- Halilovic (4/5): Es geht - Also das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war wirklich sehr lecker hat mich satt gemacht Der Aufzug war kaputt man konnte nur bis zum dritten Stock hochfahren und ab dort musste man zum vierten Stock hochlaufen über die Treppen aber zum fünften Stock konnte erfahren und wenn wir noch runterfahren will konnte man nicht beim vierten Stock sondern erst ab dem 3 oder 5 Stock die Schranktür war kaputt der linke Seite da war die eine Schiene abgebrochen eine Nachtlampe hat nicht funktioniert 230 € für zwei Nächte ist auch viel Geld also zwei Sterne Hotel er anstatt 3
- Gabrielius (1/5): - Hello, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my stay in Cologne. Upon arrival, I was informed that I was not on the guest list, even though my reservation was fully paid (130€). After about 10 minutes, an intoxicated person arrived and escorted me to the room. When I provided my ID, I was told that the main guest was supposed to be a different woman, even though I am clearly listed as the primary guest in the reservation. The communication was disrespectful, I was threatened with the police, and I was told to leave despite having already paid for the booking. Only after they made a phone call was the information suddenly “updated,” and I was told it was a system error. This situation was extremely stressful and made me feel unsafe. I request a formal explanation regarding this incident and appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused. I look forward to your response.

- Katherine (1/5): - Nous avons récupéré les clé après plusieurs appels via whattsup et une attente de 20 minutes dans un couloir . Odeur de fumée dans couloir. Manque d'une ampoule dans une lampe. Télévision non utilisable, manque de code et pas d'explication donné. Le lendemain: douches bouchées et aucune aide proposée ni réparation possible durant le séjour. Nous avons du interrompre le séjour après une nuit après assurance du loueur d'un remboursement des nuitées non honorés. Sommes toujours en attente du remboursement vue que l'annulation était lié à des problèmes techniques du loueur.
