• roberto (6/5): Ottima vacanza ma non grazie al soggiorno. - La posizione era ottima: nel centro di Malaga e vicino alle spiagge, c’è un soggiorno condiviso che si affaccia con balconi direttamente su Plaza de la Merced. Le indicazioni per il check-in perfette, la pulizia era più che soddisfacente. C’è un solo bagno per 4 camere e quindi -se sono tutte triple come era la mia- significa che un bagno è da condividere tra 12 persone; va bene lo spirito di adattamento ma a tutto c’è un limite. Le porte sono chiuse non con serratura ma con lucchetto agganciato a due occhielli di ferro.

I saw some people saying it was too loud for them, but honestly, this is exactly the kind of atmosphere I wanted to experience. Sitting on the balcony and watching people walk around, eat, and enjoy life was simply amazing - a proper Málaga experience! The room itself was okay, nothing particularly special, but it absolutely fit the purpose. The bed was quite comfortable, which was important after long days exploring. I was a little worried at first about there being only one shared bathroom for everyone, but luckily, during my stay there weren’t many guests, so it was never really an issue. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, and I really appreciated being able to leave my bags and relax a bit longer in the common area after check-out - such a nice bonus!

• Smilla (9/5): Var der kun én overnatning men har kun positive ting at sige om det! Hjemligt og hyggeligt indrettet og en skøn lille si - Totalt hjemligt og massere af liv samt hyggeligt værelse. Host var iøvrigt super! Det eneste er en del larm fra barerne da bygningen ligger meget centralt. Men det er noget hosten er meget transparent omkring. Bare hav nogle ørepropper i så skal det nok gå.

• Kryštof (5/5): - Lokalita. Hezký výhled na Placa de la merced. Dobrý poměr cena/kvalita. Pouze jedna koupelna a wc na 5 apartmány. Člověk dlouho čeká na své místo v koupelně. Špatná zvuková izolace mezi pokoji. Málo soukromí.
• Dana (4/5): Dobrá lokalita, ale samotné ubytování nebylo pohodlné a čisté. - Lokalita v historickém centru, kousek od památek, obchodů, restaurací, v dochozí vzdálenosti od nádraží. výhled do parku byl jen z obývacího pokoje a jednoho pokoje pro hosty. Pět pokojů minimálně pro dva lidi a k tomu majitel, jedna sprcha spolu s jednou toaletou stále obsazenou. Špinavá kuchyňka, rohožka v koupelně a ručník se měnil 1x za 2 dny. Teplá voda občas netekla, musel se zvláštním způsobem nastavit kohoutek. Proležené matrace, nebylo kam so odložit věci. Pokoje se nacházejí nad restauracemi, takže neustálý hluk do 4 hodin do rána a před 7 začaly jezdit zametači ulic a zásobování. Museli jsme na noc zavírat okno i okenice, kvůli hluku a lampě přímo před oknem. Naštěstí ještě nebylo velké horko. Majitel si nechával špinavé oblečení v kuchyňce. Bar na přípravu kávy se skládá ze špinavé rychlovarné konvice a frenchpress. Každý pokoj má svou polici ve špinavé lednici. Ve společném obývacím pokoji majitel suší prádlo, pouští si hudbu nahlas, přehoz na gauči byl starý a špinavý.

• Grace (10/5): Gorgeous sunny stay - Gorgeous location, right on a beautiful square, I was there midweek on my own and was worried it would be a bit noisy but it was perfect, great for a short lone trip stay. Pictures would maybe to help identify the location, and instruction to push the doors (I got a bit confused with entering the flat, but wasn’t too difficult)

• Julia (10/5): Traumhafter Kurztrip nach Màlaga! - Absolut tolle Lage an einem sehr belebten Platz. Man kann von dort aus alle Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war top! Ich weiß nicht warum sich Leute über die Lautstärke beschweren. Die Bars unten schließen um 24 Uhr und danach ist es ruhig.

