• Axel (9/5): Great location. A nice apartment for great value, perfect to explore the city. - We spent 4 days in Florence this May as a group of 5 friends. The best thing about this apartment is the location: you can get there by foot from the train station, the river is just a 3-minute walk away, and all other main attractions like the Duomo or Uffizi are just a 10-minute walk away. The instructions on how to get the keys were very clear and we had no problems getting in. The building itself is old with high ceilings, heavy doors and has a nice flair. The apartment is very spacious with a big kitchen, two bathrooms with shower stalls, and a washing machine which was great to have. While some furniture looks a little used, it isn't too bad. The street is really loud, even at night, but with the windows closed it was okay. The air conditioning was also good. With two double beds, the apartment is quite comfortable for 4 people, though other sleeping options like the pull-out chair were less comfortable. We didn't spend much time inside or use the kitchen as we were mostly out exploring, but all in all, this is a nice apartment for great value and perfect for exploring the city.

• Tamika (8/5): Beautiful neighborhood! - The location was great - a lot of good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. It is on the 2nd-3rd floor, I don't remember exactly, but there is an older elevator in the building that works fine so we used that to send the suitcases up. There are a few codes and lockboxes to enter and you have to watch a video of the walkthrough to get in. The video was not as easy as 1-2-3 especially since our data was spotty in the area. It was a short walk from the train station, it would've been a more comfortable walk had we not had suitcases. I wish the instructions to get into the property were sent in written format as that would've made our check-in so much easier.

• Patricia (9/5): - Overall the accommodations were nice, with the exception of 1) little ability/place to hang clothes (rod in closet was ceiling height and required ladder to reach) 2) minimal toilet paper in the two bathrooms and nearly impossible to find in any market. Otherwise, clean and spacious; centrally located.

• Bisan (10/5): Amazinggg - Amazingggg apartment! We spent 3 nights in Silver Novella, the host was so kind and helpful, he helped us in everything. The apartment was clean and well occupied, everything we needed was there, it was modern and very safe, location is 10/10. The host reply was very fast, we even forgot our things in the caffe after we left and he helped us get them back. The apartment is very cozy and everything we needed was very close. The host has all the needed recommendations in the city written on a small notebook for us.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to many of Florence’s iconic sights. The neighborhood had a great atmosphere, with charming cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and made our visit to Florence truly memorable!

The building is elegant and charming. The flat is clean, spacious, very comfortable and the air conditioning was great. A good supermarket is a few steps away. The hosts sent a comprehensive and very clear set of instructions to help us check and out. They were contactable by WhatsApp throughout and quickly responsive when I needed to clarify a couple of things. Anything I didn’t like in Florence has nothing to do with this great property

In a great location surrounded by lots of great attractions, shopping and restaurants. I think everything was on point and we enjoyed it very much. Well equipped and appointed. Due to the heat it could do with a fan in the loft area. It was very warm and hard to sleep up there.

The outside area wasn’t really useable- it was dirty. It would have been nice to have space for 4 to sit upstairs.
• Adina (9/5): A very good base for those exploring Florence. - Location was close to everything. Easy access to the train station and close to groceries for those who prefer to eat at the apartment. The apartment was also very safe. You need to access 4 doors to get in. Having a lift is a big plus to those travelling with big luggages. And Carolina (Host) is easily accessible for questions and queries. The bed was on the soft side. I just preferred "firmer" bed. Just a matter of preference.

