Sicht teils von Betonmauer gesperrt; vor dem Hauptfenster lieblose Terrasse, wo auch die Nachbsrn herum laufen; Geschirr usw wie oft so knapp, dass man ständig spülen muss; sehr preiswerte Maßnahmen könnten Comfort erhöhen (etwa mehr Geschirr, Aufhänger für Tuch in der Küche.