Nell’appartamento è consentito fumare, pertanto la camera situata praticamente sulla piazzetta con la vista più bella è costantemente affumicata dalla sigaretta Appartamento rumoroso a causa della posizione, ma questo non è assolutamente un problema con un paio di tappi

• Lenka (8/5): Pokoj v historickém centru - Perfektní lokalita, historický dům, malý pokojík na 1-3 noci super. Ze společného obýváku výhled na náměstí, kuchyň s možností vaření. Majitel, který zde i bydlí je milý a vstřícný. Škoda, že je jen jedna koupelna. Se vzájemnou ohleduplností se to dalo zvládnout. Hluk z barů nebyl moc velký, měly jsme štěstí.

Вітальня, кухня та коридор завалені різним мотлохом, відчуття,що потрапляєш у суцільний хаос.Подушки і одіяла- старі і зваляні, але білизна чиста без зайвих запахів.

• Ciska (7/5): Sfeervol huis op een toplocatie! - De inrichting van het huis is zoals het vroeger was: retro in kleur en interieur. Het huis ademt een huiselijke sfeer uit. De ligging is ideaal! Doordat het huis zo leuk retro is, neem je er genoegen mee, dat alles oud is. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: Een kleine renovatie zou geen kwaad kunnen.

• Joel (8/5): Beautiful room and central location - Beautiful traditional property in fantastic central location with very helpful landlord and excellent communication. The noise at night is loud even after the restaurants and bars have closed.
• Anne (8/5): Heerlijke tijd op een ideale ligging - De ligging was echt perfect en de eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam Het was onhandig dat de toilet en douche in een ruimte werden gedeeld. Je moest soms echt even wachten met naar de wc gaan omdat er twee mensen na elkaar gingen douchen.

• Kevin Kightlinger (6/5): Good value and central location. - Good location, friendly staff, bathroom shower had plenty of hot water. The hallway and common areas were extremely cold due to leaving most of the windows open. The street and restaurant noise was significant but usually died down around 11 pm. I usually don't like shared bathrooms but since it was off season and fewer guests I did not experience too much wait time or barriers to access. I am not sure I would stay again in summer at full capacity.
• Iuliia (5/5): Central location, but poor facilities - The location is very central; however, the apartment is on the first floor directly above several tapas bars and cafes. It is quite noisy due to the crowds, street musicians, and late-night revelers. Additionally, there is noise early in the morning when the businesses set up their outdoor tables and chairs, and again late at night when they pack them away. The facilities were highly inadequate, featuring only one shared bathroom for five rooms and no hot water in the washbasin. Ventilation was a significant issue; since the only airflow came from open windows, cigarette smoke from guests and staff on the balcony frequently drifted into our room. Cleanliness was severely lacking, as the same dust and stains on the faucets remained untouched throughout our 10-day stay. The environment was so poorly maintained that my husband often had to mop the bathroom floor and even unblock toilets clogged by other guests, because they put entire rolls of toilet paper inside the toilet. Despite staying for 10 nights, we were never provided with fresh towels or linens. Additionally, the room was dimly lit and poorly furnished, with only one chair for two people.

• ewunia319 (10/5): - Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, ścisłe centrum. Przyjazny personel. Hałas pod oknami do 2 w nocy. Mało akustyczny budynek wszystko słychać. Nie jest to miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi ale jeśli lubisz nocne życie to jak najbardziej polecam. Niestety brudno zwłaszcza w kuchni.

• Sofia (9/5): Very good value and a beautiful property. - The room was beautiful with very high ceilings, beautiful floor tiles and the Plaza de Merced right outside the window. If you want historic it doesn’t get any better. I’ll stay there again any time I’m in Malaga. Sharing the bathroom made for some adjustments but everyone respected the sign about being quick.

• Simeon Marinov (10/5): Loved it! - Loved it, best view, full of life. Listen, im not complaining. It is not possible to solve this problem because it is an old historical building. It is just loud. U can hear everyone outside of the room, so i recommend sleeping with ear plugs :D. I personally do not have a problem with this, but it might be a problem for some other tourists who are looking for different types of holiday.
