• Antonina (1/5): Нікому не раджу цей готель. Краще обрати будь-який інший варіант, ніж мати справу з таким відношенням до гостей. - Вкрай негативний досвід проживання в цьому готелі. Категорично не рекомендую! По-перше, готель без попередження стягує додаткові платежі, які ніде чітко не вказані при бронюванні. Це виглядає як відверте введення в оману клієнтів і бажання просто «викачати» більше грошей. По-друге, персонал поводиться грубо, зверхньо та абсолютно не клієнтоорієнтовано. Будь-які питання викликають роздратування, допомоги — нуль. Окремо варто зазначити абсолютно неприпустиму ситуацію: гостей змушують реєструватися на сторонньому, невідомому сайті, що викликає великі сумніви щодо безпеки персональних даних. Це виглядає незаконно і дуже підозріло. Більше того, персонал дозволяє собі погрожувати — прямо заявляють, що можуть не надати інформацію про заселення в номер, якщо не виконати їхні вимоги. Це вже виходить за рамки нормального сервісу і більше схоже на шантаж. Замість відпочинку — постійний стрес, конфлікти та відчуття небезпеки.

• Amber (8/5): Zeker aan te raden voor een gezin of een groep vrienden. - Alles was heel goed te bereiken vanuit de locatie van het appartement. De keuken had alle nodige voorzieningen. De kamers waren groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Alle instructies waren duidelijk meegegeven. De badkamer was iets te klein voor 4 personen en had ook iets schoner kunnen zijn. De verwarming schoot vanzelf aan snachts, waardoor het soms te warm was in de kamers. De wifi naam en code kwamen niet overeen met de wifi die we uiteindelijk konden gebruiken.
• Mari Carmen (10/5): Un buen acierto. - La ubicación es excelente. Desde la Piazzale Roma está caminando a 5 min. El barrio pintoresco y poco turístico. Muy cómodo para el checking, además en las oficinas donde recoges las llaves tienen guarda equipaje a buen precio. El apartamento consta de 2 dormitorios muy grandes y amplia cocina. La salita no la utilizamos. Hay restaurantes cerca y varios baccaros. Que solo hay 1 baño, pero teniendo en cuenta la infraestructura de Venecia no se pueden pedir según que comodidades.

• Alice (9/5): Un logement idéal - Le logement est vraiment bien situé pour circuler et visiter le centre de Venise (la fenêtre d'une des chambres donne même sur un canal). C'était très facile de récupérer les clefs, les instructions étaient claires et nous avons même pu accéder au logement plus tôt que prévu pour y déposer nos bagages. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé (cuisine aménagée avec le nécessaire : micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine à laver, Tancarville). Une cuisine, un salon, deux chambres, une salle de bain et un couloir d'entrée (c'est très spacieux pour 4 personnes). La literie est également de bonne qualité. Serviettes et produits d'hygiène à disposition. C'est vrai que la salle de bain mérite quelques travaux de rafraîchissement (bac de douche et radiateur notamment) mais ça ne mérite pas 3/10 ! Le reste est vraiment níquel.
• Gabriela (5/5): Było okey, ale na pewno bym nie wróciła - Bardzo przestrzenny apartament i lokalizacja super. Łóżka w miarę wygodne. Ręczniki i pościel czysta. W kuchni dobre wyposażenie. Bardzo dobry i wyraźny opis dojścia do hotelu oraz odbioru kluczy. Ogólnie bardzo brudno w lokalu, myślę że nie było nawet odkurzone, gdyż znalałam spinkę oraz spory kosmyk włosów na podłodze. Łazienka pozostawia wiele do życzenia, bardzo zanieczyszczona, pleść, rdza, i nie wszystko działa. Pierwszy raz spotykam się z sytuacją gdzie trzeba samemu wynosić śmieci z apartamentu do śmietników, gdyż grozi kara finansowa 170€ za nie zrobienie tego. Kontakt z właścicielem mocno utrudniony. Po zapytaniu czy jest możliwość zostawiania bagaży przed 15, spotkałam się z odpowiedzią ze skontaktuje się z ekipą sprzątającą, po czym nie dostałam już żadnej wiadomości. Okazało się że czekałyśmy 2h przed hotelem bez sensu, bo i tak nikogo z ekipy sprzątającej nie było w lokalu od tych 2h. Online check in bardzo słabo zrobione, gdyż trzeba każdy detal każdego gościa uzupełniać.
• David (4/5): I wouldn't rent a Wonderful Italy property again - Location, beds were comfortable. We were left for two hours standing outside the property because we were given the wrong keys. The wi-fi didn't work on arrival, which we reported and were told someone would come to fix it the following day. No one came and we had no wi-fi for the duration of our stay. Only two large towels were provided for four people - this feels very poor given the price we paid for a few days. It was 31 degrees most days, we showered every day and there was nowhere really to dry the towels easily. Kitchen facilities were the minimum for using the kitchen to cook.

