Max (1/5): horrible example of accomodation in KL - nothing it was a scam. host purposely puts huge fees in 'other fees' that are not displayed prominently on checkout. host was combatitive when i asked politely to resolve this issue. regardless of the scam i would not feel safe staying here as a guest based on their attitude. stay anywhere else.

j o r d (2/5): - Le lit était correct, rien à redire de ce côté-là. La description du logement n’était pas conforme à la réalité. L’endroit était sale, mal équipé, et le personnel était désagréable et impossible de se faire comprendre. Nous avons dû payer 20 MYR supplémentaires pour avoir de la lessive, alors que la machine à laver ne fonctionnait même pas, et personne ne nous a prévenus. En plus, des frais cachés ont été ajoutés après la réservation (50€ de taxes, 12€ de ménage par jour alors qu’aucun ménage n’a été fait, 27€ de frais de service pour… rien). Très mauvaise expérience, je déconseille fortement ce logement.

Deadl (1/5): Very bad experience, beware these people are cons - Location was ok, not too far from the center if you don't mind a half an hour walk in high humidity and heat. Building looks good outside. The hosts were awful. One hour before checkout and they were bothering me with messages to leave the apartment. About 10 minutes after check out time, they were banging on my door and flooding me with calls. A complete nightmare. Also they lied about the checkout time, which is different from what's in booking. Add to the fact that they charged me over 300 when the cost was actually below even with the added taxes that booking informs about. The beds were uncomfortable and the WiFi signal weak and it didn't work several times. The room was dirty, there was dust and dark long hair in multiple places. And they somehow wrote a review in my name in booking, saying it was "legendary" and giving them a 10 when I rate them poorly. Noisy room, poor isolation from the low quality windows allows lots of heat come inside.

It's just a bit uncomfortable as a solo female trip because some staff at Chamber's is too questionable(?). asking your female guest questions like foreign or local, from where with unpleasant stares and smiles at us it kinda makes you a bit scared.
