- Tamara (2/5): Poor staff and not clean - The rooms were big and moderm Disappointing and Poorly Maintained — Not Suitable for Families or Seniors The apartment was not clean upon arrival. The carpet was filthy, and the sofa had visible burn marks. The space overall lacked basic maintenance. The door buzzer wasn’t working, and although we reported it, nothing was done to fix the issue. The kitchen was not fully equipped — there were no oven trays and only one wine glass, despite the apartment being booked for six people. The self-check-in system only worked via mobile phone with internet access, which is impractical for international travelers who may not have data coverage on arrival. The staff were unhelpful and failed to resolve any of the issues we raised during our stay. Overall, it was a very poor experience, especially for families with children or older guests. I would not recommend this property.

- Zuazo Rados (10/5): - Me pareció muy cómodo el método de las llaves, ya que no nos teníamos que preocupar de dejarlas dentro accidentalmente o si nos separábamos no había problema para volver a entrar luego.
- Julia (7/5): - Apartamento amplio y bien equipado en una zona muy bien conectada con el puerto y también con el Centro. Todo muy limpio en el interior, camas cómodas y con dos baños, algo necesario para el grupo de seis personas que nos alojamos. Está decorado con sencillez, pero con muebles cómodos y en tonos agradables. Lo peor, sin duda, y que desmerecía muchísimo el conjunto es el patio central al que dan dos de las habitaciones del apartamento. Estaba sucio y mal cuidado, lleno de restos de comida, papeles y porquería, por lo que no nos atrevíamos a abrir las ventanas por temor a que hubiese animales indeseables que pudiesen trepar. Un horror.

- Nikki (10/5): Perfect 2 Night Stay in Santander - Fantastic property in the heart of Santander, 3 large double rooms (1 x twin beds), 2 bathrooms (1 x en-suite). All very new, clean and perfect for our 2 night stay. We definitely recommend and would stay again. Everything was perfect, if I had to make one suggestion, perhaps include shower gel/body wash in the bathrooms.
