• Francesco (9/5): Ci tornerei. - Ho apprezzato molto incontrare il titolare al momento del check-in. Ho apprezzato la posizione, da cui comodamente si raggiungono quasi tutte le location a piedi. La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i servizi (il lavandino forse sarebbe da controllare) oltre che molto bella. Unica pecca la mancanza di ascensore e il fatto che gli scalini siano un po' ripidi. Non è un problema, ma per le persone più anziane potrebbe non essere facilissimo. Ma d'altronde Roma è piena di salite e discese.

• Fauvel (9/5): - L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait.Metro ,supermarché et restaurants à côté .Style ancien italien, dépaysant. Acceuil au top. Un peu frisquet le soir car pas encore de chauffage car réglementation en vigueur....

• Zsanett (10/5): Hangulatos, komfortos apartman - Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, gyalog minden nagyobb látványosság megközelíthető távolságra van. A szállás nagyon otthonos, hangulatos, tiszta. A 3.emelet ellenére abszolút elviselhető a lépcsőmennyiség. A szállásadó kedves és segítőkész.
• Hugo (10/5): Roma en su estado puro - Ubicación y ambiente, nos sentimos muy metidos en la vida de Roma. Obviamente, aunque lo anuncian claramente, el único punto en contra es que se trata de un tercer piso sin escaleras, pero a mí eso me encanta.

• Sally (10/5): Amazing, Rome is fantastic and the apartment was great - Nice and big and close to all the things I wanted to see and do. Better than a hotel room where you are restricted to one room and no amenities Air conditioning unit was provided but is quite noisy especially if you needed to have it in at night. But better to have one than none.
• Ka Hing (10/5): - The place was absolutely perfect! It was so clean, comfortable and spacious, it really was a great base for exploring all of Rome's top sights. The A/C, wifi, hot water - all work great :) And the frescoes on the bedroom ceiling are amazing! The host was great and communicative as well. It was a lovely home for my few days in Rome, thank you!

• Diana (10/5): Our stay was great, we would visit the apartment again, but after it has been refreshed. - The apartment is in a very convenient location. It's spacious, has everything you need. You walk out and you're in the center. The toilet was broken, there are things that need to be repaired.

• Domenic (7/5): Disappointed better options at same cost in Rome - Great location and great host in Tomaso Although you are warned about no lift 3rd floor and 72 steps is though with bags and shower was made for a space craft it’s so small

• Krista (8/5): A great central location for Rome visitors - Amazing location and incredibly responsive staff. Whenever we had a question or needed something it was managed quickly, professionally and with a smile. The location was right in the middle of the best spots and restaurants. Minor issue with the shower head which we couldn’t get to change from spout to spray. Hotplate only heats up when the pot is on the element. (We didn’t realize this but thankfully someone came same day to show us how.)
• Nicholas (10/5): Highly recommended. - Great corner location with beautiful street views in both directions. In the centre of the old city only a few minutes from Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Close to all shops. Very comfortable bed. Lovely apartment.
• Andrew (7/5): Had a lovely stay. Just the early noise disrupting our sleep was disappointing. - Location very good in a nice neighborhood. With plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops close by. The only disappointment was to be able to use the air conditioning unit you had to have the window open and there was no way of closing the window because the air conditioning extraction hose exited through the open window. Consequently it was very noisy from 4.00 a.m. onwards every morning to the point of seriously disrupting your sleep.

We had a miscommunication about taxi pickup fro Termini but Tomaso sorted it out which we reall - Prime location, spacious, exquisite, charming, feels like a Roman Holiday Only downside is noise - since it’s close to spanish steps and trevi fountain, there are a lot of people and restaurants nearby contributing to the noise. Recommend being ear plugs for sleeping

• Fiona (8/5): Very comfortable - Great situation with plenty restaurants nearby. Everything was great however the shower door was a bit of an issue as difficult to open. This is not a complaint only an observation as everything else was spot on.
