• Mark (10/5): Great holiday in a very nice holiday home - Property was in a great location and the price very good. The facilities were very good had everything we needed for a good holiday. Getting into property was a challenge as didn’t drive so not sure which flats we were staying. Owner on hand to help us which was helpful.

• paul (5/5): Make sure you get assurances that the towels are dry and new! - Location was fine and the garage was handy to have Towels were damp and long past their best but when I asked for clean towels I got zero replies!
• Dávid (1/5): - Even the information required for check-in was only provided by the accommodation provider after several requests and only in the evening. However, what happened after that was something I have not experienced anywhere else before. When we entered the accommodation, the entire place was flooded with water. We contacted the owner, who appeared, and we agreed that since the accommodation was uninhabitable — as we were standing in water — we would rebook another accommodation, also through Booking.com, which was more expensive. Although it could happen so I would understand it but the real problems are the followings: We paid the accommodation fee, but did not receive any service. To this day, the accommodation fee has not been refunded. We tried to contact the accommodation provider, but received no response. Dear Provider if You read it please contact me or BOOKING.com helping the refund.

• Jose Domingo (10/5): Apartamento Insuperable. - Soy Marino y me sentí muy a gusto porque está encima del B° de los Marineros y frente al Puerto deportivo y pesquero. Apartamento soleado, tranquilo, hemos dormido muy bien, habitaciones con persiana, camas grandes y cómodas, el AA funciona a la perfección. Tiene todos los huecos independientes...Cocina, Salón, 2 baños, 2 habitaciones... Esta junto a dos playas. Y tiene una piscina. Y si ha esto sumamos el parking...no puede ser mejor. Volveremos a Marbella solo si está libre este apartamento. Nada

• Anna (10/5): - Jasny apartament, przestronny z widokiem na morze i port. W pełni wyposażony , dwie łazienki super sprawa. Blisko do plaży i całkiem blisko do starego miasta. Dużym plusem dla nas był garaż podziemny. Jeśli chodzi o basen, to , brak informacji gdzie on się znajduje. Dopiero doczytaliśmy w opiniach innych osób, że jest przy sąsiednich budynkach , ale i tak nie udało się nam wejść na plac obok między budynkami, bo kraty były zamknięte. Jeśli ktoś preferuje twarde materace , to ten w głównej sypialni do takich nie należał. Prysznic też raczej prosi o wymianę. Może mieliśmy pecha, tego do końca nie wiem , ale o 7 rano budziły nas bardzo hałasujące śmieciarki sprzątające ulice z liści i śmieci.

Ottima la possibilità di poter usufruire del parcheggio privato (anche se sono necessarie un po' di manovre per parcheggiare). Host gentile e sempre reperibile. Appartamento fornito di tutto. I due bagni sono una grande comodità.

• Mohammed (8/5): - Het appartement was super schoon en fris. Als je de auto op de eigen parkeerplaats zet, hoef je hem eigenlijk niet meer te gebruiken. Je kunt namelijk gemakkelijk naar het strand, de winkels en de Mercadona lopen. Bij aankomst kreeg ik een aantal appjes met duidelijke informatie over hoe je bij het appartement komt en waar de sleutels liggen. We zijn ontzettend tevreden over deze host.

• sara (7/5): - Mooi en klein appartement. Alles was schoon en netjes! Erg kleine garage je kunt daar niet normaal je auto parkeren, en als je een groter auto hebt kan het al helemaal niet. Wij hebben uiteindelijk onze auto buiten geparkeerd. Appartement heeft geen balkon.

Unsere Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ebenfalls nicht sauber, und es gab keine Duschmittel, obwohl dies so angegeben war.

• Mohamed (7/5): If you are looking for a good location, this is the place. - We liked the location of the flat facing the see and within a short walking distance from the centre of Marbella. Old furniture and the place needs to be redecorated. Narrow parking space. There are not enough pillows.

• Martin (8/5): We loved our stay and would love to stay again as its so easy to get to the beach and old town. - We loved the location, away from the main tourists but right on a very good beach with restaurants nearby, as well as shops and a supermarket. Comfortable apartment with nice views over old village towards the beach. Easy walk to the old town, ferry and bars. Car parking, typical for an apartment block, is tight. Kitchen could be better equipped.

Apartment complex was quiet and rooms were clean. WiFi didn’t work. Shower was cold for majority of trip. Seems to be a reoccurring trend from other reviews. Pool is in next apartment block, have to leave the building and was up the street to access pool. The pool I general was small with no lounge beds. Pool was also closed 3/7 days and weren’t given notice.

• Edyta (7/5): Good - Location was great, just a few minutes to a beach, harbour and old town. Two bathrooms. Parking place in the building. Check in / check out procedure a bit inconvenient for travelers as no reception and you need to be at the agreed time to get the keys. Internet and tv were not working and the owners didn’t manage to fix it during our stay despite being requested soon upon arrival. No information on how to enter the internal pool, we didn’t use it. There was no warm water in the bathrooms in two evenings. Kitchen equipment quite limited.
