• Tsur (10/5): Felt just like home – cozy, fully loaded, and comfy - We absolutely loved our stay! This apartment truly feels like a home away from home. It has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a spacious bathtub, strong water pressure, a big TV, room for luggage, and of course - great A/C. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We didn’t want to leave. A couple of small hiccups: The Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent - we had to switch between networks frequently to stay connected. The TV setup wasn’t very intuitive either; we had to register and activate Roku before we could use it, which made things more complicated than expected.

The hosts go above and beyond to make it an excellent stay for the guests. We really enjoyed it and it was perfect for the 4 of us. The parking was perfect, and the fob security for accessing the doors, elevators, and apartment made it feel very secure.
• He (1/5): Bad - I’m very disappointed with my stay. The room had terrible soundproofing — around 8 a.m., I could clearly hear people cleaning the room above us, dragging furniture across the floor. The noise was extremely loud and disturbing. I’m very disappointed with my stay. The hotel charged us $20 per night for parking, but our designated spot was taken by another vehicle. We reported the issue to the front desk immediately, but the hotel did absolutely nothing to resolve it and didn’t offer any alternative solution. It felt like we paid for a service we never received. The way the hotel handled (or rather ignored) the situation was extremely unsatisfactory. I hope they take guests’ concerns more seriously in the future.

Reasonable parking that you could reserve ($20 per night). Some of the furniture had stains. Would have been nice to have utensils in the unit.

Located right in the heart of Hollywood, everything was minutes away. I felt comfortable and pampered throughout my stay.

Very secure and safe place. Hard to find because the name is not showing on the outside of the building you just have to rely on the look of the building and the address on booking was not correct, the reception said will adjust.

• Shannon (9/5): Close proximity to LA Convention Center, Crypto Center & LA Live - Rented a 2 bed/2 bath apartment for 6 guests to attend Anime Expo 2025. Commutable distance by foot + metro to the LA Convention Center. El Super grocery store is just around the corner from the apartment complex. The host was quick to respond to texts messages and calls. Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus! The beds were a bit small, would have preferred queen size beds, as opposed to full size beds. There were no pillows for guests sleeping on the sofa sleeper. Had difficulty finding the silverware drawer. The A/C occasionally caused a disturbing thumping/rumbling noise near the sink in the hallway bathroom.

• Jahnavi (1/5): Regret booking this property - The property is in a decent location with no homeless people around. Got early check in. The staff is absent. This is an apartment in a building where tenants lease apartments and they just have one person running everything. Hygiene in the apartment is not good. The floors were dirty and the carpets were even worse. The beds were super uncomfortable and it gave me a backache. The fire alarm went off one morning and all of us rushed downstairs but no one from the staff was there. I would rate this 0/10
• Luiz (9/5): I recommend - This is an excellent apartment. Known is the neighbourhood to go for a decent location in LA for not the highest of prices, but still a little high. I've stayed for almost two months in these apartments and are my go-to places to stay LA. The apartments were always clean and spacious with nice parking. I think the price is somewhat fair but parking is steep. But necessary. That's my only point

Lots of Restaurant and convenient store around. Food and Beverage are not a problem. The apartment is spacious. For a 2 rooms apartment can stay up to 6 peoples. ( 2 sofa bed in the living room) If you have rent or own a car .Can pay for Parking for USD 20.00 a day. The bed is too hard and no daily house keeping.

Staff could be a little more friendly and courteous. We always stayed at 4-5 ****hotels where the guest feel welcome. After checking out we just asked for the wifi password to book an uber but was told we had to get permission after staying for 9 days. This was our first time experience booking an apartment.

Very easy checkin, great parking spot, location was not bad, the gym was amazing, the rooftop sitting is a big plus. Not all apartments have a balcony (we didn't get one), no smoking on the roof, some rooms don't have windows, bed very small for 2 people.

• Maryam (1/5): Overall, my stay was disappointing and uncomfortable. - Denis and David were the only helpful people from the office, and that’s it. I’ve been dealing with back pain from that old broken mattress. Even the room they offered as a replacement was in the same poor condition, with bad cleaning and worn-out furniture. After all the money I paid, my son refused to stay and went to his friends’ instead. If I wasn’t so busy with my plans, I wouldn’t have stayed there even the first night.

• Farid (8/5): Nice apartment, but not sure that this will be my first choice next time I am in town. - Modern apartment, safe and clean. Nice gym room. Fast wifi connection. David is a great available on-site staff. When you pay more than $300/night, I would suggest that complimentary parking be included rather than ask for $20/overnight. Luckily, we easily found parking on the street, yet with some qualms because of the dodgy neighborhood. Regarding the kitchen, one would expect that the basics (salt, pepper, cooking oil, toaster) be provided. Beddings felt cheap and uncomfortable. Lastly, in my view, there were way too many back and forth messages (mostly redundant queries) with the management staff. Communicating once and clearly should prove enough, no need to patronize customers (how to obtain the keys, how to dispose of garbage, provide my credit card number several times, ask me to write top review, inform the office of the time of departure,..): it is just exhausting.

• Aida (10/5): Lovely Stay!!! - The wifi was very strong in our room! Could handle multiple devices at once with no lag (laptops and phones). The accommodation had basic essentials that lasted for nearly 2 weeks. Room itself is very soundproof, could not hear neighbors nor they can hear us (but still respect quiet hours). We had a 1bed1bath and it was surprisingly comfortable and roomy- we also had a mini balcony. Staff were lovely and were quick to help us get to the building and clarified any questions we had. Instructions were clear on how to arrive to place, staff provided enough information on everything you need prior to arrival. Place is very close to a grocery store, so it's easy to pick up anything we need there. Bus stops are close by, and bus lines run frequently throughout the day and night (if someone doesn't have a car and still wants to travel out to downtown la or hollywood). You are staying in koreatown, so do expect the area to be similar to downtown la- nothing fancy and many people around you are trying to go about their day. My partner and I didn't mind it, but it may be a culture shock to some.
