All the facilities were up to date and the bed was super comfy. Would have been nice to have a clothes hanger to hang extra clothes out after washing (would run out of space).
- Francesco (7/5): Cozy apartment for a short stay - Location - Room and toilet are clean - Long queue at elevator - air dryer not working - soap and shampoo dispenser are hoax - noise from the street even though the room was at 40th floor. - the person who contacts you in WhatsApp does not show up nor tell you that the check in will be managed by others - the guy at concierge didn't give us the card for elevator. We had to wait until the elevator was empty before going down. After explaining the situation he didn't want to give us the card. The situation looked like a scam.

- Anonymous (7/5): An overall pleasant stay in the best city in the world. - The location was wonderful. Within 10 minutes I could walk to Suria KLCC, something which I valued a lot (and from there you can walk for 10 to 15 minutes to Bukit Bintang within the walkway). Also, if you want to get night photos of the Petronas towers, then, once again, it's a short walk to get to the perfect spot. You can also very easily get a Grab from the lobby to wherever you need to go that's further away. In addition, there are restaurants around the area and also a small shop in the lobby itself where you can buy snacks / water. The soundproofing between rooms is pretty poor. Thankfully most of my stay there were either no immediate neighbours or quiet ones. But on a particular occasion I could hear very clearly after midnight noise from the neighbouring room. It's as though the only separation between both of you is a door. It was so bad I requested to change room, which I'm glad to say the hosts were willing to accommodate. However, this turned out to be unnecessary since the noisy neighbours checked out the next morning. But if you are the kind of person who requires quiet to have a good sleep, this is something I would really think about. There are no stairwells that you can use instead of the elevators, which can be problematic. There are only four elevators but it's clearly not enough because with so many floors there are times where you just can't get into an elevator for a long time. On a particular morning, I genuinely had to wait 25 to 30 minutes as a lot of people were checking in and a lot of people were checking out. Every time the elevator came to my floor to go down it was jam-packed full of people. The idea of going up to come back down also did not work as they were also jam-packed full on their way up. I would have liked to be able to just take the stairs in such moments, regardless of how high my floor is. I would therefore strongly advise against booking your Grab from your room because it might take you quite a long time to just get down to the lobby. Always book your Grab from the lobby! ATM in the lobby forces you to withdraw between 1000RM to 1500RM and charges a flat fee of 22RM. So I would suggest going to the ones in Suria instead. There I was able to withdraw whatever I wanted with no fee.

- Zhong (3/5): Not recommended - The facilities are nice and the location is good. The concierge first charged me for RM5 for storing my luggage and as far as I am concern, normally the hotel will help storing the luggage without any costs incur and also they charged me a tourist tax even I had shown them the IC which doesn't make sense at all. The price shown initially when booking the property doesn't match with what I paid at the end at the hotel and I felt like it's a scam! The password that the hotel provided doesn't work at all and overall the experience was so bad that I regretted my decision to stay there.

Until now i check in Booking.com the price was RM194. I am not sure what is going on. 2. The parking doesn't have clear instruction, per exit Rm5. But never mention need to validate. Lucky i go and ask the reception than only they say need to enter the receipt and velidate first. If not for 1 day parking Rm100. The 5 star hotel also the parking rate not like this.

- Harry (4/5): Disappointed but good location - Amazing view from swimming pool and good location Check in was really informal and didn’t seem legit. The room looks nothing like pictures, the bed was tiny and the head board was covered in stains. The room was really dusty. We were also put into a connecting room and the people next door were so loud and “paper thin” door between the rooms didn’t provide much sound proofing. Leave plenty of time to get the lift as there’s only 4 lifts between 48 floors so it can take a while.
- Bec (8/5): Great location and hotel, not sound proof - The pool at night is incredible! Bed is comfy and shower is large. Location is next to Petronas Twin Towers and short walk from KLCC station. Aircon works and is cold! Smell coming from drain and we couldn’t get steady hot water. Definitely NOT sound proof. Story time: We had someone try get into our room at 1:30am and due to this being a private owned apartment, we couldn’t contact the front desk for help. They ended up being next door. They then had an argument and we heard every word. They quieted down at 2:30am. At 7am they decided to do what married couples do and I think the entire floor heard their, how should I say this… applause… and then they had another screaming match and once again, we heard everything. So definitely not sound proof and I’m emotionally and mentally scared from this joyous night I spent in KL. Everything is done through WhatsApp as this is privately owned so be prepared for that.

- Nurul (4/5): Came to relax but to chase time and rush. - Banyan Cafe The service of the suite. Parking is paid by entrance, suppose can enter by key card. Pool is cool. But rules are too tight. Jacuzzi should be on not off. Unmanageable check in and out of customers. Makes the elevator slow and busy operation. My family and I need to use the stairs after waiting for an hour just to go down from the 40th floor.

