• Briceño Gonzalez (1/5): Decepcionante, alojamiento mal mantenido, mal gestionado. no lo recomendaría - Solo la ubicación El apartamento no cumple en absoluto con lo que anuncia. Se presenta como “luxury” (lujo), cuando la realidad es negligente y descuidada. El estado de limpieza es inaceptable: telarañas visibles en varias zonas y utensilios de cocina, especialmente las sartenes, en condiciones repugnantes, imposibles de usar. No había ni bayeta ni trapo de cocina, algo básico incluso en alojamientos muy sencillos. El anfitrión fue poco profesional. Le escribí para preguntar cómo funcionaba la cafetera o si había una convencional y no respondió. Al día siguiente, su única contestación fue que “esto no es un hotel”. Esa respuesta no justifica la falta de atención ni el mal estado del alojamiento, y desde luego no excusa venderlo como “lujo”. La mesa de la terraza estaba en un estado lamentable, hasta el punto de resultar vergonzoso mantenerla allí. La ducha del primer baño no funcionaba, y en pleno invierno no había ninguna manta adicional, lo que demuestra una total falta de consideración hacia los huéspedes. En conjunto, una experiencia muy decepcionante, con un alojamiento mal mantenido, mal gestionado y muy lejos de lo que promete el anuncio. No lo recomendaría.

• Fatma Nur (9/5): Comfortable clean convenient - We stayed five people in the house, it was very comfortable, there are three bedrooms, there are many kitchen utensils in the kitchen, we made our own food ourselves, check in and check out is also very easy, we are very pleased, if we come again, we will choose again, it was very clean! Since we were crowded and we cooked at home, the garbage was not enough for us, unfortunately we could not find extra garbage bags at home.
• Brian (7/5): The apartment was good. However we specifically booked it for the three separate bathrooms and toilets, one of which was - Location was excellent. One of the toilets was broken with a bucket supplied to sluice out if used. No prior notice given. We also had a visit from a cockroach which I think was mentioned on a previous review.

• Esther (4/5): No communication from host. - The location is good. So many things. I attempted multiple times to contact by email the hosts but got 0 response. The water temperature in two of the bathrooms could not be regulated and the showers were scalding. The showers were unusable because of this. One of my travel companion got burned in the shower. I pleaded and begged someone to come fix the problem and got NO response. This was unacceptable. Also, the building has three floors accessible by a very narrow winding staircase. You have to carry up your luggage to all 3 floors. If you have even the smallest amount of difficulty carrying luggage and climbing up a winding circular staircase, this place is not for you. I rented this place for 4 single women based on the fact that each floor had its own bathroom but 2 of the showers were unusable. Beware!
• Aman (8/5): Very good - Nice place with a room + bathroom on each floor. It does mean one has to keep going up and down. Good location with lot of restaurants and bars nearby. For one, there was a cockroach in the house. However, otherwise it was clean. Location is a little far from Plaza de Espana and that area.
