- Susana311 (7/5): Good - Location: The flat is a 15-minute walk from the Acropolis and 20 minutes from Monastiraki and Syntagma Square. There is a good variety of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as a supermarket just 7 minutes away. Transportation: There is a metro stop 10 minutes away and a tram stop just around the corner. Living room and kitchen: Both are spacious and well-equipped, we had everything we needed. Hot water: It operates with a boiler that we had to turn on and off manually. Even after waiting for an hour, the hot water lasted a maximum of 10 minutes, which is not sufficient for two people to shower. Bathroom: Overall, the bathroom is not in good condition. The toilet had a leak during our stay, which appeared to have been ongoing for some time, as the surrounding tile joints had mold. Humidity: There was mold on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. Heating: The heating runs for only a few hours per day, and the A/C system is not sufficient to properly heat the apartment.