• ALBERTO (7/5): Agradable - L’amplitud del apartament. El chek-in molt be 2 dias abans hem van enviar un watsap perquè pagès la taxa turística i després hem van enviar com recollir les claus del apartament. Ha prop de la Piaza Roma es pot anar caminant , zona molt tranqui-la , apartament fresquet i vam anar a l’estiu . El wifi no funcionava vaig enviar watssap per avisar però ni cas hem van dir que avisarien al tècnic però res. Les fotos de l’apartament semble que estigui molt nou però no esta tant nou ,es veu que ha estat reformat per això però ja fa un temps.
• Delphine (3/5): Logement humide avec salle de bain moisie et rouillée - Emplacement. Lits avec matelas propre de confort standard. Climatisation OK (chambres). Salle de bain avec joints de mur et receveur de douche moisi, sale, abimé. Carrelage abimé. Fenêtre abimée par l'humidité. Radiateur pour serviette inutilisable (rouillé), le flexible de douche tout rouillé inutilisable. Voir nos photos (celles affichées sur Booking ne correspondent pas à la réalité). On s'est lavé avec nos tongs en faisant attention a ne pas toucher les murs et le flexible . Globalement odeur d'humidité, cafard en balade, prise de courant arraché du mur (à notre arrivée). Nous avons contacté le gérant (Wonderful Italy), un technicien est venu pour remettre la prise électrique, puis le dernier jour (J+3), le flexible de douche a été changé (nous avions insisté pour les prochains clients, pour nous c'était trop tard). Pour le receveur et le reste des problèmes mentionnés pas d'intervention possible, du coup, la salle de bain reste vétuste. Pour le prix payé c'est inadmissible une telle salle de bain. De plus , sur 3 jours à Venise, il a fallut appeler le gérant plusieurs fois, envoyer messages et photos, pour enfin avoir un technicien (prise électrique) et Booking pour expliquer les problèmes de l'appartement. Nous étions en vacances, pas là pour gérer la maintenance du logement. Venise est une très belle ville, mais franchement cela a un peu gâché le séjour compte tenu de l'effort financier que représente le logement dans le voyage.

• Gina (7/5): 1st Time in Venice - It was clean. Nice big kitchen with all appliances. Big bedrooms. Good location once you're settled in. About 15 minutes from train station. Tough walk with luggage over 2 bridges and cobblestone roads. Beware with the "water taxis". It was a guy with a handcart. Because we had to pick up the keys at a different location first, he charged us $70.00. The bathroom is also tight with an odd configuration.

