• Veronica (10/5): - Stor och modern lägenhet. Mycket rent och bekvämt. Tyst. 10 minuters promenad till RIMI eller till gamla stan. Vackert läge vid havet. Kunde tillhandahålla en disktrasa så man kan hålla torrt och rent på bord och diskbänk.

• Jenny (3/5): Ei enää uudelleen. - Lähellä keskustaa, edullinen ja siisti. En pitänyt siitä, että majoituksen saapumisohjeet olivat puutteelliset. En päässyt sisälle huoneistoon saapumispäivänä. Maksoin palvelusta, jota en saanut. Majoituspalvelu ei suostunut korvaamaan yötä/päivää, jolloin en päässyt majoittumaan.
• Gulja (7/5): Kerstvakantie in Tallin op loopafstand van het centrum - Prima locatie, loopafstand van het centrum, mooi uitzicht op het water/ haven. Veel restaurants op 5 min afstand. Nieuw warm appartement met een lift, comfortabele bedden, ruim, schoon, duidelijke communicatie met de host, grote fijne koelkast. De keuken was summier ingericht, geen magnetron, geen broodrooster, weinig keukengerei. In de woonkamer geen bijzettafel voor de bank( wel op de foto). Dunne dekens in de slaapkamers voor de winter( december), geen sprei in de grote slaapkamer. In de badkamer prullenbak was kapot.

• Carsten (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Verwalter vor Ort ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet. Leider gab es nur einen Schlüssel, was bei Robert Wohnung für 3 Personen etwas wenig ist. Es wäre schön wenn es etwas mehr Küchenutensilien gäbe (Sparschäler, Reibe, ...)
• Johannes (8/5): - Tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Wasser, sehr geräumig, hell, Ausstattung gut. Schwierig zu finden (Google Maps schickt einen an anderen Ort, am besten nach Chin Chin veinibaar suchen) und dann gibt es noch eine Schnitzeljagd zur Schlüsselbox. Serviceorierung der Agentur ist eher mittelmässig
• Kees (8/5): Mooi maar… - De locatie. Het uitzicht. Je moet een huurcontract ondertekenen een online formulier invullen eur 100 borg betalen een kopie van je paspoort sturen alles bij elkaar meer dan een half uur tijd kwijt. Vervolgens zeiden ze mijn betaling niet ontvangen te hebben, moest ik een betalingsbewijs opsturen. Toen bleek dat ik wel betaald had, geen enkele excuses. Toen we aankwamen gingen we de achteraf de verkeerde parkeergarage binnen. In de beschrijving stond 8-1 en 8-4, maar de goede ingang is dus bij 8-4. Een route beschrijving in de parkeergarage was ook handig geweest. Toen we bij de deur van het appartement stonden, konden we niet binnen omdat de klink stuk was. Dit stond ook al in eerdere recensies hier op booking, maar was niet gerepareerd. De slotenmaker kwam een uur later toen wij al in een restaurant zaten. Ik ben weer terug gegaan om de deur van het slot af te doen. Dit kostte me weer een half uur. Had gewoon voor onze komst gerepareerd moeten worden. In het appartement was de wifi- code nergens te vinden. Achteraf stond hij erg klein op de deur met een stickertje, maar het laatste dat je wil als je ergens na een lange reis aankomt, moet dit makkelijk te vinden zijn. De batterijen in de afstandsbediening zaten op zijn kop zodat deze het niet deed. Het klepje was er vanaf gebroken. De wc bril zit erg los en is gedeeltelijk afgebroken. Al met al een prachtige plek maar een hopeloze organisatie.
• Holger (9/5): Schönes Apartment am Meer modernem Areal - Schönes Apartment im modernen Kalaranna-Neubaukomplex direkt am Meer. Modernes Zimmer, schön eingerichtet und mit Waschmaschine. Gute Lage sowohl ins Zentrum als auch in die diversen Szeneviertel. Einige Lokale direkt am Platz. Abends kann man direkt vor der Tür den Sonnenuntergang an der Uferpromenade sehen. Die mehrfachen Aufforderungen, einen Zahlungslink für eine Kaution zu nutzen, waren etwas nervig und auch nicht wirklich von Scam zu unterscheiden.
• Zafir (7/5): Not for everyone but OK - The apartment was exceptionally small so you have to be careful when browsing all the photos of various larger apartments to make sure you are booking what you actually wanted to book. The headboard and footboard of our bed were each touching a wall, but it was clean and convenient, nice shower, kitchen...There is nobody physically on-site if you need help but phone person is nice (though not very knowledgeable about the details of the place) Finding the place itself, and getting to the parking spot and then to the apartment was a total nightmare and it took us 40 minutes. The room has no sea view in the sense you imagine it, but it has a tiny tiny partial view through jail-like bars (see red circle in photo below)

• Jurgita (4/5): - Nice district with new apartments Extremly noisy, apartment is in front of active street and trash boxes, evening neighbours are throwing glass and early morning we were awaked by trash collecting car. Host is not helpfull, we had problem with parking, which was not solved. Be aware that bed is quite narrow,, for two adults not very convenient
• Aistė (7/5): - Puiki vieta ir lokacija! Butas naujas, siuolaikiskas, pozeminis parkingas. Viska atperka puikus vaizdai salia juros ir vakaro saulelydziai. Kambaryje nera kondicionieriaus, buvo karsta miegoti. Duso kabina atvira, tad kiekviena karta maudantis prisitaskydavo vonioje vandens. Kriaukle kimsosi besivalant dantis.
• Gražvydas (9/5): - Puiki lokacija. Visi lankytini objektai šalia. Tvarkingas kvartalas, gražūs vaizdai. Kambario langai į itin judrios gatvės pusę, taip pat po langais šiukšlių konteineriai, į kuriuos kas 10 min kas nors išmeta šiukšles ir tranko dangtį, todėl su praviru langu ramiai nepabūsi.

