• David (10/5): - This is a beautiful, well-maintained property with the most gorgeous views in the entire city. Mara is a wonderful host and is very communicative thru the entire process and very accommodating to your needs and requests. If you are planning to visit Dubrovnik, this is the place you should book. The only downside is the stairs to and from Old Town. But it’s a small price to pay for the view you get.

• Jonathan (10/5): Great stay with great (unobstructed) view! - The view. And the balcony to enjoy the view. It comes with nice reclining seats to take in the view of the old town and enjoy the breeze (or chill winds since it was winter). The furnitures and bathroom amenities are also premium. For the view, one has to do a bit of hiking to get in and out of the old town. Can't have everything in life.
• Alfanan (10/5): Luxurious Stay Overlooking Historic Dubrovnik - Our stay at this Dubrovnik apartment was simply outstanding. The space is beautifully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and three pristine bathrooms—perfect for comfort and privacy. The highlight, though, is the stunning view overlooking the Old Town. Waking up to that panorama felt magical every single day. The location couldn’t be better: peaceful, elevated, and just a short walk to all the charm and history of the city. Truly one of the most gorgeous places we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended! Host Mara was a delight to deal with. Nothing, the place is amazing!

• Eliza (10/5): A spacious & beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view! - The apartment indeed has a breathing taking view. The apartment is newly renovated, so everything is in tiptop condition. It has 2 rooms with attaching bathrooms & there is an additional toilet next to the entrance of the apartment. Spacious living space & the rooms are also nice & spacious. There is also a balcony next to the living area, where you can chill & enjoy the scenery. Do note, to get that kind of view, the apartment has to be quite high up. So, there are many steps to take, when you want to go to the old town. We walked the steps in the morning & took a cab back, in the evening when we were tired or have shopping bags. However, I would highly recommend that you take a cab to the apartment at check in & the check in will be a breeze. Mara is a very prompt & helpful host; I highly recommend her & the beautiful apartment. Nil

• Kris (10/5): Exceptionally view and location - The view of the old town is exceptionally incredible. The apartment is very clean. Two bed room with bath rooms is identically same size and same configuration. Kitchen is modern. Communication with the property owner is excellent and very prompt. Parking space and it's location is basically next to the apartment so it is very good when u have luggages The stair going up the building from the old town can be challenging.

• Beth Ann (10/5): Chic modern home away from home with breathtaking view for sure! - Such a gem. How lucky to spend time in such a beautiful space to explore Dubrovnik as our first stop in Croatia. The view is — breathtaking. And the amenities — modern chic, such a delight. The stairs down to old town a bit of refreshing exercise or using Uber/Taxis quick and easy. Mara helped with any questions we had on places to eat or sightseeing, including vegan options. We will cherish our time there and definitely hope to return!!

Best ever view, picture can not describe feeling when on super big windows you see Dubrovnik in his complete beauty without seeijg anything else. You are above all roofs. great location, great design, great equipment, very spacious apartment. I do not like to stay in apartment while there is always something where owner does not invest. Here is every single thing better then I sould invest in my own house. Top of the top! Nothing. Really nothing. Some can say that is is quiet high positioned and if you walk back from the old town is steep. We walk down to the old town and drive back with s taxi. To have a view it has to be high 😃

• Ilona (7/5): Very comfortable and pleasant. - The apartment is beautiful and the view is stunning. Very comfortable and cozy. Great location. And Mara was great. Needs work on details. Has 4 cups, 6 plates and one knife. Not practical to constantly worry about having clean dinnerware. If you like to cook or have to cook due to special circumstances it is impractical. No drying rack for swimwear. No soap dispenser in the kitchen. No safe in case need to let repairmen in as was in our case because the house smart system desided to turn off the lights day before we departed. It was a fun morning in the dark. Overall amazing place just needs work on kitchen details.

There is a full kitchen that we didn't take advantage of since there are so many great restaurants in Dubrovnik. The beds/pillows were very comfortable and we all slept well. We got in early and our host Mara greeted us at the door which we appreciated. The apartment came with beach towels which was a plus. We also appreciated the apartment came with a washer and drier. I would stay here again . This was not an issue for us (except when it rained one night) but there are lots of stairs getting back and forth from the city.

It's a perfect place to spend the entire day, enjoying both relaxation and the beautiful scenery. It's a fantastic place to stay, with fully equipped amenities. It's perfect for staying in all day without ever needing to go out, and you'll still have a great time. Everything is perfect, but it comes with a corresponding price. It's a place worth staying at.
