• Aleksandra (8/5): - Great location, very quiet despite being central, and I loved the two balconies. The bed downstairs was very uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. It was also very noisy and creaked with every movement, which disturbed the other guests. Additionally, the coffee machine was not working, and there was no shower head or hose in the upstairs bathroom, making it impossible to use the shower there. The check-out time at 10 AM is quite early, which doesn’t allow for a relaxed morning or even breakfast. Access to the building is also inconvenient for groups, as the entry system requires confirmation via an app that can only be used on one phone, making it difficult for multiple guests.
• Yi (9/5): A good stay at premium location - the location is in a premium area which has a huge benefit to go to attractions and metro. The area is safe as well. The only improvement is the sofa bed as the mattress is a bit thin which was not too comfortable, also the bed frame had noise when turning the body around. However, the main bed at upstairs was good and comfortable.

Заменить водонагреватель на больший по - У квартиры есть свой стиль, два яруса, отдельный выход на крышу. Отличное Месторасположение , рядом магазины, достопримечательности и метро. Все в пешей доступности. После бронирования и 100% оплаты приходит требование прислать копии всех документов чернз интернет приложение, до заселения , иначе бронь отменяется. Об этом не предупреждаю заранее при оформлении брони. Неудобный вход в подъезд, нужно пользоваться приложением на телефоне. То есть если забыл телефон , то попасть в квартиру не получиться. В квартире есть признаки использования, потертости на мебели. Очень неудобный диван на первом этаже. Душ с водонагревателем, горячей воды было недостаточно даже для одного человека. Ванна на втором этаже без душа, было неудобно пользоваться.

Das Appartement liegt zentral und war perfekt für uns Die zweite Schlafgelegenheit war der Horror (quietscht bei jeder kleinen Bewegung und sehr unbequem) Die Kaffeemaschine war leider kaputt ,aber das war das kleinere Problem
• Nus (10/5): Charming Milan Apartment in Perfect Location - We had a wonderful stay in this charming Milan apartment. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the Duomo and with easy access to the metro, making it ideal for exploring the city. The building itself is well maintained and offers excellent security and safety, giving us peace of mind. The apartment facilities were great, very comfortable and functional, and we especially loved the cozy top floor bedroom, which added a unique and delightful touch to our stay. Overall, it was a perfect base for our Milan visit. While the apartment has a washing machine, there is no dryer, and toiletries are not provided, which could be inconvenient for some guests.

Everything was perfect – from cleanliness and comfort to the attention to detail. A major advantage is the location: it is very close to the main tourist attractions, which made getting around extremely easy and enjoyable, without the need for long commutes. The accommodation is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, regardless of its duration. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged to provide a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Das Apartment ist sehr hübsch aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, alles ist etwas abgenutzt und müsste bald renoviert werden. Die Armaturen im Bad waren sehr verkalkt, es gab keinen Duschschlauch bei der Badewanne und die Stehlampe funktionierte nicht. Zudem war es laut vermutlich wegen einer Lüftung in einem anderen Gebäude.

• Ekaterina (3/5): - Advantages of the accommodation: - a building with a concierge in a good neighborhood; - very close to the city’s main attractions; - an unusual but clear instruction for accessing the building and the apartment; - enough kitchen utensils and household appliances for a stay; - 1 minute on foot to the metro station; - 10 minutes to the tram stop. We stayed at Napoleone's Nest from September 28 to September 30. Immediately after check-in, we used the kitchen and noticed the following issues: - very dirty glasses; - deep dinner plates had been washed and put into the cupboard while still wet; - some plates felt greasy to the touch, so we had to wash them ourselves. In the bedroom, we discovered: - dust on the bed frame near the pillows; - a large amount of dust on the floor at the head of the bed. We informed the manager about it. He apologized and asked how we would like to resolve the issue. First of all, it’s not the best approach to shift the responsibility onto the customer to come up with solutions. Secondly, we said it would be great if they could give us a discount on the accommodation. The manager stayed silent for four days until we left this review. In general, the apartment has several other shortcomings: - the main light in the first-floor bathroom is not working; - dusty towel dryer; - dirty stains on the walls; - traces of insect activity; - mosquito marks on the walls. - the small tabletop ironing board is extremely inconvenient to use in this apartment. At the same time, the apartment itself is spacious enough to store a regular full-sized ironing board. The power outlets suitable for plugging in the iron are located only in three places: to the right of the bed and in the bathrooms on both floors. Property owners should offer their clients accommodations they would be willing to live in themselves.

Highly recommend! - The apartment is huge and has a vast range of appliances, its nice and quiet in comparison to other places we’ve stayed in Milan before, yet still in a good location. Check in times were flexible and no additional charges. Felt a bit pressured to leave in the morning as they asked what time we would be checking out, I’d said about 9:30 although official check out time was 10 and at precisely 9:30am someone was knocking on the door without warning to clean the apartment but I was still packing our case. They did wait without any fuss but it felt uncomfortable.

One linen cover for two people to share and cover. No extra blanket/linen. WiFi password is 21 letters included 4big letters. Only 7 small shampoo/shower gel plastic package for 4 people. I Kettle was broken and they said : we will fix it after you checked out ! Bluenest managed this property. My experience with them was unpleasant. They gave me the coordinate of Google map and I have asked a few time and finally got the exactly number and street name. I got Italian version of check in process and I need to send a photo to prove it's Italian and then they will send me an English version. For 300 euro per night. The service and amenities provided were not up to par.

• Diana (9/5): Superb - Very good location and price. But we had problems with the address given for the apartment using Google Maps on Android. It took us to a completely different location. And my family and I, tired after a difficult flight, parked with our luggage and wandered around a completely different building. Only later, when we entered the Booking order, the route showed that the apartments were a kilometer away. You need to report the incorrect address to Google Maps.
• Tarık (10/5): magnificent - The location of the apartment is amazing, the Duomo Cathedral is really within walking distance. The building where the apartment is located is very decent and very safe. We did not have any problems with cleaning. We had unused towels, thank you. 4 of us stayed very comfortably. If a person of max 60 kg lies on the sofa, it will not cause any problems, if you are overweight, you will have back pain :) But after all, it is an extra bed :) The directions when you first enter the house were very helpful.

There is no shower curtain or something to block water. You can see lots of water flowing floor after shower and it dropped to downstair.

• Eric (7/5): Apartment itself is nice, everything else not so much - The apartment looks nice and had everything we needed (except a working tub). There were two bathrooms which was good since we were 4 people. The TV had Netflix and an outdoor space. Area is busy and you're able to walk everywhere in Milan at almost equal distances, about 25 minutes to Central Station or 30 minutes to Navigli. The check-in could've easily been a self check-in process, but instead the hosts insisted on a time to meet which was not convenient at all. Checkout is early at 10am. The faucet for the tub does not have enough water flow for a bath. Water would spurt from less than half of the spout, so by the time the tub could fill up, water would've been cold already. On both nights at 11:30pm(23:30), there would be an alarm from outside that goes off for 5-10 minutes which woke us and the baby up. The area is a shopping district, so there aren't any good value restaurants or cafes nearby. The elevator is a tight squeeze for barely 2 people and a suitcase. Unless you're both wearing backpacks, you will need multiple trips