• Garry (8/5): Modern, functional, good location for a short visit - Quiet despite being on a busy road. Bedding was comfortable. Heated floor in bathroom made drying things easy. All supplies provided eg dishwasher tabs. Great location for visiting city centre and with a seafront outside. Very contemporary environment of an upmarket urban development. Not enough space around the bed. Only one easy chair (and not very comfortable). Difficult to find the key box - across the road on some railings! - and it was not clear in advance that the key must be collected to gain the coded key for entering the carpark. Biggest complaint is that we were told it was free parking but we then got a €50 fine from Europarks - currently disputed!

• Martin (8/5): For a short trip, excelent choice. - The room was very cozy. The kitchen had all of the appliances that one would need for their trip. Also, the bathroom is nice and big with heated floor which is a nice addition to the overall experience. My only issue with the property is the surrounding - Currently, there are 2 buildings being built right next to the window of the flat. It is not necessarily the worst thing when you only use it for evening and sleep. If you are planning to stay in the flat during the day, some noise can be heard.
• Timothy (8/5): Lovely apartment with floor to ceiling windows & fantastic waterfront view. - The views were fantastic & the apartment was very comfortable. It was located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the Old town. The area is newly developed, clean & modern. I had to move the sideboards in the bathroom & found that the floor hadn’t been cleaned for some time. The base sheet on the bed was stained. It would be useful to have a folder with information in the flat. E.g. Where to find the waste bin area outside.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - The location was just on the beach (ideal for sunset strolls) and only short walk from the city centre and and boat terminals, also one stairs from great coffee shop with bakery. The building was brand new with contactless check in. The apartment had everything you need for longer stay. There could definitely be more cookware (bigger pots, bowls) to be able to cook properly.

• Alena (8/5): A good place for someone who doesn't mind walking a few kilometers for everything. - Na ubytování velmi dobře hodnotíme čistotu. Accommodation was offered as a substitute. Unfortunately it was close to a very busy road. It was impossible to have the windows open. The kitchen was short of glasses and forks 2 + 2 (we later found out that there was also dirty dishes in the dishwasher so that we had a total of 3 glasses and 4 forks after washing) which we rate as not enough. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The balcony was unfortunately so small that one person could fit (because of the balcony we booked...). lack of air conditioning - on hot days it is really hot. Everything was very far from the accommodation, no restaurants or shopping nearby - everything was min 1 Km away...
• Nikita (10/5): Exceptional - The clean and spacious apartment is located in the new Kalaranna neighbourhood, just a ten-minute walk from Old Town. It has everything you might need for a short- or mid-term stay, with brand-new, high-quality amenities. We had some trouble collecting the keys, but the staff quickly resolved it and sent someone to hand them over to us personally. I'm 100% sure we'll stay in the same apartment next time we're in Tallinn - I highly recommend it!
• Vilma (6/5): Great location, but poor rest - Locations is really good, everything you can reach by feet. Also communications was smooth with the agency. Apartment has a very nice balcony. If you are a light sleeper the noice can be disturbing. Noice isolation is really poor and you can hear well the cars in the highway event thouh the window is closed. One night we couldn’t sleep up until 2:30AM because of the party happening somewhere near the property. Also the pillows are quite cheap and uncomfortable and the shower does not have the door, meaning the water splashes all around the restroom and it wans’t even provided the floow mat/towel.

• Anett (10/5): Beautiful modern and comfortable apartment near the city centre with an amazing value for price. - Beautiful accommodation, comfortable, nice shower. Plenty of space. The private parking option is wonderful. Easy to check in and check out. Nice short walk away from Old Town. Really nice coffee shop nearby! Would have loved a toaster - we had to bake all the bread in the oven or fry it (unless we were blind and didn't find it). :-D Otherwise, great selection of utensils.
• Paulius (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect, near to old town, sea and Estonian Lennusadam museum. Room was cozy and comfortable. In the room is small kitchen, private bathroom and everything what you need. In booking app they say, there are free parking. But when we came to the apartment, they told us that location doesn't have free pakring. There is underground garage, but you need to pay. 10Eur for 24hours.
• Tarmo (10/5): Fancy apartment in excellent location! - I liked the location with the view to the sea! There are many restaurants and walking opportunities around. It´s perfect when you come car as the parking lot is downstairs in the cellar. Apartment is fresh and clean. Maybe in winter periond the air because of central heating is a bit dry and as i am used with higher humidity the nose got blocked during night.

• Polina (8/5): Amazing accommodation with gorgeous view for the money. - The location of the apartments is wonderful, the view from the window is gorgeous, it was convenient for us to get to the ferry and the old town on foot. The apartments themselves are comfortable, they have almost everything you need for temporary accommodation: dishes, dishwasher, washer-dryer. It was a bit difficult and worrying to deal with parking, but it is easily fixable.

• Jennifer (10/5): Tallinn is a beautiful city with lo going on lovely people and despite the rain we had a fab stay - it was spacious spotlessly clean near enough to everything old town , harbour the only thing i would change would be to have some details of local supermarket, hop on hop off brochure and perhaps a city map just to help with familiarising with local area possible list of local restaurants
• James (7/5): Overall comfortable; not star-quality though - The decor with colorful glass pieces was quite pleasing. The kitchenware and dishes were unusually well stocked. Nice firm bed. There’s not much closet space. The listing is kind of deceptive — the complex is indeed on the water but you can’t see it from the apartment. There’s nothing in the way of shops in the vicinity.
