VŨ (3/5): - Hotel requested us to cancel booking even we had already booked 1 room successfully. It made all our holiday plan failed. Khách đã đặt phòng nhưng mấy hôm sau ksan t.báo hết phòng. Ảnh hưởng đến plan của khách.
Thomas (7/5): - De kamer was goed. Niets om over te klagen en conform de verwachtingen. Het uitzicht van verdieping 12B was aardig. Het contact met Linh was goed. Je krijgt geen sleutel om het gebouw binnen te komen. Er is een systeem van gezichtsherkenning voor bewoners, en is niet gebouwd op booking.com gasten. We moesten wachten tot andere bewoners de deur openenden of moesten een vaag briefje aan een receptionist laten zien. Ik twijfel of het legaal is om deze accomodatie te verhuren. In het bijzonder omdat de host bij de check in ook expliciet vraagt om niet met beveiliging en niet met de receptionist te praten. Hoewel de rest van de accomodatie ruim in orde was vond ik dit toch een onaangenaam gevoel geven

Andreas (3/5): Disappointing Stay – Poor Access, Extra Charges, and Low Cleaning Standards - Location is great. Stylish apartment (as long as you don’t look too closely) Pool available… for only 200K VND per person, that's 800K for a family of four! We were not impressed. First, we had to wait an entire hour before we could check in, and the host did not respond at all. This was very frustrating. Be aware that if you rent an apartment here, you do not have direct access to the building. You either have to wait for other residents to let you in or call the host, who will then come and open the door. This is inconvenient. Also note that the pool costs extra – 200,000 VND per person – which we found very expensive. Other facilities in the building are also not directly accessible to guests. The apartment itself is nice enough, but the cleaning standard is below average. Do not look under the bed or in hidden corners – you will find huge dust bunnies, candy wrappers, and even clipped fingernails from previous guests.

Youngsung (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and the owner was very friendly and responsive. Besides, it is a very convenient location to access Vinhome Metropolitan Shopping mall. I strongly recommend this apartment if you wanna visit Hanoi! Nothing!
Jana (10/5): Home feeling - Everything was great! This was our emergency need with specific location near to our hospital. The apartment gives home feeling. There is a water fountain so you do not have to buy it. Also washing machine and drier was very helpful for us. The swimming pool is quite expencive.
