• Emma (7/5): Fantastic location and decent apartment for short stay! - Fantastic location, easy to walk or cycle to Duomo and other central areas. Suitable for what was needed, a good size bed and lounge area with a small balcony area. Kitchen utensils were available to be used. Quick communication when having issues with the main door. It was very clean. It was quite cramped compared to the pictures. The online button to open the communal door does not work. There was a smell in the property upon arrival, which did reoccur whilst staying.

• Laetitia (6/5): Un séjour agréable malgré un démarrage compliqué - L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre de Milan facilement et l'appartement est confortable avec une grande douche et une petite terrasse très agréable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement. L'arrivée en autonomie a était extrêmement difficile, le lien pour obtenir les indications d'arrivée et le code de la boîte à clé n'a pas fonctionné. On s'est retrouvé coincé dans la rue à 22H30 ce qui est très désagréable, heureusement en passant par l'assistance WhatsApp, le personnel a pu nous fournir le code pour récupérer la clé et nous a ouvert à distance la porte de l'immeuble.

Brak obsługi, wszystkie załatwienia przez zewnętrzna firmę. Zameldowanie itp. Brak ogrzewania, zepsuta zmywarka....

• Ускова (7/5): - The location was the best part. It was easy to walk to the main city’s sights- park Sempionr, castello Sforzesco, Arco della Pace, Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and more. It wasn’t that clean and it was modern furnished but it was cramped, not much space. And the worst thing was there were MICE under the terrace…

• gthwyfrsv (7/5): Świetna lokalizacja na szybki wypad do Mediolanu. Byle nie w upały...brak klimatyzacji daje w kość:) - Lokalizacja jest ogromnym plusem tego apartamentu. Blisko do sklepów, usług ale przede wszystkim do centrum Mediolanu. Wszędzie poruszaliśmy się na pieszo (ale dla chętnych są przystanki tramwajowe tuż pod klatką obiektu). W mieszkaniu było niezbędne rzeczy, wygodne łóżko, balkon. Miejsce idealne dla pary na kilka dni w Mediolanie. Bardzo dobry i sprawny kontakt z gospodarzem. - Niestety trafiliśmy na ogromne upały (34°C+) a mieszkanie nie posiada klimatyzacji. Bardzo wpływało to na jakość snu - praktycznie każda noc nieprzespana, było bardzo duszno. - Obiekt posiada informację o tym, że nieumyte naczynia po sobie podlegają każe pieniężnej, natomiast płyn do naczyń był na wykończeniu. Musieliśmy to zgłosić, aby ktoś przyniósł nam więcej płynu, aby po sobie pozmywać. - niektóre kubki, miski były niedomyte po poprzednikach. Musieliśmy je umyć raz jeszcze, aby skorzystać. - w piekarniku była stara bagietka. Osoba sprzątająca nie postarała się. - z kabla prysznicowego delikatnie ciekła woda, co przeszkadzało w nocy, ponieważ wydawało dźwięk. Musieliśmy podłożyć ręcznik pod aby amortyzować dźwięk. Mimo to, wszystko było zgłoszone do gospodarzy, a oni wyrazili chęć naprawy tych szkód.

• Dilara (5/5): Good value apartment needs to be managed better - It’s in a nice area and a nice building. It was clean. I could not enter the building. The keys are in a box upstairs next to the apartment door. The main entrance is supposed to be opened by a link on an app which did not work. I arrived at 10:30 pm and could not get help from owner or Booking.com. I had to ring all the doorbells in the building and beg someone to open the door. This really was not acceptable.
• Abdulrahman (6/5): It was pleasant, some minor issues but it was worth it for the price and location.. - Location, price and safety.. We had to buy a blanket for the couch, the room was not ready when we arrived, we had our bags in and left for the city, we came back and we found it tidy..

• Yana (4/5): Badly-kept apartment with nice location - You could definitely find better options for this price. Regarding advantages: Good internet, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and quite big bed but with an uncomfortable mattress. The kitchen has some stuff so you could cook. Nice location, 5 min to Sempione park, tram stops nearby to the city center and railway station. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby, and supermarkets. The apartment is in bad condition and poorly cleaned. Dusty smells all around the apartment, so it’s hard to breathe. There was some trash in the trash can, and some old dusty furniture on the balcony. I had a feeling it’s used as storage. Leaking shower head, the kettle stops working in the middle of the process and you’d better boil water in a pot, the dryer is old and turns off after a few minutes of use The assigned manager, responsible for your apartment, doesn’t respond or it takes a long to respond. Though you can always chat in Booking, the response is quite quick. Uncomfortable check-in. 1. First you have to fill in the form on a third-party website and pay city tax, which is not included in the final apartment price on Booking.com 2. When you arrive, you have a self-check-in, though it’s tricky. The street door to the building is locked and you have to wait until somebody enters/exits it. We arrived at 1 am and were not ready for this. The manager didn’t answer the call even though he knew about our case. Luckily, I found another agency number and they were ready to bring us a key in 20 minutes.
