• Javier (9/5): Muy buena ubicación - La zona es ideal, la cercanía a la estación de tren perfecta y desde allí al apartamento puedes ir caminando. No hay ascensor, por si alguien tiene movilidad reducida y se oye el tranvía, que está circulando hasta ciertas horas, por lo demás muy bien. • TIPALDI (7/5): Soggiorno discreto - la posizione é ottima, a 10 minuti dal centro, e in quattro persone lo spazio dell'appartamento era più che sufficiente. Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola erano puliti. Forno,piano ad induzione e lavatrice erano perfetti. Abbiamo apprezzato i prodotti per pulizia giá nell'appartamento. La pulizia non era il massimo, con briciole sul pavimento e particelle di cibo insieme alle posate. Non siamo riusciti ad aprire il divano letto, che oltre tutto, era impolverato e i cuscini del divano sembravano tutt' altro che puliti. L'appartamento teoricamente é per 5 persone, ma se così fosse sarebbe stato invivibile. Il pavimento del terrazzo era sporco.
• Mandi (2/5): Not recommended to stay at all. - The apartment is on the 3rd floor... THERE IS NO(!!!!) ELEVATOR - Not disclosed in advert!!! I am 72 years old and had to haul luggage up and down 3 floors. AC did not work!! Appliances are not clean!! 2nd bedroom has NO door!! Mould in the shower basin, I poured bleach to clean mould. Clean linen

• Brandi (1/5): DO NOT BOOK - Nothing The property is on the 4th floor, not the 3rd. There is no elevator. Neighborhood and building are sketchy. The place smells of cigarette smoke and mold. There is tons of black mold growing on the walls. There was a puddle of water on the floor from the leaking radiator. We left immediately. I contacted booking and they did nothing other than ask for a refund, which the property rejected. The property has been ignoring my messages following this issue and told booking.com that they did not know I had an issue even though I messaged them and sent them photos the next morning. Do not book this property. The owners are irresponsible putting their tenants health at risk and then completely disregarding the issue. I had to find a new booking at 10pm after paying $1,200€ for this property.
