• Ceppi (6/5): Peccato per il servizio non all’altezza della location - location stupenda. La terrazza vista lago merita tutta la vacanza Non avere alcun supporto da parte della proprietà. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava e l’erogatore della vasca era rotto. Abbiamo contattato più e più volte la proprietà sia telefonicamente sia tramite whatsapp ed e-mail: non hanno mai risposto.
• Viktoriia (8/5): Amazing views - Amazing views from the windows. There is both a covered terrace (so rain is not a problem) and an open terrace. Everything you might need for your stay is provided — pots, pans, cups, wine glasses, even salt, spices, and oil! Very clean, and everything feels new. 2 bathrooms. There is also an elevator! Unfortunately, we were unable to contact the host. We sent messages through Booking, WhatsApp, and also called the phone number provided, but received no response during our entire 2-day stay. We actually wanted to extend our stay for one more night, but since we couldn’t reach anyone, we had to leave. Booking only allowed extending the reservation for two nights, not just one. We also could not find the baby crib at first (we asked about it, but again received no reply), and later discovered that it was stored inside the wardrobe.

• KHALID (6/5): Nice place - The location was amazing, the apartment also great They put special children toys, which our child enjoyed. The lake view was incredible. Check in was easy. The WiFi wasn’t working at all. We tried to communicate with the host for few questions multiple times by booking messages, WhatsApp and even by calls. They didn’t answer us and not cooperative at all. So if you need anything with them forget it.

• Reema (10/5): Luxury apartment with Lake facing view - Excellent luxury apartment with high-quality furnishings, linen, crockery. Excellent view of Lake and walking distance from ferry station - direct ferries to Luzern. Marie was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions. Café, restaurants, and grocery shops also close by. All within walking distance. It was easy to park our car on site.

The apartment was clean and we enjoyed ourselves in Marie’s apartment. The view is simply awesome. Highly recommended. Within 10 mins of drive there is a huge supermarket Migros!

• Gaurav (10/5): Amazing stay in beautiful Swiss town - The view from the apartment of the lake was breathtaking and the interiors were also amazing with all the facilities provided. It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the apartment. Since we didn't have our own car, so reaching to the apartment location was little difficult as the bus drops us at beckenreid post and then we have to drag our luggage all the way to the apartment and that was little uphill also. Otherwise, if someone has their own vehicle or is it ok to get a taxi, it is not a problem