• Yunush (8/5): Great Apartment close to the heart of Venice - - Proximity to St Lucia Train Station only 10 mins walk - All shops are close by including restaurants - Realto Bridge and Basilica are only 15 mins walk - Big space with separate lounge - Canal on back of the apartment - Dishwasher, Washing machine and all other equipments worked well - Too many mosquitoes on our Oct 2024 visit and there are no mozzie screens - Kitchen knives are blunt, so bring your own knife sharpner - No lids on pots and pans - Rubbish drawer didn't close well and obstructed on walking around kitchen

• Myrna (8/5): Very good - The property is located in a quiet, charming neighborhood with many restaurants nearby. The apartment was very comfortable and perfectly suited for a family of four.
• Benson (7/5): Good - Good location, straight forward checking in process. Beds were nice and comfy. There were two Air Con units in the apartment, 1 in each bedroom however only 1 remote was working and it took a while to figure out how to get them both on using the one remote. The unit in the main bedroom was also leaking when we eventually got it on. To the hosts credit, we send a text the second morning and they sent somebody to fix it whilst we were out.

Slight smell of trash when you enter the home because there was a large amount of trash stored in a cabinet. The floors were dusty and there were many moths inside the home when we arrived even though the windows were not opened. The kitchen supplies are not the best if you plan on making any meals there (dull knives, pots with no lids, limited glass wear)

• Ariana (6/5): Budget friendly - Very clean, easy to access and use. Very rushed renovations, outlets were not secure. Bathroom is awkward, no counter space for toiletries. Dressers had a weird smell, had to leave our clothes in our luggage.
• Michelle (9/5): We would stay again. - Location was so convenient. The rooms were spacious too. It was so close to the bus station and we received step by step instructions to find the apartment, which was super welcoming. The batteries in the AC and bedroom TV remote didn’t work. So had to open windows as it got hot and then I got bitten by mosquitoes at night.
• Dhushan (9/5): Lovely flat for a cosy stay - The flat is lovely. We were 4 adults & it was spacious & cosy. The kitchen has a dining table & it also has a living room with a sofa & tele. Each room has a cupboard for clothes. It's located right next to the canal, so you see the occassional motorboats go past the flat. The internet was good. It's a wee bit off the centre of the island, so if you arrive in Venice with the train & have a lot of luggage, you have to carry them across a lot of bridges. We were 4 adults with 4 big suitcases & 3 small suitcases, so we needed a porter to carry the luggage. A watertaxi is the other choice. The building is old, which is nice, but the downside is that on cold nights, you must close the outer windows or else it's pretty cold inside the flat. There are a few mosquitoes, but this is normal when you live/stay next to water & specially on an island. We come from a tropical island, so we're used to it, but maybe some travellers won't be. Check-out time is 10am which I find is too early. 11am is standard & certain properties even say noon.

• Paul (8/5): Great place for a quick stop off in wonderful Venice - A nice, spacious, comfortable apartment, with air conditioning, off a very quiet side alley overlooking a courtyard. Great location just a few minites walk from the bus station and in a lovely part of Venice with lots of good options for eating out and a lovely patisserie just a short walk away. As it is a ground floor apartment adjacent to a canal perhaps unsurprsingly it has a slight problem with damp which meant some of the walls were powdery which came off on anything you lent against them. The instructions regarding rubbish were a bit officious including the fact you would be fined if you got it wrong! Rather mean just to leave only one dishwasher tablet.

• Kerry (9/5): Superb - Comfy beds. Has everything you need Location great as is walking distance to everything. Good communication from the owners. Friendly locals. Lots of lovely cafes and places for food nearby. Shower is good although we ran into a problem.. Picking keys up from a different location was a little daunting at night when we arrived. Then trying to find rhe apartment at night was hard as not much lighting. We had cold showers one morning as the boiler got switched off by mistake as it wasn't obvious it was the switch for the boiler... realised the next day what was wrong- thank goodness for that.

• Frank (8/5): Lovely Apartment. Very spacious. - Very spacious, nicely decorated, safe and quiet. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, transport and supermarkets. Kitchen could do with a few basics, sugar, oil, salt etc.

• Susanne (10/5): Exceptional - Location was quiet in the apartment but very close to places to eat. Close enough to walk to the main sights of Venice. The apartment was spacious and modern . Comfortable beds, good air con. We had good communication from the host company. The only thing we could ask is for a few more things in the kitchen like oven gloves, a sharp knife, scissors. This would make it easier to cook meals at the apartment.
