• Etta (9/5): - The location of the apartment was awesome, extremely close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. It was great that free parking was included.
• Alison (8/5): Cosy appartment suitble for short stays. - Cute, cosy little apartment in a handy location. Close to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for eating out. A second bathroom is a handy bonus for families or friends travelling together. Overall the apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Detailed instructions and video to access underground parking was appreciated as it was a little tricky to navigate the first time. Lots of mould throughout the shower grout-looks as though it has not been cleaned properly in some time. Disappointing as the rest of the apartment was lovely and clean. Apartment is advertised as having a pool, however this is not accessible year round-the pool is located outdoors.

• Brittany (6/5): good location, enjoyed it - good location, close to shops and food places. secure parking. remote control batteries died so couldn’t use the tv, lounge seats were quite small, no condiments and some things in the house weren’t clean.

• Sarah (10/5): Excellent location, very clean and secure, underground parking - Perfect location in the heart of Dicksons shopping district The apartment was a little cold when we arrived but soon warmed up when we closed the windows and turned on the heating. The couch had a broken leg but was propped up on a block.

• Daniel (2/5): Nice idea, but disappointing in the details - The apartment was clean and the location convenient. The instructions to get into the property were easy to follow. We stayed at Sunny Blossom Escapes for two nights in winter while visiting family in Canberra. Unfortunately, while the apartment has potential, the experience left a lot to be desired due to several avoidable issues. The apartment was clean and the location convenient, but the attention to guest comfort was lacking. Only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper were provided for our entire stay, which felt unreasonably limited. The coffee supply was minimal, and there were no standard drinking glasses - only wine glasses, which was impractical. The most frustrating issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen (see pictures). We discovered it shortly after arriving, once we brought food into the space. Ants quickly appeared, and it made us quite uncomfortable using the kitchen for the remainder of our stay. This property could be much better with a bit more care and basic hospitality. As it stands, we wouldn’t return or recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

• Samantha (7/5): Other than the hot tub debacle everything else was amazing and location perfect. - Very clear instructions Specified in advert that the property had a pool with a view and a hot tub.. On arrival we could not locate a hot tub and upon messaging owners understood that they were meaning a bathtub not a hot tub. Was a little misleading!

• Danielle (6/5): Pleasant - It was nice to have two clean bedrooms to host our family of 4. Better curtains are needed in one of the bedrooms and the living area. Lots of breakable items around was a bit of a worry around my small children.
• Sonja (10/5): Excellent - very lovely apartment - We like everything about the apartment. Clean, spacious and with lots of extras such as coffee, tea sugar, and even a few snacks. There was an enormous outside area which would have been wonderful to use if we had more time. The two bedrooms were furniture well. There's even a desk for work and an assortment of pens. Wonderful selection of streaming channels on tv. And lots of restaurants and cafes just outside the door. A really lovely stay and would definitely go back again. There was nothing not to like

• Antoinette (6/5): I would stay again - The property is located in the heart of a great food district, all within walking distance. The flat itself was lovely and had everything we needed for a short stay. Although we didn't use the pool we did check it out and it looked lovely. The host was very quick to respond to our query Sadly the electricity wasn't working in the morning which meant we couldn't have a shower, cook breakfast and make coffee or use the internet which cut short our stay. The sofa bed in the lounge wasn't very comfortable but I am assured that both of the double beds were great to sleep in
• Melanie (8/5): Great location, some attention to comfortable bedding would be great and fix the bedroom curtains - Great location. Great size Bed basic, mattress quite hard. Curtains were hanging off pelmet in master.
• Robyn (8/5): A very nice property in a good location. - The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, plenty of room with lots of extra things provided such as dishwasher, washing machine powders, milk, chocolates, hand creams. Heaps of restaurants in the area. The curtains do not fully cover the window space, so the sun does come in a little in the afternoons. This would be a simple fix. We didn't get the hosts email about how to access the car parking until after we arrived (our fault) so finding the space was a little difficult but once found no problems. The lifts in the building are very slow.
• Susan (8/5): Very pleasant would stay there again. - Very nice n clean nice n close to facilities. My room key wouldn’t work in the second lift for some reason . The room curtains need to be sun block out and cover the window properly otherwise very lovely place to stay.

• Kim (9/5): A great apartment located centrally with lots of restaurant choices in walking distance. - The location, free parking, the layout of the property, a well stocked kitchen/bathrooms/laundry, air conditioning, security within the building, and great communication with the owner. The curtains did not block out the sun from the living room and bedroom, which on a very hot weekend, didn’t help while sitting in the living room. The TV didn’t have free to air channels and there was no instructions in how to use the controls.

Exceptionally clean, roomy, quiet and the location is unbeatable for a huge variety of food literally right at the doorstep. Incredible value for money. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we ever need to return to Canberra. Huge thank you to the hosts 🙌 Not having the time to stay longer!!
