• André Christopher (7/5): Overall positive stay - The property was located in a great location with a lovely walk over the bridge to most of the tourist spots. It’s also far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you sometimes need. Plenty shop options at the bottom of the building. Highlight of the amenities was the washing machine, very convenient if you have been traveling around for a while before staying here as we were. No access to gym. However, there was a local gym you can sign up to less than 5 minutes walk away. Studio was more dated than expected from pictures.

• Paul (5/5): OK until Police BANG on door accusing us of staying illegally in a residential apartment! - Location was not bad, nice view of the river and not too far to walk into main part of town. Having washing machine was handy and reason we choose an apartment over hotel. 7-11 downstairs and startbucks was handy Room did not look like photos, seemed much older and smaller and not as clean (lots of black mould in kitchen and bathroom). Beds were not comfortable but we found that at most places in vietnam. All of that i can overlook but main issue when we arrived security guard harassed us saying we cant stay its not for tourists, we had to wait for the host to arrive and tell him to buzz off. Second night we are woken by BANG BANG BANG on the door at 11:30pm when we are asleep. I open the door to 3 police and 2 security guards. They come in and start asking to see our passports and why are we staying here. We told them we booked they asked to speak to host. They spoke to her on phone then told us we need to sign a document written in vietnamese. I tried to take a photo to translate using Google before signing and they had a meltdown, started yelling at me no photo no photo and take my phone to delete my photos. I told them i am just trying to understand what is written and i wont sign unless I know what it says. The host tells me just to sign it will be fine, i refused and they eventually give up and left, the rest of the trip we were on edge if they will come back and do who knows what! I would not recommend anyone stay here, it appears it is illegal and the owner should not be renting it out to tourists.
• Guy (5/5): Disorganised agents managing multiple decent apartments - The apartment was not quite like the pictures but comfortable enough. It was also fairly clean but had almost no storage space. Gave a discount for poor check-in experience. The check in experience was one of the worst check in experiences we've ever had. Totally disorganised with quite poor communication. When we arrived at the building there was no one to greet us and we had to wait a while until we received a response. We were then told that our apartment actually wasn't available and wouldn't be until the following day. We were put in a taxi to another building which we again couldn't move into because the previous tenant hadn't actually checked out. We were finally taken by scooter to another apartment which we were told we had to move out of in the morning. All in all, quite a stressful experience, lasting several hours, and one which could have been improved if they had been more organised and had given us more notice (we were checking in at 5/6pm, well past the 2pm check-in, and had been in contact with them earlier in the day). They did give us a slight discount on our first night though!

For those who are looking for 3 bedrooms so i really recommend it. - Tview very nice esp during night coz it heading to the river. there is also indoor playground MEOW MEOW it very big playground. it located at the AP1 building. The apartment location also not far to Ben Thanh. This apartment also provide free WIFI. There is also mart 7 eleven ground floor. There is no DOBI service (clothes cleaning services) nearby.

• Attilio (7/5): Good - The view from the 27th floor was amazing 24/7 shops available available Nice touch of the lady looking after us checking about linen The apartment is very basic It is impossible to sleep with those pillows they are bulky and rock hard. The Tv is not working properly, and there is only 1 tv in the sitting room and none in the rooms

Property is in a residential building and has signs everywhere saying airbnb and booking.com customers are not allowed, the owner of the apartment assured us that is for non registered guest and we are registered so we don't have any problems with this. Not very believable. To get the key we had to wait for someone to leave the building and then we could take the key from the letter box inside. The apartment needs some cosmetic updates, and it is not very well stocked no glasses, cups, plates. linen had stains on it. The pool was closed due to them fixing tiles. The girls who manage the apartments gave us another key card to the apartment building next door where we could use their pool , we did not use it once and the pool was the main reason we booked this property.

We asked for it to be repaired, the hostess said that she called the electricians, but during the 3 days we stayed, no one came. The air conditioner remote control did not work. The pool didn't work. There was a hole in the sofa. The photos on the website have been photoshopped

• Robert (7/5): Our mistake! - Location. Several loose and sharp tiles in the entry, kitchen, toilet area. You could have an accident there if walking barefoot. Balcony?? We must have read it wrong. Occupied by a washer and dryer machine. Checking in without WiFi or Vietnamese speaking person after hours: good luck! Never got refill of toilet paper or towels.

• Karen (10/5): Spacious Apartment with Great Views - A great apartment with all the amenities, and decorated well to feel like home. With Views of the river and city, this spacious apartment has everything you need to enjoy your Ho Chi Minh holiday. The pool offers a nice break from the heat and hustle and bustle of the city below. A mini-market and a Starbucks on the ground floor add convenience, and proximity to the ferry port is an added benefit.
• Hodgman (5/5): Passable - The location and cleanliness of the apartment were excellent. Water pressure was amazing, and having a convenient store below was super helpful. Staff and host were super friendly. Getting the correct location to the apartment was difficult. And after arriving. We had to ask a few different people how to check in (but in all fairness, my whatsapp wasn't working, and that's how the host was trying to contact me). These are tiny things, though. The biggest issue we had was the rock hardness of the beds. These are not stiff level, more like concrete. But if you like that, then it's perfect for you.

If you stay several days and you are not concerned with the above, that place is really good to stay. Advice, don't hesitate to contact the host and make appointment for the key collection

• Dejan (9/5): Superb - The accomodation is quite bright and spacious with a pool view; checkin experience was smooth and quick - our slightly earlier than expected arrival time was accommodated, top notch servic all around. Two bottles of water were ready for us in the fridge, thank you! The accommodation smelled a bit humid, but we eventually couldn't tell if that's a general city problem or just here. The cupboards under the sink where we were looking for the clothes detergent smelled quite bad. The clothes detergent wasn't available even though a washing machine is listed as an amenity, we decided to do our laundry at our next stop.
