• Karin (8/5): - Lage super, Haus für unsete Gruppe ideal. Zimmer z. T. schmutzig, Geländer im Haus defekt, Ausstattung der Küche z.T. mäsig (keine 9 Kaffeelöffel), Auswahl der Laken und Bettwäsche nicht ganz eindeutig.

• Sylvie (4/5): A fuir !!!! - L’emplacement et la taille du logement Le manque de transparence : dépôt de garantie réclamé la veille du départ…. Des précisions très importantes ( absence de linge de maison) annoncées le jour même et des tarifs de location de linge prohibitifs ! Dès équipements rudimentaires, un chauffage peu performant avec à l’arrivée un froid de canard !!!! Des hébergeurs d’une mauvaise foi déconcertante. Pour l’instant mon dépôt de garantie ne m’a toujours pas été restitué ….!

• Ingrid (9/5): Prima verblijf gehad in Koksijde - Ideale locatie, dicht bij de zee. Privé-parking was zeker een pluspunt. De kamers met aansluitend de badkamers waren echte meevallers. Het geluid klonk door gans het huis (omdat er open ruimte was), maar dit hoort erbij met kleine kindjes.

• Guillaume (9/5): Mooie accommodatie en centraal gelegen . - Mooie accommodatie en centraal gelegen . Hekje aan de trap staat los . Eventueel keukengerei aanvullen.
• Koen (5/5): De woning heeft een topligging maar het ontbreekt aan comfort en hygiëne. - Het vakantiehuis is heel goed gelegen. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en de bedden zijn goed. Er hing een stank in de woning die we ondanks verluchten niet hebben weg gekregen. De toiletten waren niet proper. Er waren weinig glazen. Als de woning volledig bezet is heb je er veel te weinig. De vaatwasmachine werkte niet naar behoren (water bleef staan) en de snijplanken zijn dringend aan vervanging toe. Onderleggers om pannen op te zetten op tafel en ovenhandschoenen ontbreken. De badkamers kan je heel slecht verluchten.

• Martina (8/5): Ein toller Familien Urlaub - Wir hatten viel Platz, es war sehr sauber aber und das Haus ist super gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
• Lien (8/5): - Elke kamer had een eigen lavabo en douche. Ideaal na een strandbezoek! Perfecte locatie: dicht bij de dijk, de bakker, de supermarkt,... Ook een fijn dakterras om 's avonds te vertoeven. De woning kan wel wat opfrissing gebruiken: keukengerei, zetels zijn verouderd, zaken die los hangen,...

• Kalle (10/5): Perfect Allrounder - Let's start with the house. It is pretty modern and has a sleck look to it, not very cozy, but even more practical. The pictures on the website are accurate, though the bedrooms with three beds are not as modern looking, completely fine though. For the kitchen: nothing to fancy a microwave, Ofen and stove are there, a freezer sadly not. Furthermore, the dishes, utensils and glasses are plentiful and in great condition. The roof terrace is the real highlight of the house; there is simply a marvelous feeling when you step out and can enjoy your breakfast. The street next to the house wasn't actually that busy, and while your certainly exposed on the roof terrace, it's so spacious and just enjoyable to be there. About the location: the Spar is literally the next building, the beach is a 2 minute walk away, there are plenty of small stores (bakery, fresh fruits etc.) around, and the next large and cheap supermarket is only a 10 minute drive. Be aware though that you are next to the road. Honestly it is not even unsafe with small children, but it certainly doesn't look fancy. The staff was incredibly helpful, and as soon as you navigate your way through their automatic responses, you talk to a nice helpful person. I can only speak for their level of English, which was great, but I assume that French and Dutch are of course even better. And even before or during the booking any specific details that you require are given to you, if you just call them. Overall I can say I recommend the accommodation for a larger group, families or just several people who want their own bedrooms. For that price you'll certainly find nothing better, and even in general you might not get something as well rounded as this. ....
• Joshua (2/5): Not great, and will not stay again. - The location was good, it had easy access to everything that we needed. Parking was free, easy and very easy to find. The instructions for the lock box was good The house was not clean, and had a very weird smell on arrival. The kitchen facilities are not good, they ask you to clean before leaving or threaten a loss of deposit, but then don't provide any cleaning equipment. The beds are very uncomfortable with weird plastic covers. And the bedding that you have to pay for is dirty, and does not fit well. When they say no towels are included, litereally noting is included. So no hand towels for bathrooms, bathmats, or even a dish towel in the kitchen. The dishwasher didn't work, and they provided no help in trying to get it to work. The smoke alarms go off at random times, and we had to remove them from our rooms Overall.. Find somewhere else to stay.
