• Elodie (6/5): Bel appartement mais très bruyant - Appartement très bien agencé, décoré avec soin et globalement bien équipé. Le logement était propre à notre arrivée et le métro reste accessible à environ 800 mètres. Malheureusement, plusieurs points ont fortement dégradé notre expérience. Nous avons trouvé des vêtements laissés par les précédents occupants dans l’entrée, ainsi que des serviettes déjà suspendues et complètement dépliées dans la salle de bain. Après signalement, on nous a indiqué qu’elles étaient propres, mais cela laisse malgré tout un doute peu rassurant à l’arrivée. Aussi, la literie est vieillissante. Le matelas devrait être changé. Le principal problème reste cependant l’insonorisation, qui est extrêmement mauvaise. Dès 7h du matin, les bruits du voisinage sont très présents, notamment les pas avec chaussures. Mais surtout, des travaux ont eu lieu dès 8h juste derrière le mur de la chambre donnant sur la cage d’escalier : scie circulaire, marteau, bétonnière… Il était impossible de se reposer dans ces conditions. En face de l’appartement, il y avait aussi des travaux qui ont commencé a 9h avec un marteau piqueur. Enfin, la machine à café semble presque hors d’usage : elle fuit et de l’eau s’écoule sous l’appareil à chaque utilisation. Je n’aime pas laisser d’avis négatif, mais cette expérience a malheureusement été très en dessous de nos attentes. Malgré les qualités du logement, je ne peux pas recommander cet appartement pour un séjour reposant.

• David (10/5): Cómodo a buen precio. - En nuestro caso la cercanía, calidad/precio, al metropolitano. Hay mucho aparcamiento para el coche por la zona. Nada, todo muy bien.

• angels (8/5): - Buen trato por parte del responsable,En todo momento accesible y resolutivo. El estudio está situafo en una zona tranquila y aun siendo pequeño tienes lo que necesitas para pasar unos dias. Si vas con mascotas es ideal porque tienes un parque y pipi can cerca Íbamos con un niño de 14 años que durmió en el sofá y era pequeño de largada. Esta bien para personas no muy altas si no es insuficiente. La parte del altillo, donde esta situada la cama, la altura hasta el techo es pequeña y tienes que agacharte un poco para moverte o acceder al espacio.

• Rocio Belen (10/5): Muy bueno! - Es un estudio muy bonito ,lo mejor que tiene es la cama y sus almohadas volvería sin duda Le faltaba un poco más de limpieza , las toallas tenían un poco de olor a humedad y algunas eran nuevas y te dejaban un poco de pelusas
• claudia (10/5): Para repetir - Tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar unos días por Madrid, me encanto que se pudiera aparcar sin problema y que a pesar de ser un bajo no hubieran ruidos de coches, ni de gente.

• Jordan (9/5): Apartamento bonito pero para 2 personas - Piso muy bonito y con todo tipo de detalles. A 15 minutos andando del Wanda y con mucho sitio para aparcar al lado. Hay una tienda de alimentación básica al lado de la casa. No es apto para más de 2 personas, ya que la supuesta segunda cama en simplemente un sofá, pero NO un sofá cama, un sofá.

• Anca (6/5): Pleasant - It was average from all the perspectives. Location is good only if you need something close to airport. Otherwise not nice area, 12 min to the meteo, it is ground floor and is noisy from the street, smell bad inside, the cleaning was not ok, the bad sheets were old and looks bad. It was a bad surprise taking into account the good reviews and the price 120 euro we paid. I do not recommend the place.
• Susan (10/5): Man Cave - This is what happens when a man who has traveled builds a room. Steel and sharp colors. It was wonderful with decorations from Central America. The WiFi was easy to setup. Fortunately we are under 5'8" since that seems to be limit on balcony for bed. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. We just felt like we were in someone's special place who had put some serious time into designing it. The only thing I could think of was having to wait for water heater to warm up since we really needed showers. Even that is a petty thing to even mention.
