• Vincent (6/5): - Le logement est grand et bien agencé avec une belle terrasse vue sur piscine. Le logement est côté rue. Cette rue est très passante (artère principale vers la ville). Donc c'est bruyant, même dans le logement (mais pas dans la chambre).

• Chantal (9/5): Séjour agréable, pratique pour se rendre en montagne. - L hébergement est pratique pour se rendre dans la partie Anaga et pour aller au Teide, et pratiquer la randonnée. Pour la plage, il faut se rendre à San Andres, magnifique endroit.

• Anna (9/5): Rodzinny pobyt z wypadami za miasto - Bardzo nam się podobał kontakt z opiekunem apartamentu. Bardzo pomocny. Zorientowany. Sam apartament: białe czyste ręczniki w ilości podwójnej dla wszystkich. Dodatkowe mniejsze ręczniki. Czysta łazienka. Duży telewizor. Bardzo przyjemny taras. Duży. Widok na basen. Cicho na balkonie. Sypialnia oddzielna wyciszona z wygodnymi materacami. Duża lodówka z zamrażalką. Piekarnik i mikrofala na plus. Choć był styczeń, ktoś badał czystość wody w basenie, innego dnia inne prace w ogrodzie i przy basenie. Widać, że ktoś się tym opiekuje cały czas, choć temperaturę mieliśmy ok 16-20°C i nikt się nie kąpał. Nieszczelne drzwi wejściowe, przez które bardzo słychać ruch uliczny.
• Michał (8/5): Dziękujemy . - Parking bezpłatny przy apartamencie. Lokalizacja przy drodze wylotowej . Dzieci początkowo nie mogły zasnąć bo było głośno od ulicy. Brak ciepłej wody wieczorami . Tylko letnia. Do plaży jakieś 20 min pieszo.
• Gisela (9/5): Ankommen und wohl fühlen - Sehr bequemes Apartment mit großzügiger Terrasse und Pool, gut ausgestattet! Ausreichend Parkplätze, einige Restaurants, sowie eine Bushaltestelle in nächster Umgebung. Sehr gute Lage um die Insel zu entdecken, Auto von Vorteil. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab nichts zu klagen!
• Romeo (7/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit sehr bequemen Betten. Obwohl an einer stark befahrenen Strasse gelegen, war es im Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb in einem Wohnquartier, weg vom Rummel der Stadt, was wir geschätzt haben. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden gleich vor der Wohnung. Unser Mietauto haben wir direkt beim Vermieter gebucht. Alles hat da wunderbar geklappt und ohne Anstehen bei der Autovermietung am Flughafen, wunderbar. Wlan war gratis und hat bestens funktioniert. Wir haben die Topografie nicht einberechnet, unser Fehler. Puerto de la Cruz liegt am Hang in den Hügeln, es geht immer auf- oder abwärts. Zu Fuss waren wir da etwas gefordert. Das ist aber natürlich nicht das Problem des Vermieters.

• Ivan (10/5): Great apartments - We had a fantastic stay! The location is very convenient — a great starting point for exploring the island. There are shops and restaurants nearby, which made everything even easier. The apartment itself was perfect, with nothing to complain about. The pool was amazing, and the staff were absolutely wonderful — always helpful and kind. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
• Julius (8/5): Very good - Nice view from the big balcony, great for e.g. having breakfast outside. Double bed has two separate mattresses. No soap in the bathroom. One toilet paper roll for 4 nights.
• Marcin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean and comfy. The bed is super comfortable. I liked the spacious bathroom and the big balcony with chairs and sunbeds. I liked the view on the pool, garden and mountains from the window. There are plenty of free parking spaces outside the building. All the kitchen devices are there and seem to be new and working fine. Internet connection was fine too! You could hear the street noises a little from the living room/kitchen. It was quiet in the bedroom though.
• Dea (8/5): Good for the price - Everything is new and the interior design (except for the animal pattern curtains) is nice. You can find (probably) the best pizza in Tenerife right outside the apartment in Pizzeria Arena. The owner speaks English perfectly (unlike a lot of the other people on the island). The wifi has no issues and I was able to do conference calls without a problem. There is no air conditioner or even a fan which makes staying at the apartment in the sunny hours not very pleasant. When we arrived it was quite hot in the apartment and there was not even a bottle of cold water. During the night it gets quite cold and there is no heating which is a problem too. The apartment is not well isolated and you can hear all different kinds of unpleasant sounds from outside pretty loudly even if the doors are closed. The location is definitely not central which will be bad if you don’t have a car but with a car, finding a free parking spot will be easy. In the more popular parts of the town it is a lot more difficult to park. If you can’t or don’t want to pay for the apartment in cash, be prepared for at least 30 mins of your time to be wasted in conversations with the owner (in our case eventually we were able to go to another location and pay by card). You will probably be missing a lot of simple things that you would think the apartment would be already equipped with but this can be easily resolved by doing some shopping and the prices for everything in Puerto de la Cruz are so low. This is not a must when you rent an apartment even though we usually get it in other places, but for this apartment there is no cleaning service available.
