• András (7/5): - A környék és az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a két nagy szoba és a társasház ami tetszett. Egy felújítás ráférne, új fürdőszoba mindenképp, redőnyök, mert nem lehet rendesen besötétíteni, illetve a takarítást alaposabban kell végezni.

• Jan (9/5): - Klidná lokalita, výborná domluva s hostitelem. Parkovací místo jsem ocenil. S úklidem a čistotou to mohlo být lepší. Především varná konvice nemile překvapila. V celku však není co vytknout.

• Vitali (7/5): - Zentrale Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und schnell. Leider war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung mangelhaft.

• asovorotkin (9/5): - Great location. Nice floor plan - spacious. Quiet due to look into backyard positioning. An asset is also a parking spot right downstairs in the closed backyard. I would definitely inform the guests in advance that the key to the main entrance of the building is not really working. In 95% of the time the magnetic lock did not react to the chip. Luckely we had the key to the garage doors which allowed us to get inside the premises. Having a baby in hands made getting back home a bit more stressful. Hopefully the house community is able to solve the problem asap.

Вікна виходять у внутрішній двір, де безкоштовно стоятиме ваше авто, захищене автоматичними воротами, ключ від них тільки у мешканців дому. 700 метрів вокзал Florence. Власник весь час на зв'язку, надав чіткі інструкції.Це було найкраще для трьох за такі гроші в цьому районі. Ковдра у вітальні занадто коротка, 1,5 метри довжина для дорослої людини замало

• Björn (5/5): Love the area, apartment is ok for a night or two, but not great. - Nice location in Karlin. Really convenient with the parking. Nice courtyard. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely hard. It was tricky to get in to the house with the transponder key (this was also mentioned in the instructions).

• Elaine (9/5): Great accommodation in Karlin district of Prague. - Large apartment with fully equipped kitchen, well located in the Karlin district. Easy walk into Prague or great public transport options. We used the tram a couple of time. Close to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the host was excellent. Pavel provided us with secure bicycle storage on his back decking (up a flight of external stairs from the rear parking area). That parking area is only accessible by an electronic pass so we were happy. Shower didn't drain properly but we reported it when we were leaving and Pavel was apologetic and said it would be fixed. It didn't inconvenience us. Couch is a bit uncomfortable.

The door to the bath didn't close and the shower has very thin space to come in. It won't be convenient for big people)) also there were no amenities, except toilet paper. No tea/coffee. No coffee machine or smth to make coffee. Only small towels. No TV)) Needs better cleaning. No self check-in. It's just a flat for rent, doesn't have cosy vibe

• Oleksandr (6/5): Good to sleep for 3-4 days max. For the longer stay will definitely choose something else, even for the higher price. - Good location and possibility to park a car. No need to have a contact with the owner in face. Enough space for kids to play and rest. It’s already required for the renovation and good cleaning. Pillows are not good and dirty, the same is true about linens. Regulator for the top shower was just broken. Soap is not something that you can use for shower, take yours or buy in Rossman, which is in the next street. Microwave is not working, not spinning. This apartment just needs a good renovation and cleaning. Sofa in dinning room is not suited for sleeping, you will just got a back pain.

• Calin (9/5): A very good choice for those who want the convenience of the suburbs close to the city centre. - The apartment is well equipped, the furniture is ok, the kitchen has everything you need. The location is nice, quiet area, parking spot, restaurants and mini market nearby. The attention to small details.

• Tatijana (10/5): Very nice stay - Everything was great, the apartment was clean, the host was responsive and helpful. The location is nice, quiet and easy to get to the city centre. You can find a couople of small grocery shops nearby and good restaurants.
• Richard (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is really big and spacious. Facing the inner block, so it's quiet. The kitchen allows you to seriously cook, but we did not use this option. parking in a closed yard. Elevator and large terrace the equipment of the apartment can be seen to be very cheap. the beds are basic, the couch hard as a board. the curtains in the living room were fundamentally missing. in the evening, one is like in a shop showcase. sleeping in the living room is therefore impossible. TV was also missing. Its smell a bit, probably bad ventilation.
