• Virginia (1/5): Mala - Tomadura de pelo - Me cancelaron la habitación a las 10h del mismo día que tenia la reserva, no me ofrecieron ninguna opción sabiendo que me estaba de paso en la ciudas. No me devuelven las tasas que me cobraron rápidamente he incluso una diferencia por que habian subido , he llamado mandado mensajes y nada es poco pero es mi dinero y se me tiene que devolver!!! Una estafa. Para cobrar son muy inmediatos te mandan emails muy rápidos, pero para devolverme lo mio pésimo y lo doy por perdido. No recomendable. Que me han tomado el pelo y me lo siguen tomando, no me devuelven mi dinero por una cancelación que ellos mismos generaron sin ningún reparo.

• Ledjana (3/5): Very disappointing stay — extremely small room with no bathroom separation, unpleasant odors, inconv - I was very disappointed with my stay at MT Boutique Suites y Apartamentos – Adults Only in Mataró. I booked this property expecting a proper apartment, but it turned out to be just a small room. The biggest issue was the bathroom layout — there was no separation at all. The toilet and shower were inside the same space where you sleep and eat, which made the stay very uncomfortable, especially due to the lack of privacy and unpleasant odors. The room itself was extremely cramped, with barely enough space to move around. In addition, the location is quite far and not very convenient. Overall, the price was not justified at all — neither for the location nor for the conditions offered. The experience was completely below my expectations.

Très mauvaise expérience. À mon arrivée, il y avait déjà trois hommes installés dans ma chambre, ce qui est totalement inacceptable en termes de sécurité et d’organisation. Ce sont eux qui m’ont remis les clés, ce qui montre un manque total de contrôle de la part de l’établissement. De plus, le logement n’était pas propre et j’ai dû nettoyer moi-même en arrivant. Revenir sur place et découvrir une situation aussi mal gérée a rendu le séjour très stressant.

Muy cerca de la autopista, Centro comercial MATARÓ PARK, DECATHLON, parques, Zonas comerciales. El apartamento según lo indicado con lo necesario para poder pasar estos días con mi mascota. Lo recomendaría y volvería nuevamente sin lugar a dudas.

Una vergüenza - Es un timo Todo, había bichos, no hay pica en la “cocina”, tuvimos que lavar todo en el baño, la mampara rota , el wifi iba mal, la tele se apagaba sola.. un sin fin de problemas . Lo peor de todo es que me quejé al dueño y nos dijo que si se lo hubiéramos dicho lo hubiera a arreglado, mirando los comentarios hace 8 meses la gente se quejaba de lo mismo es decir, que no han arreglado nada. Me cobraron un pastizal para el PEDAZO DE TIMO QUE ES

• Kevin (5/5): Habitación de hotel, sin más, huele regular y el dueño no es muy agradable - Es una habitación de hotel básicamente, pero estaba reformada y estaba bien Lo primero es que el dueño nos envió unos códigos erróneos y tuvimos que estar en la calle con todas las cosas al menos 1-2 h y por mucho que hablásemos con ellos no dejaban de repetir el mismo código que no era, tuvimos que preguntar a los vecinos de ese mismo hotel por el código que al final nos dieron, por otro lado ofrecían servicios como mesas, servicio Netflix cosa que no había , descargado tienen Netflix ahora sí no tienes cuenta es tu problema pero ahí lo ponen, por otro lado el olor era muy malo, al solo haber una ventana siendo un bajo si la dejas abierta toda la gente te ve, si la dejas cerrada la habitación huele mal. Si tú idea es estar unos días sin más no está mal, si esperas otra cosa piénsalo.