On arrival ‘Ash’ came to check us in to tell us the room we booked was no longer available therefore WE had to pay more for a bigger room (despite this being out of our hands) , this was our first encounter of the terrible customer service at this hotel. After communicating our disapproval of this we reluctantly paid the extra as his stubborn attitude made us feel it was our only option. He then requested us to pay cash only and continued to charge us even more than the price we had booked it for on booking.com . We soon realised this was a huge scam when the room appeared to be the same suite that we had originally booked. After our 20 minute wait for the elevator, there was then multiple faults with the room. We never had hot water meaning all our shower were cold, the window (which was filthy) struggled to shut and when we asked reception they were extremely unhelpful and despite eventually saying they would send someone up they never did. Normally, if I have a poor experience I prefer to communicate my concerns with staff personally however, this was impossible as those on the desk were not interested in talking to us let alone help and we couldn’t get hold of our room manager ‘Ash’ . This is coming from two friends who have been travelling for the past month and have stayed in multiple budget hostels where we experienced better customer service than here. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Just not with this company (purple orchid) - The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are nice and the pool is amazing, great location but honestly either book through the hotel (as this is a external company) or through Airbnb, I'm sure you'll have a more pleasant (and clean) time. We have previously stayed in the same hotel but through an Airbnb host so we expected a similar experience. Unfortunately we did not get it. There is an additional charge for cleaning... Which seemed didn't happen. Approaching our room the towels were hung in a bag on the front door on the outside. Then we enter the room and the bins are not emptied, the sheets are stained and had hair all over the pillows, the shower had half used shower gel and shampoo (mini/single use versions clearly used by previous guests), the hand soap only had maybe 10ml in there which was clearly mixed with water with barely any soap, there was no shower mat for the shower so floor gets wet from shower, there was also a dirty mug left in the sink. The mattress was also not very comfortable and only 1 pillow per person not 2. Also check in was stressful, I messaged on booking giving them our check in details to which they replied on WhatsApp saying I needed to reply or it will be cancelled, which I didn't see as I hadn't got a sim card yet. Then check out we messaged for details and never got a response.

- Alejandro (1/5): Avoid this place, the hosts are the worst, They’ll trick you and deny refunds - Location is great, swimming pool is also great and there are supermarket in the place/building The host tried to trick me twice. First, he gave me the wrong type of room, which was smaller than what I’d booked. He never answered my calls, so I had to go downstairs and find him in person. Then he showed me another room that was nothing like the photos: filthy walls, grime everywhere, completely unacceptable. Finally, after all that, he gave me the room I’d originally reserved.
- Shahriman (5/5): Passable - The location is near to KL City Centre and the facility is in good condition. There are only 4 lifts to serve the whole units of the 48 floors. The lift is pack and jam especially during peak hours for check-out. When I placed the booking, they asked me to. contact Mr. Ash but Mr. Ash is not responsive at all until the day I'm supposed to check-in. Thank god another agent took over and attended to me but I was directed to the wrong unit. I booked a family room but was given single room instead. So we had to wait until the agent came back to us and give us another room. Despite the late check-in, the room was still not fully equipped with the sufficient towels based on the no. of pax stated for the booking. Only 2 towels were provided instead of 4. We had to wait for more than an hour to get the towel. There is an iron provided but no iron board. The iron's cable is so short and has 2-pin plug, which is not suitable for Malaysia's power point. You need to have an adapter to use it. Basic toilettries provided such as towel, shower gel and shampoo. Instructions regarding check in including carpark were not clearly given as compared to other places that I have previously booked throi Booking.com.

The bed was nice and comfy. It was clean overall. The check in was a bit weird - you didn’t go to main reception to collect keys but called the nr on booking.com and then someone would come, but in my case a different person came which I didn’t realise until almost check out time as he told me he was not the one I kept trying to reach (unsuccessfully). Also it said it’s an indoor swimming pool, which is why I chose this hotel over other slightly cheaper ones as it was raining on and off, only to find out it’s also outside - when it rains the pool is affected so they close it. Also it had so few seating options, which were always taken. But the pool itself and the view were nice! Bathroom the sink tab was very loose and water would spill on the floor. The shower water the first night didn’t go properly hot but was okay still.

Good location, 10 minute walk to station and Petronas towers. At least 4 cockroaches were there to greet us on arrival. Wasn’t fun arriving at midnight exhausted, trying to hoover them up! Shower had leftover hair and there was a cockroach inside the toilet roll!! Cold shower every day! Missing a towel which only arrived the next day when we caught the host downstairs and asked him. Your messages will most likely be ignored for a while. Not run by the hotel. Privately owned and the staff are very …. Nonchalant.
- Sophie (4/5): Hidden fees and bad management. You can find much better for the same location. - Location is great. Pool and gym are really nice. 1. Be careful to check for hidden fees. They charge 18% + a cleaning fee on top, but this is not disclosed on the booking.com price. You have to download a pdf to find it. If you’re on a budget, pay this in mind as this room was far more expensive than we thought. You even have to pay to store your bags. 2. Management are rude and poorly organised. We sat in reception for 40 mins waiting to be checked in. There was no updates on when someone would be there to give us our key, we had to keep chasing. Our entire stay the communication was poor and they made us feel like an inconvenience for staying there. 3. The room had a terrible smell. It smelt like a rotten drain. 4. This room was advertised with a washing machine and it did not have one.
