• Husunu (6/5): The property is worth the price because of its location. Facility-wise, not a great choice. The TV is outdated without - It is located in the middle of the major tourist attractions and adjacent to beautiful street. Lack of response from the property owners regarding queries. No housekeeping during our stay. The a/c stopped working and no one responded on time and fixed it myself. Dishwasher didn’t work during our stay.

• Повшенюк (10/5): unequivocal recommendation! We rested with a child, and everything was great! People with disabilities should know that - very friendly girls who check in and answer all questions. The location is excellent! It is a 4-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, taxis and metro are nearby. There was all the necessary equipment. Corrected comments from previous guests and replaced the bed rail. Relatively clean. There is everything necessary for cooking. They helped to check in earlier and allowed to check out later. The building has an elevator and video surveillance. Will definitely recommend for trips to Rome! the sofa is not very comfortable for sleeping. You can hear the neighbors when they come home. But all this did not spoil the rest!
• Hyung (5/5): So-so - The location was absolutely wonderful, could get anywhere on foot, safe. The main bed was alright. Besides the refrigerator, it is not dirty, sort of cleanish? I would say. There is a lift, and enough extra towels are provided. Really should they have cleaned the refrigerator; it was dirty and never improved from the picture I saw in another review. The sofa bed was absolutely uncomfortable; the middle of the bed somehow sank down. They did not provide laundry detergent, and it took a long time to get an answer. I felt rushed to get the key; I had given them a sensible timeline for arrival, but the staff hurried me, saying I could arrive earlier than I suggested(of course I was right). Not suitable for cooking.
• Magor (4/5): The apartment was awful, the city made the trip better. - The only good thing about the property was the location. The property mislead us with the pictures and with the description,it is not modern, it was modern 10 years ago, and the picture were not updated since than neither the flat was maintained since than. When we arrived we saw that the apartment is not clean, the refrigerator was dirty, the floor was sticky, there wasn’t coffee machine like in the pictures, there were no toiletries. We asked for a cleaning, they did it on the next day. The washing machine doesn’t work properly, the plates remained dirty. I can continue the list all day, I hope the management will take some action, it is a very bad customer service situation.
