• Bob Dal Santo (8/5): We had a stress-free and enjoyable stay and did everything we set out to do during our stay. - The facilities were very clean, the views were excellent and the property was within walking distance to the venue we came to Sydney for. We were very satisfied overall with the apartment. The bed was too hard for our liking.
• Alison (4/5): Overpriced and not set up properly - New clean unit with balcony access and close proximity to sporting venues don’t waste your money. Issues galore: 1. shower head only stays upright in a certain position (reported by another guest in. Dec 25 review and still not fixed) 2. Non-functional hairdryer 3. Bed mattress is extremely hard - like sleeping on a board 4. Only 1 pillow per person 5. Doonas do not have covers 6. One pillow did not have a pillow case 7. No face washers 8. No instructions for complicated washer/dryer 9. Desk not manned (as per instructions) so no initial access to building. We had to wait and enter at the same time as someone else 10. “Sofa bed” is 2 foam pieces that go on the floor - more like a futon in two pieces 11. Inadequate sheets and bedding supplied for sofa bed, which we had to make up ourselves 12. Inadequate amount of crockery - only 2 of many items - and clouding glasses and mugs
• Casandra (2/5): Terrible bed- do not stay! - The bed was absolutely atrocious. There was no mattress on the bed, it was the base of an ensemble, hard and unable to be slept on. We ended up sleeping on the couch folded out on the floor. When we contacted the host about it, nothing was actioned.

There was a used condom behind the side tables, the bed was unbearably hard, there was no tea towels to dry up the small amount of dishes used on the last morning, the wifi in the guidebook was wrong!

• Michael Smith (2/5): Nice large bathroom / laundry. There was not enough plates, bowls & cups for a multi night stay. - What breakfast? It was serviced apartment not a hotel. The bed was rock solid & unusable. We had to purchase a temporary mattress. Why did the owners choose this bedding option? The lounge was uncomfortable as well. We have just moved to new accommodation & had our first good night's sleep in a week. The WiFi code stated was incorrect on the apartment information.
• Vanessa (8/5): We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We would stay again and recommend to others. - The location was great for our purposes and close to restaurants. The apartment overall was comfy, clean and we had all we needed. It was great to have an iron. Our stay was excellent except for a few things that can be improved. There was not enough mugs, glasses for all guest. The towels and linen were only located at the end of our location, they were hidden in the third and forth drawers. The bed was very hard. There was no teabags or tissues. The showerhead is loose and falls from its attachment.

Concierge was helpful with explaining parking and directions etc. Great facilities within the apartment!! Would definitely stay here again. The mattress was a bit too hard. Would have had more towels and extra blankets

• Ange and Geoff (9/5): Great Homebush event location, with a great view of the city. - The foldout couch was great for our teenager. Apartment was very clean and modern, and the view was great. Convenient location for public transport, Homebush sporting events and shopping. The shower was slow to drain, so you are standing in a shallow pool of water for a while after shower turned off. Collecting key was a little confusing.

• Langdon (4/5): - Apartment was clean and tidy. Location is good. Instructions to find parking and keys were not easy to follow. Slats fell out of the bed. Apartment felt bare, no art, not homely. Couch is terribly uncomfortable to sit on. Front door mechanosm is broken and it can accidentally LOCK YOU OUT if it was locked from the inside and you step out without keys (to take out rubbish for instance). This is a huge issue and nearly happened to me. Nothing in the kitchen beyond salt and pepper and some tea and sugar. Cutlery was the cheaper possible. Absolute minimum of crockery in the cupboard. Not even a box of tissues in the place (nothing says cheap like skimping on tissues). Lamp in the bedroom felt like an interrogation cell. WiFi password in instructions didn't match the settings of the WiFi device. Had to work that out myself.

• Robert (8/5): Very good - The view was amazing, the room was very tidy and clean. The facilities were amazing, it was very close to where I wanted to go and the food places near were amazing. The elevator wasn't the most comfortable, other than that the place itself was really good. Reading the directions for inside the carpark was a bit hard but eventually found the right one.

• Rod (5/5): Needs an update for its inclusions but a perfect spot to stay as it is so central to everything. - The property is close to train concert venue etc. Love the lookout it was spectacular view. The furniture needs updating. Lounge was the worst I have every sat on, rug was a trip hazard. Stains on the carpet, chair on the Balcony was broken so we could not sit out there. Bathroom supplies was poor quality. Coles soap pump no shampoo or conditioner supplied.
• Breanna (8/5): Very good - The view and location was absolutely amazing, this is somewhere I would love to stay again Unsure if owner cleans or if cleaning company is hired but the shower drain was clogged and took quite a while to drain, outdoor area was also quite dirty
• Rachel (1/5): Terrible apartment and worse owner - The key got stuck in the front door and the owner didn’t fix it until the next day - the sliding f wouldn’t open and the wi-fi didn’t work. The facilities were terrible and the owner was not much help
• Elizebeth (8/5): 8/10 - Great location and direction that are sent to you about parking and access was clear and helpful. Nice view. Lounge broken could not sit on it or use, only 1 towel per person and no extras . A lot of crockery is chipped and cracked so unable to be used.

Sofa bed is broken and not comfortable - wouldn’t suit an adult. Was clean enough, kitchen and bathroom great. Just used furniture with wear and tear. Lock on the door needs to be fixed that’s a real issue.

• Joseph (7/5): Okay for two people sharing a double bed. Not suited for a 3rd person on an uncomfortable sofabed. - Modern condo with a great skyline that you can enjoy from the balcony. Bathroom and shower are huge with strong and hot running water. Fully fitted kitchen was a decent size too for a condo. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. There are decorative buttons all over it that push into your skins and bones. Moreover, the bed was way, way too hard and in fact, after 4 nights of sleeping on it every muscle in my back was aching. It is the most uncomfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on.
