropped off a single roll only.
