• Penelope (7/5): Stay was great apart from getting in and parking.. Beautiful view and access to walkway and beach. - Method of getting keys. Burleigh town is a nightmare to find parking. Arriving at 5 pm made it difficult. A lock box would have been si much better. Disruption if parking due to cleaning and painting lines in basement was not sufficiently well notified. Nobody told us. Resulted in a $240 fine for parking in the wrong area.

• Michael (2/5): Not Value for Money - The location There was mould on the windows/curtains & flyscreens, the tile floor was greasy & the rug & carpet was dirty. My feet were black from walking on the flooring. The lounge was cracked & withered & needs replacing. The tv remote worked the 1st night & then wouldn't work after that. Have no intention of staying there again. Very disappointing & not value for money. Sliding screen doors difficult to open not known due to maitenance or tracks need cleaning.

• Mike (7/5): Enjoyable stay but was let down by the lack of cleanliness. - Position was great Cleanliness was poor, chairs on the deck were broken, had to get maintenance in to fix awful smell coming from laundry. The Lounge suit was dirty and uncomfortable

• Ian (5/5): Enjoyable but due to the high humidity wasn't idea with no air conditioner - Collecting the keys from The Burleigh letting Co in the Burleigh Shopping centre was easy, but they are a 1.2km walk away from the apartment. The location of the unit was good, and the kitchen and Bathroom had good facilities. There is no air-conditioning in the unit and that was my fault for just assuming it would have it. Sayed on the Gold Coast many times but never stayed at place with no air conditioning. It was certainly needed this time of the year, maybe ok in winter. A few other things, the doorbell rang many times but there was never anybody at the door, the washing machine was handy but it was so loud we had to leave the apartment after putting a load on. The Pool is closed Monday to Friday until the end of May, which we were not informed of when booking, also the in-room Internet didn't work for 3 of the days and when I reported it to the service provider they couldn't fix it. Telstra mobile phone data reception is very poor at the apartment complex for some strange reason.
• Dixon (1/5): Bad - Was a good position to the flagged beach Was not clean. Was a very hot apartment with no air con and no remote for fan. Chairs were brocken on balcony so couldn't sit out there. Carpet was warn and nails were sticking out on the edges
• Jacqui (1/5): Bad - I will never book through Burleigh Letting company again, fans didn't work, nor did the internet. We were told there was aircon but this wasn't the case. They put us in another apartment that was so much better and everything working but they definitely weren't easy to deal with. Next time I will be booking direct with the apartments.
• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - The location was excellent within walking distance to Burleigh The two lounges need to be replaced All the bed pillows need to be replaced The outdoor chairs are all broken so definitely need replacing The clothes airer on the veranda is all rusted so we replaced it The kitchen window can’t be closed so we hung a towel as the breeze coming in was quite cold
• Stacey (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. Size of the unit was great. Speed of collecting the keys. Being informed that they were commencing outside works and that we would have to park outside on the street. Great when there is available parking but a nightmare on the weekends. Not enough communication between the letting agent and the Cashelmara Receptionist. The TV remote needs to be replaced and the runners on the sliding door require replacing.

• Bronwyn (5/5): Stayed in many units on the esplanade at Burleigh and this one ranks very low in comparison. - Location was excellent right across from beach. Surf Clubs and Restaurants nearby. Pool, Spa, Sauna were good. First impressions were terrible. Entered and found a house brick holding a bedroom door open. Clothes airer on balcony was rusted and all outdoor plastic chairs were broken one almost in half. TV remote wouldn’t turn TV off and on. No cable channels. Balcony doors were in poor condition and couldn’t be locked. Dining Light and Fan didn’t work. Fan/Light remote casing in master falling off wall. No heating or aircon. Ceiling fans in each room however doesn’t work in Dining area. Stayed 11 nights, room wasn’t serviced at all during stay. Terrible smell from drain in laundry. Front door handle loose on both sides. Doorbell doesn’t work although don’t really need one. My allocated parking space was taken by someone else although on site host was great trying to sort this out and offer alternatives. Note, this unit is let by PRD Realty and not looked after by on-site managers.
• Alan (5/5): We loved the location but for the price we paid, it needs to be refurbished and refurnished - Location is excellent. Pool area and gardens are very good. Comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped. Furniture is in very poor condition. The two sofas in the lounge area should be taken to the tip. The same for the balcony chairs, they were all cracked and one could not be used at all. TV could only be turned on and off at the wall switch. The door leading to the balcony was stuck in an open position and therefore could not be locked. This unit needs a lot of maintenance.

• Anne (4/5): relaxing solvedcthe problem by sleeping in the living room on a mattress - large spacious well decorated • no light in the kitchen no even over the stove so couldn’t see to make dinner or cuppas • the fan in the main bedroom didn’t work no high speed so very hot •!curtains in the main bedroom were perished from sun damage and the LED lights from the pool shone into the bedroom • I told the PRD real estate that managed the property on Monday when they opened and they go a light working in the kitchen for our last night of our stay • no fan still