• Deying (9/5): After we found the keys, everything is fantastic! Wonderful memories had been made. Love this place. - Caroline's place is large and spotless clean. Beds are very comfy. Lots of towels and toiletry products. We travel as a family of 5. Kids are 11, 6, and 3. The cot is large enough for our youngest child. He slept so well throughout the holidays, better than home even! Our daughter had a room to herself like a princess. Upstairs space with a sofa bed and a TV had become my eldest son's "man hole" for the holiday, perfect for a pre-teen to chill out after a day's walking. All the utilities work well. We were able to have a home away from home. Convenient shops are only a few steps away, so we did some cooking ourselves in the evenings. A few things are missing or not working, but they got topped up and replaced by Caroline straight away. She is very kind and responsive and willing to help us to have a wonderful family holiday. Most sightseeing locations are walkable. We took the bus to the Piazza Michelangelo. The view of Duomo and the bronze David statue around sunset time was just amazing. Restaurants and bars are vibrant and full of life in the evenings. All very easy to walk to. This holiday has exceeded our expectation. I almost forgot to mention the lift! The old style lift will make you feel like you are living in a film. Have a feeling we may return to this place again some time when the kids are older. A bit tricky to find the keys as the numbering of the building was confusing. Some gates got 2 numbers on them. Caroline sent us videos, which quickly guided us to the right place.
• Maccamcd (8/5): Cracking apartment that needs a few things to be top class - This is a top apartment in a great location within easy walk of main sights and restaurants. Very spacious. 2 quality bathrooms. Well equipped for longer stays eg washing machine and dishwasher. Comms with the owners/management team was very good. Keys/doors/locks are hilarious...4 massive doors with 4 completely different sets of keys. I was the only one in the party who seemed to able to navigate them. Despite a few negatives I would highly recommend as suited us down tot he ground. Between April and June there are a series of Italian laws that apparently prohibit air con and heating. So it can be a little cool inside if it is below ~20oC outside. Okay for most of our trip as it was 20+ outside. Equally when it hit 29 outside it was a tad warm inside the apartment. Traffic and people noise is really bad if you want to have the bedroom windows open for ventilation. Close them and you hardly hear a thing. Crockery needs sorting. A few chipped and cracked items plus only 3 wine glasses in a 2 double bed apartment. Internal courtyard had no sun light and was a myriad of odd items and some incredibly noisy neighbours. Ceiling height in upstairs lounge/TV room was too low even for a 14yr old

Street could occasionally be noisy at times at night from revellers, but that is part of the trade off for the great, central location.

The location was very close to a lot of points of interest in Florence and the house had all that we needed for a short stay, but it was perfect for a long stay. It was easy to enter the apartment, they even provided some videos that we used to get there and once we entered, they also provided excellent customer service. The sofa cama was very comfortable as well as the other 2 beds. We arrived in Florence by train and the apartment was near Santa Maria Novella station. We will stay there again if we go back to Florence in the future.
• Betty (10/5): Very clean, secure, and comfortable apartment - Property was great and Luca & Carolina were very kind and understanding when we had issues with the keys. The video helped illustrate how to obtain the keys and how to unlock the doors and gates. The only thing missing was a picture of what key went to each door. The keys were a little complicated but once we got the hang of them everything went very well.

• Vanessa (5/5): Overall it was hard to relax because nothing felt clean - It feels very secure with three locked, huge doors before even entering the apartment door. The high ceilings in the bedrooms were nice. The cutlery was not clean so we had to wash everything before using it. The t-towel was missing, the sponge smelt old, the floor was not vacuumed, or if it was, the vacuum didn’t work. The coffee and tea was not replenished. We had only one *open* sachet of instant … odd. there was only one pillow each and they were all different/of varying quality. Two pillows is always welcome.
• Susan (10/5): Amazing holiday in a fantastic location and property. - The location was amazing and one of the main reasons we choose the property. We liked the layout of the property and once we had worked our which key was for which door- we were away! Close to supermarket for supplies. I appreciated the videos of key collection shared on whats app.....this made access to the property a great deal easier. The property was immaculate- and fresh. The beds were very comfortable and the 'white appliances' easy to use. Our hosts, Carolina and Luca were just a message away- and kept in touch. Thank you Carolina. This probably sounds a little 'picky' but it would have been great to have had some milk so that we could make a coffee without having to back out after a long day travelling. A few dishwasher tabs would also have been useful. Only 3 wine glasses! The lounge sofabed is not that great for relaxing on. Took our pillows up to make it a little more comfortable. Not sure where everyone would sit if the property was occupied by 5 people.

Location in a quiet area which is a huge plus! Washing machine worked good and the patio was very nice! The host was great and offered us a self check in. It was a fantastic experience!!! Highly recommend!!!
