- egbert (5/5): Family getaway. - Fantastic location Small bed for a couple.Apartment has no window in living room so it is very dark.No sofa bed and sofa is very hard so not comfortable to sleep.There was a 4 year old child with us and she had no place to sleep.Very confusing entry and we had to make many phone calls.WiFi unreliable and again we had to make many calls.Water heater broke the night before we left so we had no hot water the day of departure.

- Caroline (6/5): Basic accommodation with great location - The location is excellent. In the middle of Plaza Mayor. Walking distance to everything. No noise from outside. Accommodation is in a old historic building. The bed was small. Bed head loose and banging against the wall. The kitchen very basic and the drain smelled. The toilet was stuck into a corner of the bathroom. A large person would not be able to use it. Couldn't close bathroom door. There are two windows viewing old pipes and the back of the lift. The lift starts on the first floor. Still a few stairs to climb.
