• Jittima (7/5): Wem die Mängel nicht stören , der findet hier ein preiswertes gut ausgestattetes Apartment. - Es ist ein angenehm geräumiges Apartment mit Balkon in der 6. Etage . In der gut ausgestatteten Küche findet man alle Utensilien , um sich selbt zu versorgen . Zur Selbstversorgung findet man kleine und grössere Läden in der Nähe die fussläufig erreichbar sind . Unsere Kontaktperson Carolina war sehr freundlich ! Wir würden eine 9 vergeben , wenn da nicht doch einige Beanstandungen wären ... : .. siehe bei :-( Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Baustelle auf der den ganzen Tag gehämmert , gesägt , geflext und gebohrt wird . Der Fahrstuhl im Haus muss dringend überholt werden : er hält nicht auf dem selben Niveau wie der jeweilige Flur , sodass eine Stufe entsteht .. ausserdem verursacht jede Order des Fahrstuhls einen lauten Knall , der durchs ganze Haus schallt . Letztendlich ist der Druck des Kaltwassers so gering , dass man weder das heisse Wasser auf Duschtemperatur regulieren , noch kalt duschen kann , weil kaum Wasser aus dem Duschkopf kommt .

• Hans (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and comfortable apartment in a very good location with easy access to the subway. Many restaurants, stores, and supermarkets are closeby. Plaza Serrano in Palermo Soho can be reached by foot in about 25 minutes, and the Botanical Garden is about 35 minutes away. One of the nicest features of this apartment is the large (west facing) balcony, where you can enjoy the sunset, have dinner, or simply sip on a glass of wine or cocktail. Ah, life is good!
