Mariano (9/5): Nice appartment in the heart of Madrid! - Very nice apartment in a great location. Close to restaurants and the vibrant Plaza del Sol. You have everything within walking distance. Even if the apartment is infront of a very busy road, it remains silent. Entrance is quite dark and the elevator is really tiny. Hot water availability was reduced and we had to make schedules for the showers since the hot water was not enough for the whole party.

Ajay (6/5): Great location but many inconveniences about the apartment - 1. The location is excellent 2. The size of the property provides a lot of space 3. Minty staff are excellent and attentive if something goes wrong 1. Lack of available hot water at all times. It runs out very quickly and then takes an hour or 2 to heat up again 2. There are no waste disposal containers in the building or outside. You have to walk down the street trying to find an empty bin sometimes for a long time to dispose of your waste daily. Waste disposal times of 8pm to 8am are also inconvenient 3. The beds are very uncomfortable 4. There is no oven 5. The showers were blocked on arrival
