• Craig (8/5): Great location. Good value for money. Poor layout if all beds in use. - Location was great. Close to Rome train station, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, cafes and restaurants. Owner met us which was nice. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Awkward layout if you used the pullout couch for a bedroom. It disconnects two bedrooms from the main living space. Forces you to walk into a public hallway to get from bedrooms to living room. Additionally there was construction on the building interior during our stay, which woke us up each morning. It created a lot of dust that got tracked into the apartment. Only two keys for the main door, which made it difficult to coordinate with the 7 people staying for two days.

El apartamento es ideal para un grupo grande. Todo perfecto

Notre hôte Mateo a été parfait et très arrangeant. Je recommande vivement ce logement ! Dans une des salles de bain, il y avait parfois une odeur de remontée d'égout.

• Tânia (10/5): Estadia fantástica!! - A simpatia e disponibilidade do Matteo foi fantástica. A casa estava muito limpa, os colchões confortaveis e quartos grandes, para alem de ter tudo o que é necessário para uma família grande, como foi o nosso caso, éramos 10 pessoas. A localização é maravilhosa, perto da estação do metro, perto do coliseu e com restaurantes e supermercados muito perto. Quando chegamos fomos presenteados com um miminho, uma cesta com uns snacks e uma garrafa de vinho 😍 Recomendo, uma estadia a repetir. .

• Tania (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, a 5 minutos del coliseo. Apartamento amplio, con todo lo necesario. Nicola muy amable y servicial. Algunas de las camas eran cómodas, pero otras hay que renovarlas, por lo demás perfecto
• David (9/5): Conveniente para estancia de familia grande en Roma - Muy amplio, con camas cómodas y equipado con todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones atendieron muy bien y resolvieron todas las cuestiones en todo momento. No notamos ruido excesivo a pesar de estar en el centro; eso sí, por la mañana se escuchan a los repartidores de tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Todo bien. Lo único a tener en cuenta es la antigüedad del edificio, pero no es un inconveniente. El apartamento por dentro está reformado así que no hay problema.

• Amelie (10/5): Appartement spacieux, confortable et idéalement situé. - L’appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier vivant avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins, mais calme la nuit. Les 3 salles de bains avec douches sont très pratiques. Paola est prévenante, elle nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et a été de bon conseil.

• Moreno Oncina (9/5): - Limpieza, espacioso, buena relación con la gerente y muy buena ubicación. No funcionaba el lavavajillas, y no localizamos ningún mantel, ni trapos de cocina. El resto muy bien.

• Alberto (10/5): Perfect for families or groups. - The apartment was perfect for our needs. We were able to stay all together without any issues. It was clean and very welcoming. Paola assisted us in a friendly and highly professional manner, making sure we could spend our time in Rome without any problems. It’s also conveniently close to everything — shops, restaurants, and the metro — so you can get anywhere quickly.

Ar-condicionados atenderam perfeitamente!! Paola nos atendeu de forma excelente!!!! O Wi-Fi quando as portas dos quartos são fechadas não pega!! As toalhas, apesar de estar limpíssima, precisam ser renovadas!! mas nenhum desses problemas atrapalhou a nossa viagem.

We also received a welcome box with pastries, marmalade, and wine — such a thoughtful touch! The location was perfect. The apartment is set on a charming local street, yet still just a short walk from the center.

Mini supermarket just downstairs, 1min from a metro station. Our host Inna assured a great experience and there was everything we needed in the flat- spacious, clean, comfortable beds. We highly recommend!

Colosseum was close and most sites walkable, although Metro station was about 100m away. Apartment had everything we needed. The host was very flexible. We arrived early and left the luggage on the last day and it was no problem. We had a great stay.
• Maxim (10/5): Exceptional - Our flight was changed 4 times or so. We ended up arriving at 2:30am into the apartment. The host met us and showed us around. There was a bottle of wine, bread and cookies for us, which was quite nice.

We enjoyed the proximity to shops and restaurants being steps away from the apartment. Loved the quaintness of the apartment. Appreciated the attention to the details of a coffee machine, water, snacks and a warm welcome coordinated by the owner. Every person the owner put us in touch with , warm and patient with our group. Top notch for sure. Their patience was commendable! This is minor details; there was nothing I didn’t like. The pullout sofas are not comfortable…For the amount of people the apartment supports, it would have been nice to have equivalent seating in the common area. Be prepared to climb stairs if the elevator is out. A little more wall decor as a suggestion. Not all drivers pulled up to the door so something to consider if it’s an issue. Again no real negatives.

• Chelsea (10/5): Perfect! - Communication was excellent. Host met us to ensure we knew everything about the apartment and how to use the locks and elevator. Big basket of goodies was a hit with the kids. TONS of room. Heating/ cooling worked excellent and in every room. Three restrooms were so helpful! The location is amazing. So cute, feels very local. We ate at Osteria Della Suburra twice, and highly recommend. We ate at the pizza place you can see from the kitchen too and it was good as well, but Osteria was our favorite. Short walk to bus and metro. The front door key is tricky BUT it’s just part of the fun of being in a super old building. It’s not a dislike it’s just a note.

Full kitchen was convenient, and laundry would be great. We had a couple of plumbing issues, initially, but they were handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

• Ronald (9/5): A good size apartment, able to accommodate up to 12 people. Close to the Colosseum and many restaurants and shops. - Large, clean and comfortable apartment. Met all our needs. Well equipped kitchen. Large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All toiletries included. Good location. Near the Colosseum. lots of restaurants and shops neatly. All landmarks fairly easily accessible. The front door to the building was hard to open with the key only working after several attempts. Lock may need adjusting. This is only a minor criticism in order to address this issue.

He even offered to arrange our transportation to and out of the pr - The apartment itself was very clean and in a good location and the price was reasonable. When we first got into the building , there was a certain smell from the trash room in the main floor. The apartment itself on the 3rd floor was all good and comfy.
