• Ahmed (1/5): Left within an hour—unsafe, noisy, poor quality, and unfair cancellation terms. Not recommended at all. - Unfortunately, nothing stood out positively during my very brief stay. I left the property in less than an hour due to serious concerns about safety and quality. Upon arrival, there was constant noise with people walking directly outside the room and gathering nearby, which made it feel very uncomfortable and insecure. The balcony door was broken, which is a serious safety issue. The bathroom was fitted with very cheap, low-quality equipment and did not meet acceptable standards. Overall, the place did not feel like a proper residential unit it felt more like a converted or closed commercial space (similar to a barbershop), which made the environment feel unsafe. I attempted to cancel immediately after check-in due to these issues, but the host refused. On top of that, there was a cancellation fee applied, which felt unreasonable given the condition of the property and the safety concerns.

• Ali (9/5): Beklediğimizden iyi ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi - Öncelikle tesisin konumu metroya 5 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Konumunu çok beğendik. Biz bir ay kaldık, ev içinde gerekli olabilecek her malzeme vardı. Balkonun açıldığı yer izole bir yer olduğu için rahatlıkla kullanabildik. Ev düzeni güzeldi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Eksilen malzemelerimizi ev sahibinden istediğimizde hemen yardımcı oldular. İlgililerdi. Duvarlar ince olduğu için koridordan yürüyen insanların sesi duyuluyordu. Lavabo biraz küçüktü.

• Morrier (10/5): Appartement charmant et agréable en bord de Tamise - Appartement charmant et agréable en bord de Tamise, cuisine parfaitement équipée pour être autonome, literies confortables et très bien situé à Hammersmith, de nombreux commerces en tous genres(supermarché a 20 m, plusieurs épiceries et Restaurants ainsi que de grandes enseignes telles que Primark, Ikea, lidl etc...), station de métro très proche Tout allait ,Nous reviendrons !

• Helen (5/5): Not up to expectations - Owner provided bread, milk, cereal, coffee, microwave. Location is very near Stamford Brook train station. Tesco express and Sainsbury express are nearby. Plenty of cafes and eateries The apartment lacks ventilation as the door to the patio is broken and not repaired before and during our stay. There is also no window. Owner only provided 1 table fan. Quiet unbearable in the summer heat.

• Denis (7/5): Good - It was an emergency solution for a friend who had to join our group but there was no space in our main hotel. And it came out that this apartment was even better (much more spacious, cosier and cheaper!) The host was friendly and responsive (I never met them but called them a couple of times for minor things) Bear in mind this is a private room in a corridor behind some tavern (there is a separate street entrance). The location is a bit distant from central Hammersmith (like 20 min walk)

• Jinny (7/5): Good - Lovely convenient little space, clean and easy to grab keys from a real person not a keysafe Unable to ventilate the place as door on to balcony wouldn't open, tv wasn't connected to aerial or Internet so useless, kettle and oven didn't work
• Sena (9/5): Excellent, I would definitely use the same hosts again. - The hosts were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. At the time we visited there was some renovation going on so there was quite a bit of dust.
